Taylormade Heat and Air

I have a maintenance agreement with these guys and just had my first checkup with Antonio. He did a thorough job and let me know what I needed for my 23 year old system. No pressure from him at all. Life is good.

We called this morning on a particularly freezing day b/c we thought heater was broken. Donald (technician) came out same day and checked everything. We actually didn’t have a broken heater, Donald just explained in good detail how it was working. Was very impressed with service and we will use them again if needed and highly recommend

We had our unit installed by Taylor Made in 2018. We had regular service done and everything was awesome for the first 4 years.They were a great company until they sold. Since then the service appointment that we pay for turns into a captive sales pitch.The *best* part is when they tell me that I need to switch out the duct work when they installed it to begin with! If something was installed incorrectly, it should be on the same company to fix the issue, right?

BUYER BEWARE! This company makes promises they dont keep. Purchased 3 brand new Trane units from this company a few years ago. The company will not own up to the warranty offered, even though its in writing and still valid. They blame it on the prior owner. To the current owner(s), you bought the company and didnt even change the name. Last time I checked, when you buy a company you dont just own the equity and assets, but the liability as well. Youre cherry picking what you own. You should own up to all the valid warranties your company has out there. Im sure Im not the only one. I encourage anyone facing the same issue with this company to post a review with the BBB, Google and Yelp.

No services were performed. I am still waiting on a phone call to schedule the recommended services. Very poor customer service. I think they are trying to dodge honoring warranty claims on a system that is less than 10 years old. The overall service level of this company has deteriorated badly under the new ownership.

Jose and his co-worker made quick work of replacing the defective blower fan. We no longer have the sensation of a helicopter flying around in our house when the furnace is on. Great work and post-job cleanup.

Randy did his best to try to solve our air conditioning problem and ended up buying 2 portable air conditioning units for our living room and bedrooms unfortunately the units that were bought are inadequate for their purpose and did little to help. If our air conditioning unit is not functioning by tomorrow I will hire an attorney and have your company reported to the BBB and FOX4 on your side. 10 days without air conditioning during 90 degree temperatures is unacceptable.Finally they sent William their most experienced technician who diagnosed that we needed a new air handler unit for an additional $3,000. A year and a half ago we were sold a new HVAC unit installed for $14,000.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful technician, Antonio, took the time to explain each item tested. I felt he was honest with suggestions, and he did not pressure me to make a quick decision. However, my 10 year old unit has some major repair needs. I trust this company and, after consulting my sons, am having the issues fixed by them. Very satisfied with his visit.There was a quick response and I got my new unit installed today. The workers were very professional and worked diligently. They also hauled off the parts that had to be replaced and left the area neat and clean. I can already tell my unit is cooling much better. I’m pleased with the service provided by Taylor-Made .

Antonio was punctual, professional and very personable. He took a considerable amount of time dealing with our issues and made excellent recommendations. I would highly recommend him and TaylorMade.

Will NEVER recommend this company. Customer service is nonexistent. Our first unit was installed in 2018 and worked ok until this spring when the humidity levels in our condo were in the 70% range. Also, the condenser unit was making noise. We paid for all the steps they suggested to correct the issues (seasonal checkup, $205, leak detection service, $687, valve replacement + refrigerant $830) The humidity was not fixed and in the meantime they discovered that the unit was not sized properly for our condo. They suggested that we might need to replace all of it and were told we would need to deal with management. After no response to several attempts to contact the owner, we considered this an unresolved problem. They are simply too busy to care. We waited 3 days for them to show up for the original appointment. Since it is now the end of June, we reached out to get them to issue a refund, which they refused to do. And we have still not ever been allowed to speak with the owner. They should take enough pride in their family owned business to acknowledge the customer’s concerns. If it mattered I would give them an F.

Antonio came out and was very punctual. He discussed different options and explained them all very well. He was very informative, very friendly and extremely helpful. I appreciate it all of his knowledge and expertise.

Antonio knows his stuff. He troubleshot our heater problem quickly and ensured the system is working properly.

Terrible service!!!!! They used to be great but when we pay thousands for a new unit in 2018, it shouldnt be thousands a few years later to clean it!!!

