I would like to fix my previous review to a 10 star rating…. If you are having any A/C issues, call Aire Serv . You will NOT be disappointed. The technician FIXED the problem instead of replacing it. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Pablo came out to my home on time I was running a bit behind he asked me if I needed to reschedule I said it was ok and he covered his shoes and went to work when he was done he explained everything and answered all of our questions very nice respectful young man

Our pro Bryan was very knowledgeable professional and friendly. Great Company communication and prompt arrival to evaluate and perform service. I Highly recommend this Company for quality and dependable services at an affordable cost.

Very pleasant first time experience with AireServ. They were able to send us a technician out the same day. Bryan was respectful and knowledgeable. He fixed our unit within a few hours, even during a storm. Office staff was friendly and love the communication with text, phone calls, and emails. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

We have used Aire Serv twice. Both times, the issue was resolved quickly and for a fair price. We got a text reminder of the appointment the day before and updates of the arrival time the day of the appointment. Our technician today was Stephen Orozco, and he was professional and polite. Stephen answered our questions and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend them.

Best service always. The owner is also amazing, when our AC went out, he even brought a window unit to help out until he was able to put our new unit in. These people go above and beyond and the ladies answering the phone are always nice and friendly and return your calls in a timely manner. We really like this company a lot and appreciate their hard work and amazing skills.

I used to go to Browns air until he retired a few days before my call but they said they were recommending AirServ and gave me the number. From the first time I talked with them I got the impression that I was going to be well taken care of. And I was. I was given an appointment between 10 and noon. Yet instead of being late like most other repair places are or not even bothering to show up for the appointment (like Arnolds plumbing decided to do) they actually called me to see if they could send him over early. I was thrilled. He came over and diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, and told me how to keep it from happening again. He also made a couple of other suggestions of signing up for a service they provide being very informative without being pushy about it. I always love it when I learn things I did not know before. It is like you are getting extra value for the same price which is always a plus. My only worry is that the next time I call are they going to be like whoops sorry I just retired (O_O)

Problem located And resolved within 30 minutes. Suggested an addition to our inside unit to prevent reoccurrence of the same issue.John was courteous and professional.Quick response to my call. Serviced the unit within 24 hours.

Bryan and William came out to Hallettsville to help troubleshoot a coil leaking issue that multiple other vendors were unable to figure out - including Carrier themselves. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and Im very appreciative of their hard work. Daniel was great! He came out within a couple hours after I called their office. Our AC unit needed replaced, he had me a price within 15 minutes. Next morning he was at my house installing the new unit. Very professional, and answered all of our questions! Such a great experience.

Just had Bryan come through and clean my air handler coils and hes a very nice young man and very knowledgeable. After the service I used my anemometer to measure air flow to some of my problem vents and its nearly doubled. Would recommend 100% and will be using them for all future hvac needs.

Amazing service. They are there for you when you need them, they return your calls in a timely manner and the staff and the owner are very knowledgeable and very helpful and the pricing is always fair. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I give them many many ⭐️ !!!!!!

Was told one price than checked credit card was charged $70 more that what I was told. Was told I would get an email receipt. Didn’t get it until I requested it. Don’t let them walk out with out receipt in your inbox!

New what he was doing and did all the repairs to get us running again.

Kristen was very courteous and helpful when setting the appointment for my AC repair. She notified me -by text - a photograph and the full name of the tech she sent to my home for the repair. The service tech, Joshua Sanchez, was friendly, courteous, and was glad to answer my tech questions about the possible repair and the ac parts that may have been causing the problem. The price, for the weekend, labor, and part was very fair. Even though this was my first time to use Aire Serv, I highly recommend this extremely professional and courteous repair service company.

I spoke with Daniel and he was awesome. He did great on informing me of my options. The only issue I had was with Ashely rudely proclaiming that if I hadnt called her back within five minutes of getting off the phone with medical professionals that she would have canceled my appointment 😐. Didnt need that sort of attitude first thing in the morning but everyone but her did perfect. The other lady Lyndsey did great in notifying me that the team was on the way.

Stephen Orozco came out to day to trouble shoot our furnace problems. The unit was cycling and doing very little heating. Stephen quickly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be an installation problem. He was thorough, courteous and professional. He explained the issues and resolution in depth.We hope Stephen will show up here whenever and if we have a problem!

Aire Serv has been my go-to for heating & AC service for years. Each time I have a problem, 1 quick phone call to the polite people in the office & I have an appointment that works with my busy schedule.The technicians are always on time, courteous, professional & knowledgeable. The technician was very professional and upfront about the services needed and the cost of each service. He recommended and explained the reason for each repair or upgrade needed.

We recently moved to Victoria and when our AC started acting up and the fan was blowing hot air, we reached out to a few different companies and Aire Serv was the one who had the best reviews and the first to get back to me. The other companies never even called me back. Stephen was great, he came out not even 20 minutes after we received the phone call to have someone sent out. He was great, very friendly and explained everything that was going on. Thankfully it was a very simple fix to get us back to cool air. Thank you so much Aire Serv and Stephen! You are the best!

