About two weeks ago, I brought my car in because my key wouldn’t turn. Erica was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. The team did an excellent job replacing the lock cylinder, and now my car feels as good as new. They completed the work quickly and at a very reasonable price.

My brother Paid $6,000.00 for a transmission and within 12 months they told us the 1 year warranty was no good out by a couple days. They did nothing to make it good or offer a reason. Tonight we wait for Carvana to pick it up. 2013 Sentra for $750.00 — customer service is crap, not even willing to work with us.Not even one star. Go anywhere else, but not Zarbock’s. Save the head ache. 6,000 is a lot of money and the damned thing wasn’t even a new transmission.

The staff at Zarbocks Automotive is very professional and knowledgeable. They ensured that our vehicle was taken care of promptly and safe to drive. They did a great job and were extremely reasonable with pricing. They kept communication open, providing upfront quotes and explaining what was being repaired and why it was needed. The vehicle they worked on was my late mothers pride and joy thank you Zarbocks for helping us keep it rolling!

They did some work on my ac/heater. Up front pricing and quick. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dropped my car off in the morning and had it back and working by 3.

They were quick and efficient. My starter went out in my car so the next day I called and they said they could get it in that day and it was completely finished by 5:00. This was on a Friday mind you. I will definitely use them again.

For almost a year I’ve been looking for a place that would charge me a reasonable amount to fix my ac in my vehicle. Erica at Zarbock’s was so helpful with explaining everything that was needed to fix up my ac. She even showed concern about one of the front axels being a main priority of needing to be replaced on my vehicle. She told me that since she was observant and saw two car seats in my vehicle she would not feel comfortable at all letting me leave with my vehicle. Especially knowing the possible outcomes of what could happen if she just let me go on about my day. From that point on I knew that’s the type of business I would love to continue to support. Now days it’s hard to find genuine people at a businesss who actually care about your needs as a customer. Thank you again Erica and the staff at Zarbock’s!🫶🏼

My traction control light signal. It was off on my Toyota Corolla, and at the same time my check engine light was on, and my cruise control stopped working. I took the car in. They had it ready the next day. There was a glitch that resurfaced and when I returned my car they quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the repair at no additional cost. The initial repair cost was right about what I expected and my Corolla is running very nice. I waited about 3 weeks before I posted anything just to be sure it was all solid. Erica and her team done a rock solid job and backed it up. Thank you Erica 😊👍

I was having issues with my A/C. I needed a new condenser. Called to make an appointment on a Friday. They were able to get me in Monday morning. A/C works great! Staff and pricing were also great!

EXCELLENT!!Ive been taking our vehicles to Zarbocks for years. Just last week we had an emergency and they were able to get us in the next day. Customer service and the quality of work was excellent! Thank you for always making our experience great!

👎🏻BAD... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME...I WAS CHARGED 1000$ im disputing the charges...When 1st arrived I was asked to write down what services i needed done or looked at, i wrote install casters and cambers i purchased separately, fix the radio no noise are coming from speakers, i have a bad squeal coming from back brakes. And maintenance check...I get a call its ready- receipt says i was charged 450$ for the installation on the casters and cambers and found short wire and fix radio and parts and labor. Radio never got fixed still no sound coming from speakers. I informed them of the situation, I was then told it was the radio itself that didnt work they hooked up a different radio and ALL the speakers worked really good they said. I said if I purchase a different radio can you install it and everything would be good? They said Yes...(Already got charged 450$ for RADIO FIXING!)... So i purchased a kit and new radio i bring it to them...a month later, call me saying my car is ready. I go back a 2nd time. Now i got charged again for 509$ for just radio installation. But now only just my 2 front door speakers work, i again inform them about the situation, i was then told the speakers in the back dont work and i have to remove the box holding the speakers. So back to the beginning my brakes never got checked loud squeal still, only 2 of my speakers work. I was charged 1,000$ for almost no work done. I will definitely not go back and will tell everyone i know about this experience...ridiculous

A few months ago they rebuilt the transmission and upgraded the clutch on my car and it has been running great ever since. They whole process took about 2 or 3 weeks i was very happy to have my car back so soon. The owner was upfront with me about the cost of the repairs as soon as they diagnosed the problems also.Fast forward to now i just got 4 new aftermarket parts in and they installed them for me also.In the beginning they were the only shop i could find to work on my car and now they are the only one ill use.