Paid for a service on 4/4/2024 (replace thermostat) and have yet to receive this. Every time we call/text/email the office they just respond with sorry for the slow response or no response at all-this has yet to even be scheduled. Additionally, company quoted over $6,000 for a new circuit board. We went for a second opinion and were told we needed a new board and they quoted $540 for the board. We have been on a quarterly service plan since 2020 with company. And in addition to the quarterly services, we have had over 40 SERVICE CALLS as we have continued to have issues with the AC units although we have completed every repair recommended. This speaks volumes to the quality of work. We got coils cleaned in 2021 and it cost us less than $3K. In April 2024, they quoted us over $16K for the same job and charged us over $9K for 1/2 the work.

Juan was the most thorough employee we have had out to our home since using Taylor Made. He explained everything in depth that was going on with our unit and it was just a preventative maintenance visit. Very happy with the service he provided us.

UPDATE: 2 months later we still have not received our thermostatthere was a point in time, a decade ago or so, when taylormade heating and air was a reputable company. however that is no longer the case. we moved into our facility in September of 2019 and had brand new units installed. we continued on a maintenance plan that cost us $600/month. since we moved, we have had 40+ SERVICE calls (not including maintenance visits, which should occur quarterly). i’m not sure it’s necessary for me to continue with this review as that statement alone speaks volumes….For a building that has BRAND NEW units, to this day which are less than 5 years old, how and why would you need 40+ maintenance visits IF your tech and AC company are doing their job?????? Every visit has been some sort of money grab: new condenser is needed, new circuit board, coils need to be cleaned, new thermostat unit etc etc so on and so forth, and every time we have obliged because Talormade is suppose to be the “experts” and we just need our facility to cool and heat properly. But yet still, thermostats are set to 68 and the room won’t go below 78. The last visit in April when we made a service call, the manager stated he sees we have been trying to keep our units in good shape because we do everything that is recommended, and he wanted to help us by discounting our bill. he charged $900 for a new thermostat and another $8k+ for chemicals and labor (no other parts etc. were needed). what a help!!!!!!!!!!! Again, yesterday, another service call because THAT “fix” clearly didn’t work! and another $6k is what we were quoted!!! when we asked for a breakdown of the costs (parts/labor) it was refused. In addition to all of this, they “schedule” service, have you waiting all day and then don’t show up. when you call them about this, they say “oh it was on the schedule but we missed it/i didn’t see it” however YOU have received the confirmation/reminder emails and texts they send out so how could it have been missed? I would highly recommend staying away from Taylormade Heating and Air if you value air conditioning in the summer heat and care about how your finances are spent. **we have also requested that our quarterly maintain plan be canceled three times now and have yet to have them do so. this plan is $600/month for them to change air filters 4x a year and is suppose to provide a discount on services, which I am uncertain if we have been receiving as they do not provide itemized invoices and if we have been receiving it, I am fearful as to what regular price is**

We were introduced to Taylormade when, our roofing company hit the Cooling line by mistake. Jeff and associate came out late at night and fixed the leaks, they were very professional and knowledgable and we were highly impressed. There ended up being another leak due to the angle of the coolant line and the roof had to be taken off to fix the leak properly. (The roofers paid for everything including new coolant, great roofing company by the way they made it right). While Taylormade was here they also found out that our zone dampers, and control board had gone bad. Our home warranty company would not cover it. So, we went with Taylormade who sent out Jeff, Clint, and another associate. (Sorry I forgot his name). All three gentlemen worked in 100 degree heat outside and in the attic were highly professional worried about the house took the time to explain things and make sure the unit was working properly. The work was done without any complaints. Well we woke up to an 80 degree house this morning and the unit was not working at all. Called our home warranty company again they tried to dispatch someone who wasnt even working. I called Taylormade and they promised to have someone dispatched as soon as possible and a Layman was here by 230. He opened the unit and found out we had had a small fire in it that burnt electrical wires, the contactor, and capicator up. Jeff and Layman explained that our unit was pretty much done and we could run the risk of a fire. They took the time to explain the dangers of just patch fixing it and how we would be throwing money at it. Ricky came over later in the afternoon they were still working on getting ours fixed to where it would at least cool down our house where it was 90 degrees. Taylormade helped us get a new unit, getting the proper sized unit for this house and it will be installed tomorrow. New Unit was installed and the crew that was here at the house Josh and crew and Jeff were awesome. Best investment I have made in a long time. I have and will continue to recommend Taylormade to anyone I know. Their professional and expertise goes a long way and to quote HGTV star Mike Holmes they do everything that they can to make it right.Just had Josh out the house and as usual Taylormade was right on point with their knowledge, service and professionalism. They are by far the best Heating and Air company in the DFW area.Taylormade came out to the house yesterday really late from appointment time, Found out we needed basically a complete overhaul of the unit because of the error codes the unit was sending out. we paid extra to get ducts cleaned. While they were overhauling the unit. They arrived late again today window was from 9 - 11 did not show up till around 1230 - 1 pm. They said they were finished with the work, unit is still putting out an error code and our room mate said that they did not clean any vents upstairs. We are not happy cuatomers/campers right now. They are now coming back out tomorrow to check error code and to make sure that vents upstairs were cleaned.

