At Your Service Air-Conditioning & Appliance

Called these guys out a couple years ago because our capacitor went out on our A/C. They wired up a new capacitor in a way that burned up 2 wires, then proceeded to tell us that we would need a new inside/outside unit because there was a leak in our system which would run about 9 grand.Luckily we were tipped off about shady behavior and opted not to use them next time.Today, we found out our A/C was NOT leaking and it was actually overcharged.Now its wired up PROPERLY and is working GREAT.

Would give more stars if possible. Called about a broken freezer around 4pm, what I loved is that Rocky had me do some troubleshooting over the phone to try and save me the service fee. Once I tried those suggestions with no success he was at my house the next morning at 9am. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and answered all of my questions along the way. Prices were very reasonable. Will be the only business I use for repair/install in the future.

Air went out around 9pm and I got ahold of AYS around 8am. Rocky was on-site and the a/c was running again by 12:30pm.He got a wasp sting to the eye and still got the job done!I won’t say it was cheap but it’s summer 2023 and the sun has been actively trying to kill all of us for months! You get what you pay for and I pay to be cold!

Rocky and his workers did a great job. First time in months that the temperature got below 71 degrees. Highly recommend these people and Company.
