My AC capacitor went out on a Saturday. I called at 11:35 am, and they close at Noon; I told them I lived out of Fannin Rd but was headed that way ASAP! I broke all the posted speed limits to get to town by noon to pick up a new one.Excellent customer service and care!Maybe my husband can get a job there! 😎

Im an older guy homeowner DIY type and when I was there today Glen really took good care of me. Im not familiar with their new location so he got the parts I needed for my plumbing job and assembled them to make sure they fit. He was very personable and treated me like a valued customer. I really was pleased. Thanks Glen!

Great place for industrial supplies. Hard hats safety gear. Embroidery done there too. Tools. Angelina was very helpful and friendly.

I had no idea this place existed until today. I mean Ive drove past the building countless times, but didnt realize that they have an awesome retail store full of tools, parts, PPE, and so much more. I will definitely be shopping here in the future!

I called Service Supply, and spoke to Jennifer, looking for a female 1 camlock cap for a vapor recovery hose. She placed me on hold to check inventory. When Jennifer came back to my call, she said they were out of stock. However, she called a competitor seeking what I needed. She got back on the line, informed me where the part was and even supplied me with their part number.GREAT SERVICE!!!!Jennifer......YOU ROCK!!!!