Austin was very efficient and thorough. He came out diagnosed my issues and told me exactly what was going on with my system. He was very thorough in that he took lots of pictures and explained things in detail to me. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Jose and his co-worker came out with little notice.We were expecting at least a phone call the morning of to let us know when they would be coming. Once here, they went to work to wire in the dehumidifier. The dehumidifier still doesnt work.Rather frustrating for a component thats been installed for a month now.

Update: BUYER BEWARE! Since our maintenance agreement, we have been visited about 5 times and never the same technician. For our spring tune-up, we must have gotten the money guy? He almost convinced us that our unit, which seemed to be working fine, needed work that was going to cost us $5,000??? We asked our neighbor and got a different company to give a second opinion. Wouldnt you know our unit was just fine...Old review: This place is hit and miss depending on how experienced the technician that shows up.

I was VERY happy with the gentleman that came to our house. He showed me exactly what the problem was, which helped me to understand what I was paying for to get it fixed. Based on the tech they sent out I would use them again.The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is there was a service call fee that was not applied to the repair. I understand it has to be charged because of the fact they made a trip out, but most places will apply it towards the work. If someone doesn’t want to have a repair done when they find out the cost, then they definitely should pay a service call fee. But I think it’s only fair to have it applied towards the work with what the prices are every where This is only thing that would make me call a couple of other places and find out their service fee policy before having them come out.

Antonio is great to have service our system. He really knows it well and assesses needed action items, then presents a thorough quote for the work.

I’ve used Taylor Heating & Air 10 years ago for a new install of an inside and outside unit plus attic duct work which was done with no issues at all. I saved their number because I was so pleased with the service. 14 years later I needed them for my new hole and amazingly they were still around and able to help out. I had a return vent installed and wider duct work for my home office for better air flow which involved cutting of the ceiling for new vent work.4 out of 5 stars because of their office workers who answer the phones.nice people but not sure if they were all in training or just confused with their system..technicians both times at the house were excellent.

Our downstairs AC unit quit cooling late on a Friday evening. We called that evening and got in the next days service queue.The technician arrived just past 11 and diagnosed the issue and completed the repair (relay on blower motor had burnt out) before the noon hour. He also inspected both of our AC units including a refrigerant level check. He was very professional and thorough.We were kept apprised of when the technician would arrive and we were provided a photo of the technician. Both aspects were greatly appreciated.We liked the service so much that we signed up for the annual maintenance plan, a subject we and not the technician broached. There was no high pressure up sale at all.Based on this experience I would highly recommend TaylorMade

Very happy with Austin’s service today on our maintenance check. He was very thorough and informed me clearly about everything he was testing/checking with plenty of photos and videos. Helped me to understand how our HVAC system is currently working and how we can ensure the longest possible life from the system we have. Definitely appreciate his insight and service. Very kind and respectful, as well. Happy customer here.

It was a Saturday, in the middle of July, during a Texas heat wave. We called 3-4 companies and Taylormade was the only one who was concerned about our family, asked detailed questions about the issue and committed to a same day appointment. They were in constant communication. Our technician, Jorge, was extremely professional. He was honest and never tried to charge us for something not really needed. In the past 5 years they are the 3rd company to service our AC and the only one who didn’t spend half their time trying to sell us a whole new unit. Their rates are reasonable as well. I’ll never use anyone else again and when it’s time to replace our AC they will be the ones doing it. Funny how that works. Thank you so much Jorge and Taylormade!