I was having a problem with my A/C not working so my mom referred me to Zarbocks and let me tell you they’re the BEST very nice & quick to fix my vehicle due to my husband needing to go to his dialysis treatment, they stay after hrs.to finish my vehicle. Best customer service in my book. Thanks, Zarbocks 💯✅

Updated review 2016 nissan frontier had work done unfortunately, my truck was returned to me and had missing bolts & clamps, very sad they work too carelessly not to take a second look to inspect those things.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for over 10yrs. The owner is very friendly and trust worthy. I really like that she calls when the mechanic has found the problem and always checks with me before starting the work. There work is always completed in what I think is a timely manner. The owner and the mechanics are honest and have a great work ethic. I have always been satisfied with their work. EXCELLENT SERVICE... Thank you

EXCELLENT!!!!I’ve had my car a year and recently in the past 3 months it’s given me nothing but trouble and constantly overheating. In July I took it to a mechanic I’ve used for years (which I was hesitant due to feeling I’ve been taken advantage of each time). The fix was costly which is understandable but l sadly I knew the problem wasn’t fixed because it continued to overheat. My brother and his wife recently used Zarbocks and had a good experience so I thought I would give them a try. This was the easiest, fastest, and most honest experience I’ve had with a mechanic. Erica exceeded my expectations and gave me such relief she has no idea. Thank you Erica and the Zarbock employees! I will definitely be referring you to others.

They are amazing I took my truck to them to get fixed an they worked on it till they got it right thx so much to them I’m back on the road again y’all are the best

My friends car came in with a starting issue. It left with a heating issue and check engine light. Took over two months to get it back and it was in worst shape when dropped off. Do not deal with these shade tree mechanics. They will tear your ride apart. Make it worst. And charge you for it. Because they didnt do the right service to the car and had me and my friend upset about the situation. They took a screwdriver and stuck it in the windshield seal. And the car needs more work. And a new windshield. Ovoid this trash business.

AMAZING WORK ETHIC, HONEST & AFFORDABLE!! The absolute BEST experience with a car shop I have ever had!!! My car was having problems but only sometimes on Startup and I couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. I took it here for what I thought would just be a tune up, but they didnt just wanna slap a band-aid on my car - they wanted to DIAGNOSE & RESOLVE the issue for me permanently. My car was having issues Starting but all the electronic diagnostic tests were showing everything in my car was fine. They worked on my car tirelessly and relentlessly until they were able to MANUALLY diagnose & fix ALL the issues my car was having. And when I say tirelessly & relentlessly, I mean they worked on it for 3 days SOLID. They were sooo helpful and kind and incredibly adamant and determined about resolving the issue and I honestly dont know what I would have done without them!! Seriously, I have an alcohol interlock device installed in my vehicle and had I gone to any other repair shop I would have had to stay there and wait and anytime they would need to start my car to test it, I would have to be there to blow into the device, but thankfully Zarbocks is a certified Interlock device location so my presence was not required which was a HUGE relief to me. Their work ethic knows no bounds, and they are highly commendable, both in professionalism and customer service! I will forever recommend Zarbocks to anyone I can, as they were such a blessing to work with and both myself and my wallet are so incredibly happy & relieved. I live in Austin,TX and let me tell you that I have NEVER received anything CLOSE to that Level of service from any mechanics/auto shops here in Austin in the entire 20+ yrs I have lived here. Zarbocks is truly amazing with an incredible staff, and I couldnt be more thankful for everything they did. Going to Zarbocks was literally the best decision I could have ever made!!