My AC broke down one day prior, called in the next day at 9:00PM, they were still working, apparently they work real late and the lady on the line was really nice. The worker came in 15 minutes after the call, got straight to work, super helpful and friendly. Got his work done within 30 minutes and my AC are working again.

Caleb and Brandon were excellent, they completed the job in about 4 hours and made sure every bit of dust was swept up. The entire process was so easy, starting with Ashley in the office explaining all the details to me. Very grateful for this experience and hope to use them again in the future!

In the glow of a beautifully cooled home, I can honestly say this is a well run, skilled, honest and very professional service that you can rely on. Daniel and crew were friendly and efficient and, after a less than helpful experience with other campanies a “breath of fresh air”!! Very courteous tech Joshua Sanchez. Explained policy twice a year service n amount. When finished, informed me unit looked new n I only had one system. I asked him to check dampers in vents n was informed there weren’t any. If I cared for a quote, he would inform office. Front room always very, very warm n was told could be dampers.

Joshua Sanchez was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. He got our AC working in no time and we were very happy with the service call. From the time I called AireServ to tell them we had an issue within an hour and a half Joshua arrived. He quickly diagnosed our issue, repaired it for a very fair price.He even gave our dog 🐶 a dog treat from his vehicle. Super sweet.If we have issues in the future we will definitely be calling AireServ again.

Love this company for they call you to remind you of the appointment n then they key you know the service person is on its way. Stephen was excellent—knew exactly what the unit needed, serviced our unit n then recommended additional service. He was polite n not pushy. Aire Serve came highly recommended from a good friend. A super suprise! Best overall HVAc system install (replacement) I have ever experienced. As their slogen suggests - Neighborly.Nothing but the best service. Daniel and crew (5 people in all) and the office personnel were extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. Got ONE DAY replacement service and followup. Warranty is excellent. The previous HVAC company I have used for over 30 years did not seem interested in my problem and indicated it may be several days or weeks before a new unit could be installled.No reservations whatsoever. Highly recommend AireServe of Victoria.

My AC stopped working on a Saturday. The Aire Serv response was quick and on time. The technician was very experienced and capable and had us up and running in no time. I am very pleased with Aire Serv.

Worst decision I ever made was choosing Aire Serve of Victoria. They were to clean ducts and install new HVAC. They arrived at 8:30 AM and the job finished after 4:00 PM. That evening we get ready for bed to find the beds were covered in dirt. So were the floors. We did a quick clean up before turning in. The next day we take a trip to see family and return home, 9 hours of driving, to a hot house, 88 degrees at 10:00 PM. I call the service and Im told a tech will call me back. No one calls me. After 25 minutes I call again and am told yes, a tech will call me. Again I wait 25 minutes before calling back again. This time I tell them I want the owner to call me. No call. I made my last call to them at 11:49 PM. No one called till 7:00am the next day. Service tech came out and found the drain was not installed right which caused system to shut down. Took him an hour to fix problem and fix a few other issues. Im still waiting for the owner to call. Terrible, Terrible business. Poor quality of work

Id give these guys 10 starts if I could. I called them at this AM bc my AC broke the night prior, smh. They were here within 30 minutes. Aire Serve was very attentive and took care of my problem sooner than I expected. Service was courteous, professional and very well communicated. The technician explained the problem and the solution. My AC was repaired with no further issues. Great service, great employees, and great prices.

April of 2022 I used this company. They moved my thermostat and installed a 30/40 amp Contactor which they charged me $202 for. Total bill was $459.75. Lucky me, the AC stopped cooling AGAIN and another place was recommended to me. Well guess what? That contactor I was charged $202 for, was no good and the new company replaced it but only charged me $42.55 for. Total bill for this was $166.06. I showed them the receipt from Aireserve and both men agreed I’d been robbed. Then they told me the techs for Aireserv are on a 20% commission. No wonder the difference was hundreds of dollars. Sure their faulty generic part might have been covered since it’s not even a year old yet, but nah. I’m glad I went with someone who charged me $159.45 LESS for the same dam part. Shame on you!

AirServ has wonderful customer service. They are prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Plus you feel like you are with someone you know—they are so friendly.

15 min estimate cost $100.00 complained to the company and the manager was notified. The technician came back and returned $50.00 Should have been free. Will never call these people again and advise you to not waste your time or hard earned money either. Very unprofessional!

When I scheduled Aire Serv to come to my home, they sent a text to me that the tech was on the way. The text message was good, but what really was impressive is it gave the tech’s name and a short bio sharing his experience in servicing AC units. As a consumer, it raised my confidence that I would be served well. Aire Serv is a great company, and this is another example of how they go above and beyond to serve their customers well!

David and Stephen made three trips on three consecutive days (including Sunday) to keep us in air conditioned comfort. First an emergency recharge, second a leak detection visit, and then third a leak repair and recharge. All the while keeping us informed of every move and detailing all the costs involved.