Excellent service. Juan was on time and very thorough with his work. The extra care of using shoe coverings and his own mat before entering the house is commendable. Upon completion of the maintenance work he took the time to review his findings and recommendations for next steps .Working in an attic when it’s 100 degrees outside is not easy but he did his job with a smile and pleasant personality!Taylormade Heating and Air Conditioning can’t be beat!

Our pilot light was out due to a wire basically being worn down. Long story short, we called TaylorMade & they were able to set an appt that Saturday evening with Service Tech, Juan R.Service Tech, Juan R. did a fantastic job of explaining in detail what the issue was and what he was going to do to solve the problem. By using his iPad, he was able take pictures of our heater and explain to us what he was going to do to fix it. Long story short, after Juan ran a few tests… there was an issue with a bad wire. Juan replaced the wire, thoroughly explained what he did to fix the issue, and our heat running again in no time!Great job guys!!! ❄️🔥Would we use TaylorMade again? Josh has been my technician on several of my maintenances. He is very thorough and very personable. I have never had him push for an upsell. He lets me know what he found and gives me recommendations. Taylor made is a very honest company from all interactions that I have had. Very refreshing after some of my past experiences with other companies.Josh just came back out to fix an issue we had. As always, prompt, courteous, and quick.

Great company - would 100% recommend them for a new install. The duct work was also done phenomenally. Technicians are all super nice and friendly.

So everything was good except the technician needed an extension for the water hose and I gave him my brand new flex hose that was like $50 and he took it out of the box and it is missing. I can’t find it anywhere. So it would be nice to have it returned or Taylormade to buy me a new one.

Taylormade has been our go-to providers for all HVAC needs for many years. When our upstairs AC unit went out last weekend super-tech Juan Rocha showed up at our door same day to diagnose. We ended up needing a replacement part to be ordered (thankfully still under warranty) and Juan stayed as our tech throughout the process. Got it done as quick as reasonably possible, was very transparent and personable along the way, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our many questions. Thank you Juan and team Taylormade for making us cool again!!!

Of course it was the night before Thanksgiving and I figured out my heater was not working. We called and they gave us a time window of 2 hours, they were there on time just as they said! Ryan did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem and fixing the issue. He also took the time to explain everything to me so that I felt comfortable with the issue. Ryan is definitely a keeper! My technician, Juan Rocha, did a fantastic job today! He texted me to let me know he was on his way, explained the things he was going to check, and showed me the results of the work performed. He was very professional! Im extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Taylormade.

Our AC went out late Saturday evening. Juan came out first thing next morning. Calling before he came out. He went above and beyond. Very punctual, worked fast, and explained everything he was doing it. He gave us so ac tips as well to try an prevent future issues. I am very pleased with our service, and would highly recommend.

Steve was great. On time, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Steve kept us informed on all aspects of the unit replacement. Plus offered good insight into the various models and the reason for his recommendation. He visited the work site several times to QC the equipment and work. The installation team was great too. Hard working, careful, efficient and clean.

We had our system maintenance check done by Airman Austin and not only was he responsive and on time but also made everything very simple for us to understand. He was honest and easy to talk to and by the end of the service we felt confident that all of our questions and issues were addressed.

Technician Josh E. Has been coming out to our home for nearly a couple of years now and had never been anything less than superb. Always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I love how communicative their office is and always keep me in the know with whats going on. Definitely recommend!

From start to finish the experience with Taylormade was professional, clear and helpful. Jorge specifically was a great communicator and took the time to explain complications in our systems. He also demonstrated a sincere desire to resolve the issues in a budget conscious way! … especially appreciated the technology to communicate appointment scheduling, location of technician and expected time of arrival along with documentation of findings for future reference. Very pleased with our technician Juan Rocha and the team at Taylormade. He went above and beyond! Juan was very thorough with his troubleshooting, I noticed him tripple checking his findings just to make sure. He explained everything what he was doing, and empathized with our concerns. Juan did not try to pressure us with any unnecessary parts and services onto us like other HVAC companies did to us in the past. Our AC stopped working very early Friday morning. They were able to get us in later in the evening(These guys work hard around the clock yall). He diagnosed that the evaporator coil was bad. Called in to order the coil. It was delivered Monday and installed that very same day just in time before we hit tripple digits. Highly recommend!