Nice people but kind of pricey

Great group of people, and good quality work, changed out the timing belt and water pump and few other minor things and got it running like it should, once i gave them the ok, they jumped on it. I would definitely recommend!

Competent and excellent service. I took my vehicle in with some transmission issues and Zarbocks pinpointed the problem right away. The service was fast, courteous, and charged me a fair price for their work. Highly recommend!

I took my car to have my transmission rebuilt and they gutted my catalytic converter causing me to spend an Additional $500 dollars ( at a different mechanic shop) in addition to the $4000 I spent at this shop. The owner lied to me about what happened, but I have video and audio evidence that I will use in court. Do not trust this place at all.

My AC went out in my vehicle, and I needed a new condenser. I had heard good things about Zarbocks, and everything stands true. Awesome service from price, communication, and wait time...so thank you for your service!!!

Never ever take your car to this place! Took our tahoe in. It took them months to start on it. Always an excuse why they couldnt . When they said it was fixed, it wasnt. Had to take it back up there. It sat up there again. Finally they called. Said it was fixed. Nope! Still wasnt fixed. We cant get it back up to them because they didnt fix it right and its not drivable. And they wont come get it. Yet when they charge you around $2500 to fix it, they have a note at the bottom that says it is underwarranty for a year. What a lie! And they wont give you your money back. And they say they are part of the Better Business Bureau. That is a lie! Look it up. What a disappointment! Now we have to spend more money to have someone else that is competent enough to fix it right.

Had my air conditioner worked on cost 1500.00 and my air conditioner is still doing the same thing I will not go back because they told me it was a valve so they did the work charged me over a 1000.00 left then it started doing the same thing took it back then they told me that it was the air compressor took it and it started doing the same thing took it back and it cost me over 500.00 and its doing the same they told me 3 things and its was .

I had a good experience with this Auto Repair Shop. I was having Transmission issues and they were polite, responsive, and had my truck in good working condition. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them for anyone needing repairs.

Incompetent and liars.Check out BBB complaints, there are 6 of them (soon to be 7) all dealing with the same thing. Not fixing your car then not honoring warranty.Do not be fooled be BBB review of A like I was (will be calling to find out why) dig further to the complaints.After $3000 and them taking 3 weeks to fix, now it is something else causing the same exact issue and not covered by there warranty.Do not use!

Had them repair my timing chain about a yr ago, I figured they did a good job took my vehicle to them again and they tried to screw me out of $2800 took my vehicle somewhere else and it had NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT THEY SAID and come to find out my timing chain wasn’t even done correctly.. I wouldn’t even rate this place a half a star if I could 👎.

Very professional, quick to diagnose the issue with my truck, and repair costs were reasonable. Definitely will return if I have any other issues.

I took my 1999 cadillac there for a water pump and they took forever. I ended up picking my car up without them fixing it. When I picked up my cadillac had dents all around it and looked like someone backed into it

Left our Volkswagen here for 2 weeks. Never fixed it just told us it probably needs a computer and to take it to a dealership. Charged $50 diagnostic fee for this advice.

I got my engine cover fixed, and engine oil changed, like your friendly service !

I had called for help with my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse that I was told had a horrible electrical problem with the battery, and after about 3 minutes of explaining what was wrong and after going into detail about the other mechanics thoughts I was quite literally hung up on by an older sounding woman the second I was finished explaining what was wrong, then I called back it rung for about 20 seconds and I was sent to voice mail.

Friendly and knowledgeable, they did a great job in my truck , will diff return if need be .

The only thing I have to said about this shop is, if you dont know to do something dont make excuses of wrong parts and make a individual to wait for almost 30 minutes, just be straight forward and admit that you dont know how to do the job or you dont want to do the job.Thats all I have to said.
