These people are awesome! Quick response and professional! Don’t know what we would have done without them after a water leak in the house! Highly recommend!

Edit: After this review they reached out and worked towards solving the issue.We called Servpro for a biohazard need. They were quick to arrive and provide an estimate but surprised us with a $250 quote fee as they were leaving and never followed up with numbers for a slight addition to the scope that was requested. They knew we needed this done ASAP so when I didnt hear back, we got another company in the next day.I dont like surprise fees for quotes, but it was made worse by not getting an updated quote for the extra services that had been requested.

I had a serious water leak and damage so I called Servpro of Victoria. I could not ask for better service. They were very professional, prompt and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Servpro Victoria for all of your needs.Dana

The need for servpro is never a happy occasion, so their willingness to come immediately, late at night on a weekend no less was appreciated. The team was responsive and while they did have many irons in the fire at the same time as our job, they took good care of us. I recommend them and if the need arises again (hopefully not soon) I will call them gladly!!!EVAN helped us on-site, he was wonderful!

Had our air ducts cleaned this morning by Robin and Kory. They were both very polite and professional. We were informed how the process works and what we could expect. We had our dryer wall vent cleaned. The young man that came out spent his time doing a thorough job and went the extra mile to completely clean up the mess that was made from all the dryer lint dust. I was not expecting that. He even went to the attic to make sure it was all done properly. Very pleased with his service and work ethic.They even came the same day I called.From the lady that answered the phone to the actual service, it was top notch.

Serve Pro did an excellent job. Insurance sent a contractor from out of town to work on our issue, it rained, then Serve Pro had to come in and fix the other contractors mess. Very courteous, professional, and on time, very much impressed by their communication in keeping us informed on everything. They knew what they were doing, took care of the problem, and moved on to another job. Thank you, God bless

Had a team of great guys come in and clean my Dryer vent at the Dryer connection and the attic.They took time to answer my questions and point to preventive service to avoid problems.

We had some pretty significant water damage in a vacation home and Servpro was called to do the cleanup and demo of walls that were affected. I was impressed with their professionalism and concern for our well being as well as their efficient removal of the damage. From the workers who first responded to our call and each of the supervisors that I dealt with they were each great to work with. Thanks for a job well done.

Showed up quickly and took care of our saturated carpet. Have used serv pro on other occasions and would highly recommend their services!

Asked to inspect my crawl space and make recommendations to deal with moisture and mold. They came late, did not explore my crawl space to see what the issues were other than look at pictures I had on my phone. They said they would provide me an estimate to fog my crawl space for mold and said that they could schedule the work to be done on Monday. Well it’s Friday no estimate for fogging the crawl space and not sure if I’ll get one. Poor follow thru and service. People that came out weren’t even sure what they came to look at as they told me they do not inspect crawl spaces, which is what I asked for in the first place when scheduling them to come out.

Response time was exceptional and fee was very reasonable. The team had their priorities and responsibilities. I was however disappointed that I had to replace two sinks and hardware that were not damaged, but were thrown away.

Juan, Lee and Caleb were very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning my very sooty vents.

We had a situation and called Servpro. They came out and assessed the damages. The only think I would do different is I would of been there when they were removing things because I was shocked at what was taken out of the room. But they did a great job! Thank you.

Professional from start to finish. The minute I called in, they followed through with the General Manager Greg G calling and assessing the situation. He laid out the program that we would then follow. (Very thorough) The two gentlemen Michael R and Jeremiah S then called and showed up with their A game. These guys were personable, professional, and particular about their work. Every day after the initial “clean up”, they would call, AND SHOW UP ON TIME!!!! This is critical in a service industry!!( I despise the response “we will be there between 8 & 5.”) ( like other companies)Would highly recommend these guys and this company!!

Service was amazing, they came out same day, late afternoon when a water leak in my restroom caused my whole house to flood! Highly recommend. Whole crew was friendly and super professional.

Crew arrived on time, very professional and courteous.I had them clean my concrete slab in two rooms, clean both bathrooms, and clean my air ducts.

Was in a real pinch after water came in under a wall at our Edna business. Never provided an estimate and then handed us a bill for $13,000. Could have bought shop-vacs and fans and handled myself for less than half. Will not use or recommend.

Servpro of victoria did a wonderful job for me they found mold behind my base board where there water had seeped in and flooded my carpet in my bedroom and same in my office they where nice and polite guys and they brought in blow dryers to dry it all up and a humidifier to take the water our of the air I was very satisfy with there work..thank you Servpro of Victoria.

They never provided a quote! No email or callback because I was paying CASH and not doing an insurance claim. Worst service ever! I did find someone else who gladly wanted my business.