Even though our problem turned into an electric problem not a hvac problem Juan was very thorough, kind and compassionate. We have a special needs child who needs air conditioning and he throughly explained our problem so we knew who to call and what to tell them. He arrived when he was scheduled and was very friendly.I recommend calling Taylormade for your air conditioning needs.

Taylormade Heating & Air has some of the most knowledgeable & professional people you will ever have the pleasure to deal with.I got my Trane system through them anout 6 years ago & have used them for bi-annual preventive maintenance since & have never had a problem with my system.This past visit was with Russell.He was extremely knowledgeable & conscientious in checking out & maintaining my hvac system.I definitely tell all of my friends of the exemplary service. Deserving of 5 stars.I just want to say thank you to the whole team @ Taylormade.

Juan Rocha was the tech who provided maintenance for the system. He was very thorough in his process. He took the time to go through all the checks with me and provide whether the output was good, readings were within ranges, and adviced of any concerns. Showed photos of all the readings. All around, he was thorough, professional, and communicative.

Our A/C was out, and Taylormade showed up and had it fixed within 24 hours of my phone call. We have a complicated system, and Juan was able to diagnose and fix it in the same day. He even rearranged his schedule to make sure we didn’t have to go another day without cool air. Thank you!

I would not recommend nor would I use this company again. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional messed up job in my life. My personal information was given out and it should have never happened. When this company was owned by Lance it was very professional and trustworthy. JR

We had Juan come to our house and he did an absolutely fantastic job. Very detailed in his description of what services he was performing and was extremely courteous! Overall fantastic job!

Edit: 3 days after my unit was worked on my first appointment I went to turn the heat on because the temps dropped and my unit suddenly did not have heat anymore. I was pretty upset but was able to get Conner Ellis as my technician out next day. During my initial appointment my first technician had mistakenly criss crossed my wires inhibiting the heat to be signaled. Conner was on time, really thorough, understanding of my frustration, kind, identified the wiring problem, corrected it, and explained everything to me in detail. There was no charge of course since this was an error due to my initial visit. It was a mistake and despite the inconvenience and worry it was corrected promptly. Thank you Conner.My technician today was Josh Edwards. This was my first appointment with Taylormade Heat and Air. I thought it would be wise to schedule a maintenance check prior to the Texas summer, especially since I forgot to do so last year. My previous company is not in the area and had installed a new AC/Heat system in 2019. Although most of the unit was installed correctly Josh noticed some issues that were small but very important that the previous company missed or skipped with my installation. Not only was Josh thorough, he was very knowledgeable and kind. Plus he was even early to our appointment time. I found this company through recommendations in an online mom’s group and I’m glad I made the call. Thank you!

Josh is our preferred and usual serviceman. Frankly, he is the reason we still use TaylorMade Air. As usual, he took care of our heating/air problems and took the time to listen to our other concerns. We had two new units installed last summer and we are still having some troubles getting everything to work properly. Josh has a great way of thinking outside the box and came up with some possible solutions for these issues. We are now back up and running!

Lance is very knowledgeable and professional. He was quick to diagnose my issue, resolved it promptly, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything continued to work at its full capacity. His customers and crew are his first priority and he works until the job is done right the first time. I highly recommend Taylormade and am a customer for life.

Lance and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and flexible to fit your timeline. They installed our new HVAC unit and Condenser 5 years ago. Josh Edwards has been over a couple different times for routine servicing, and was able to quickly and efficiently fix any issues same day. Very cost-effective as well. Would recommend to anyone!

I recommend Taylormade Heat And Air, and Ryan Brennan in particular, for the excellent job he did in resolving our issues by diagnosing and updating our system. He listened, diagnosed deficiencies in the builder HVAC ductwork installation, recommended needed improvements, supervised several work crews and then rebalanced the system all the while keeping us informed of progress. The system now cools and reduces humidity better, and it is noticeably quieter!

I have been using Taylormade with rental property. Juan was very nice and explained everything They are on time and professional. I will continue to use them.

