Im blown away. Nick and Mike are from the era where honesty and integrity just dont exist anymore. They could not have been nicer, explained every thing they did, and fixed my system that Ive had issues with for years. I have been dealing with my Home Owners Warranty company, who have jerked me around for weeks, and NTG was literally the THIRD company to come out and look at my system. I have a very complicated communicator system and these gentlemen made it look like they were toasting bread. After everything I have been through, once they fixed everything, I could not let myself go to a place to think I finally had an a/c system that was working beautifully for the first time. IT IS TRUE! I cannot say how nice it was to deal with two wonderful and extremely knowledgeable professionals and you could never find two more honest or friendly guys in this business ......... or any business. I actually look forward to doing business with them again. Best experience EVER.