We previously had Taylormade heating and air out when our A/C unit stopped working, instead of trying to sell us a whole new unit like others were over the phone. They (Taylormade) came to our house and were HONEST! They replaced a mechanism instead of trying to sell us something that we didn’t need. Right then I knew we had finally found a company that actually cared about their customers and not just their profits.Fast forward, 2 days ago we needed a plumber. I called Taylormade and once again they made it out in a timely manner. They took care of a leak and replaced our kitchen sink. The crew was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. They provided me with pictures of the work that was performed, gave me a detailed explanation on what and how they fixed it, along with time frames in which we could start using the new fixture/ fixed pieces.Both times, from start to finish I’ve been beyond impressed. From the initial phone call, the text that they send when the tech is on the way, to the completion of the work preformed. They care and it shows. It was a pleasure meeting Jorge, Alex and Lance and I can not speak higher of this company.

TLDR: They are fantastic! Affordable, professional, friendly, prompt, and responsive to the needs of their customers. If want the more in-depth review, its below. I cant recommend these guys enough!While not a new homeowner, this was my first experience at replacing a home heating and cooling unit. From the first call, to the final billing, Taylormade was simply exceptional in every aspect.Jorge was first to the house to diagnose our problem. He was friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and was patient in walking me through what what the problem was with our system. He handled all of my questions, showed me what was where on our units, and I learned quite a bit from him. With regard to our broken unit, he shared a general range of possible solutions, and arranged to have their comfort advisor, Travis, come walk me through the specifics.Travis is the epitome of low-pressure sales. He reviewed Jorges diagnosis, took a look at a things himself, and then presented me the options we had with regard to a partial unit repair or a complete new unit install. As the unit that went out was our upstairs unit in a space not used as our main living space, he presented several possibilities that might be a good fit and would budget friendly. Travis was patient over the next several days as I investigated the options, and was very patient with me routinely texting him questions which he responded to extremely promptly. We ultimately opted for new unit install.The installers arrived within 5 minutes of when they said they would be there on the morning of the install. They were friendly and courteous, laid canvas floor mats down to protect the floors and the stairs from the front door straight through to the attic door, and, because I was home working while they did this, I can say with certainty they did not once bump a wall or door jam with all of the heavy equipment they had to move in and out. I debated the need for taking down the pictures off the wall that line the wall of our stairway going up, and I am glad I didnt waste the time. They didnt even brush them to make any fall out of alignment. The guys were patient as I poked my head in to see how things were looking or ask questions, engaged me in casual conversation when in between steps, and were just generally nice guys.As an extra bonus, Jorge came by at the end of the install to see how things were going, verify the system was working properly, etc. The bonus was the extra 15-20 minutes he took while the system charged to talk about random things AC related, plumbing related, and various other topics. As noted at the outset, he is easy to talk to and very friendly.In summary, Taylormade was fantastic. I literally felt like the only customer in the world to them. I was never rushed to make a decision, I was provided a range of options, and I never felt like they tried to sell me. If you read this far, youve been doing your research and you know a new HVAC/furnace install is not an inexpensive proposition. The best part I felt about working with Taylormade was feeling like I got first-class concierge service but wasnt having to pay a premium price. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Our heater stopped working. Taylormade was able to come out the next day. Jason showed up on time. We were informed via texting. Jason was a very polite man and very thorough in his work. He checked out the system very thoroughly and found some loose wires at a terminal block in the air handler. He tightened all connections, checked out the blower motor, etc. and all was working well. I will be calling them again for service when we need it.

Juan was very thorough and also very nice and polite. Called ahead and even asked if I wanted a coffee! Explained everything he was going to do and showed me the unit when he was done. Very happy with the service!

The technician, Juan Rocha was very thorough with his testing of units health, and professionally reviewed the results of the testing. He was also very respectful of our home as he put shoe covers on every time before entering the house.

The technician was friendly, prompt, and professional. The service was fairly quick; however, it failed to actually resolve the issue. Well see how prompt the company will be at getting someone back out here.Edit: Company was quick to respond and send someone back out over the weekend. The new technician found a part that was broken and replaced it. Since they were out before, we didnt get charged for the service call even though it was weekend hours which I greatly appreciated.

Lance, Alex, and Travis came to my commercial location to help fix my nest thermostat and make my heat work again! Never met guys who genuinely were looking to figure out what was going on AND could fix it right then! Really glad I called this company and will totally ask for these guys again. They are great and offer a maintenance program so I don’t have to worry about anything! Truly amazing!

We have bought 3 AC Units from them. Our main downstairs unit was purchased a little over 4 years ago and has had non stop issues. It wouldn’t be a big deal but we are charged a service fee almost every time they come out and have bills ranging from $300-$2000 on many occasions. Their warranty is pointless. I would go with a company who offers better customer service.

We started using Taylormade just over a year ago, getting a new system installed. They are an amazing company and very honest. We have had a couple of issues none of which were the companys fault but they stepped up and went over and beyond for me Nd my family at no extra charge. Jeff is professional, compassionate and has the work ethic that is missing in many businesses these days. This company takes care of its customers and no matter the issue will always make it right. We have our second baby on the way and my wife just got placed on bed rest for 3+ months. 2 of our rooms; the kids rooms have had issues heating and cooling properly that we couldnt identify the cause. Jeff came out and determined the problem that should have been discussed originally when system was installed. He took charge and fixed the problem at no charge to us. The peace of mind this brought both emotionally for my family and financially has eased some of the stress we are feeling with all that has happened this week.We will never be able to thank you enough. This company is a total ripoff. They made us sign a page to check for a leak in our attic and spent a very short time there and said we needed a whole new system trying to sell us an over $16000 system and when we did buy changed us over $650 to do the check. I will NEVER use this company ever again.

Taylormade is such an amazing company! We had the experience of talking with Lance when we needed a completely new HVAC system. He was so kind and explained all the benefits of different systems that would suit our house. (We had one that was too small to handle our house when it was built). He even worked us in the next day as the temp in our house was 94 degrees! We have had such great experiences with Taylormade and will only use them from now on. No after hours charges, always great technicians and a company that you can trust~

Had a new Trane system installed and were completely impressed with everyone we came into contact with. The installers were very considerate and conscientious about keeping things neat and clean as they replaced our unit. The technician and sales person stopped by before during and after the installation to make sure we were pleased and that everything was handled well. We had a follow up visit to make sure we knew how to use our Nexia Thermostat. I wouldnt not hesitate to recommend Taylormade to all my family and friends. Update: Taylormade has done our preventative maintenance since the installation and their service is still outstanding. Theyre awesome.

If your priority is quality work, preservation of your AC unit investment, and friendly knowledgeable technicians, this is the best company for your money. Others may be cheaper, but you sacrifice quality of work, great customer service and best technical expertise by not using TaylorMade.

Taylormade has been out to our home and business many times and you will not find a better heat and air service. During this winter storm Lance has not only helped us out with our HVAC system but he also gave us some great tips on how get our frozen water pipes thawed out and within 2-3 hours our pipes were cleared out. I called Taylormade Heat and Air to service my Rinnai Tankless Hot Water heater. Two thumbs up to Jorge Sanchez and Taylormade. It was simple to schedule an appointment. They were at the house within 24 hours. And the work they did was excellent and at a fair price point,Jorge also made an adjustment to the toilet in the master bathroom. Took him all of three minutes to fix the problem. Simple adjustment. Another plumbing firm said they would need to cut the dry wall, replace some sort of valve, replumb the toilet at a cost of several hundred dollars.Taylormade is now my plumbing and A/C contractor of choice. Already scheduled next years service appointment. I always enjoy working with an honest company.

My tankless water heater was installed by Taylormade Heat And Air three years ago in a hurry when our previous water heater (using tank) went bad in winter. When technician came last week for annual cleanup service, he noticed a few plumbing issues which were overlooked during the initial installation. I communicated with the owner of the company, as they should have been installed that way in the first place. Jorge and team came today to remediate the situation. Jorge is a very knowledgeable and experienced plumber. He explained everything in detail to me and sent pictures vial email. Team was very professional. I am very pleased with the service.

Taylormade installed a new system at our home a couple of years ago. We chose them because they gave us a competitive bid and could install the next day (July). It works like a champ. We are now on a preventative maintenance contract. The technicians are always polite, professional and on time. I have referred Taylormade to several of my clients who have also been extremely pleased.

Great experience with Taylormade!The first night of the big winter storm, our furnace stopped working. The next day a pipe burst above our garage. We frantically searched for a plumber and through a referral, called Taylormade. They provided an appointment for a few days later and showed up promptly and resolved the issue which we were very thankful for.We had called the company we normally use for HVAC services to look at our furnace and, after looking at it, told us it should be replaced as it was 19 years old and the repair cost would be significant. They then proceeded to push very hard on the sale, telling us we had to sign the contract before noon the next day and have it installed in the next two days to get the discounted price. We became very concerned.Before Taylormade came out for the plumbing issue, we realized they were actually an HFAC company. So, we called and asked if they could also look at the furnace and give us a quote. What a breath of fresh air! So professional, understanding and patient. When we got the quote for the same exact system (same manufacturer, tonnage, SEER, etc.), it was almost 30% cheaper! They went through everything in detail, the extra steps they take to ensure things are done properly and what we could expect during and after the install. Just like they promised, they delivered - the install was great! They covered everything, took their time to be careful going up and down the stairs and the attic and ensured everything was working properly.I could not recommend an HVAC company and set of employees more!

The technicians did a very good job. The only issue I had was when I called to make the appt I told the lady we had two units. I was told there was a service charge, but not that the service charge is per unit.

I would like to say that the Trane Heat/AC unit has worked extremely well. I wish I could give them a higher rating, but I cannot. When we made the deal there was a promotion for $750 from oncor when you installed an efficient unit. The unit I purchased qualified for this promotion. I was told it would take about 8 weeks for this to come through. Well, COVID hit and I figured that things were backed up so I let it go for a while.After giving them 8 months I started calling. The person I needed to talk to was never there. I have called repeatedly trying to reach anyone that could tell me what was going on. I was told they would call me back countless times, and finally one time they did. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. That still hasnt happened and after calling more Ive never been able to get anything more from them. It has been nearly 2 years now. At this point I am about to give up. They sell a great product (so do other companies), but do not trust that you will receive the promotion deal they promise you.

We had them replace 2 AC units, HVAC and water heater. On multiple occasions, asked them to confirm the problem was fixed, yet after all installations were complete, we continued to have a water leak in our ceiling. The Owner agreed to have his contractor take care of the repairs, in a face to face conversation, yet would not return phone calls or emails after that and eventually denied having made that agreement. Terrible response times. Never showed up during the appointment window and we had to take extra time off work, on multiple occasions because of their delays. We filed a complaint with the BBB and will never recommend them or use this company ever again.

In 2017 We hired this company to replace one of our ac units. They failed to properly connect the propane converter, so propane gas was leaking into our attic all winter long. Our propane bill was huge but we thought it was due to the winter being unusually cold. The following year, We hired a different company to do a spring tuneup and they discovered the problem. We were very lucky that nothing other than high propane bills resulted from these hacks installing our unit. This year, we are having our second ac unit replaced and every company that came out to give us an estimate said that we only need one unit for our house and that when the first unit was replaced, both units should’ve been removed and just one unit installed since our single story house is only 2200 sf. This company has no idea what they’re doing. Sure, they have slick marketing and fancy trucks but they don’t have the expertise or experience to back that up.

The power was out in our house for the last two days, so we went to a hotel. We turned off the water when we left the house and flushed all of the water out of our sinks. However we forgot (well really did not know) to flush our tankless water heater. When we got home and turned the water back on, water came gushing out of the water heater. I turned the water off again, but did not know how to turn the water off to the heater and leave it on for the rest of our house. I called Taylor Made Heating and Air. Even though they were extremely busy, they called me on Facetime and walked me through turning off all of the necessary valves. They did all of this immediately and free of charge. This company is amazing! I called them because they installed our heating and air system a couple of years ago. Awesome customer service!

I had always used an HVAC company that my Home Warranty Company referred/sent over. I have had nothing but stress when dealing with them as they try to upsell me every time they come over and sometimes I wonder if they fixed an issue or may it worse.I decided to give Taylormade Heating & Air a call about a year ago as I could no longer deal with the Home Warranty referrals. What a difference!!! Not only do they fix the problem but also take the time to explain what the issue was, what caused it and how to prevent it from happening again. I just had service technician Brian Pribble complete maintenance on my two Trane units and did not expect the level of detail and effort he had put in (especially on a rainy day). A big kudos to Brian and Taylormade for defining great customer service.
