The technician, Joshua, is the absolute best. He determined exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He installed a state of the art thermostat and informed me what needed to be done to make everything work as it was designed. Also, I bought a contract for $180.00 that includes 2 cleanings per year to make sure the internal coils and fan cage stay clean so that it works efficiently. I am very happy with the work and look forward to not having to worry about the HVAC unit being neglected.

They were fast showing up the next day, efficient by fixing our issue quickly within an hour, and thorough by checking to make sure the issue was fixed. I would hire them again for they repaired a small wire that we cut while working in someones home. We needed the repair done quickly and professionally.We received both!

Recently we had Rose City Air out to review and make recommendations to improve the performance of our HVAC system. Heath, the owner, made several recommendations as to how we could better balance our temperature between rooms. After having them implement the changes he recommended we can say the results are simply outstanding. Our MBR was unable to get enough airflow to keep temps down at night so after installing dampers, additional duct lines, etc. we are able to keep our bedroom at a desired temp and are sleeping better than we have in over six years in our new home. The installers, Paco and Daniel were true professionals in every respect. I would strongly recommend Rose City Air as your “go to” company for your HVAC needs due to their knowledge, integrity and professionalism.

Weve used Rose City Air for some time. Very happy with their honest work and fair pricing for their service. And good guys besides that.Just used Rose City Air when A/C went out on Saturday night when guests were staying at our lakehouse. They got there within an hour ... found the problem and got cooling going again. Wow guys!!! Very appreciative.Used these guys again when I had $650 heating bill. It wasnt any colder and almost double the electricity usage. Josh came out and found a tough problem ... a broken wire that caused a heat strip to run continuously. These guys know their stuff, and friendly too!Used these guys last year to do some repair some work done a few years ago by a not so qualified business. They found a bad thermostat, bad wiring from thermostat to inside unit, a bad control board on the outside unit, and a broken coil on the inside unit that was NOT registered for the guarantee that could have been the case for that repair.They communicate well, fair prices, good work, and good guys.

Rose City is the best hvac company in town. They do high quality work for a fair and reasonable price and dont try to rip you off like the other companies - they are also locally owned.

My wife and I were honestly shocked at the level of service we received from Rose City Air. Starting at their office Autumn was proactive enough to call me back, after scheduling the technician appointment, just to verify some things before the technician arrived. The technician Josh showed up on time and couldnt have been more professional and nice. What I appreciate the most about Josh is how he not only technically fixed the problem, he went above and beyond to address small things that werent technically the problem and cleaned the system really well. Review based upon the Company, NOT the Technician whom is very knowledgeable and up front.Been down a unit (we have a mini split system with 4 units) for over a month now drastically increasing our electric bill. Under warranty and in a continuous service plan so sure repair is technically free.... but time is not. After waiting 3 weeks for a board from manufacturer the one that arrived is incorrect so were waiting another couple weeks on the correct board. All while the daily highs have been over 100 degrees nonstop for weeks...UPDATE: Its been a year and now another unit has the same exact problem... sounds like a manufacturer issue that should be addressed before installing these units. Were still on a regular service plan, even so this is getting repetitive now. Well see if it takes weeks to get the wrong part again...Update: So it was the wrong part again, waiting on eta on when/if Rose City can site the correct part yet again.This review was done clicking on a link that Rose City emailed me asking for a review. Since this review they have decided to completely drop us as customers refusing to service our units any longer. Weve called several HVAC companies and none will service our units.....

They were able to come to our house and correct all the mistakes that our builder had made. Everything working great now. Unfortunately our builder was not willing to admit that his subs has screwed up nor was he willing to share the costs with me!

Byron, the HVAC technician, is excellent at fixing A/C systems on homes. I noticed that he immediately started troubleshooting the problem, determining the exact cause of why the system was not working properly and quickly asked me if I wanted to go through with the necessary repair. I authorized the repair and the system was up and running in minutes. This made my wife very happy which makes my life much more tolerable.

I had a minisplit unit that had been nothing but problems since installation, bought from and serviced by a different company. That HVAC company had four opportunities to fix it over two years, but failed miserably and then refused to make it right.The Rose City Air service technicians came out and quickly identified the problems, several of which were installation errors. Shortly thereafter, Rose City Air came Back out with the line set and expertise to fix the unit.Now that the air conditioning unit is fixed, it is performing better than it ever has since new, two years ago. I had to have my condenser coil replaced. Every step of the way from estimate to invoice there was communication. I knew who was coming and when. Its really nice to know how close the technician is. Paco and his helper did an outstanding job and were friendly and answered all my questions. Im sure they had a full day and they were quick, but I know they took their time to do the job right the first time. They never seemed rushed and were all about the job in front of them instead of thinking about the next one.

Had a blower that failed. It was under warranty. Still had to pay for the labor, the shipping of the part back to the manufacturer, and the service fee, on two different invoices. It wouldnt have been much of an issue if it was explained in the beginning. The Technicians were phenomenal though! Id use them again, just need to ask the breakdown of everything before they even come out. I dont like surprises.

My A/C went out on Friday afternoon. The initial diagnosis was that it would be down until Monday or Tuesday while we waited on parts. I called Rose City Air at 9:30 AM on Saturday morning to get a second opinion and Will was at my house by 11:30 AM. He was able to diagnose the problem, source the parts, and have my unit back up and running by early afternoon. Will delivered a level of customer service that is uncommon in 2024. I would highly recommend Rose City Air to anyone with HVAC needs.

Christopher came in and got right to work fixing the AC issues on hand. I require a new circuit board but he was able to get things set up where we could have air until the required parts come in.

Rose City Air had a technician out to our home within 4hrs of me calling their office. I received a text before the technician came stating his name and showing a photo to recognize his face and even providing a link to track his location on the way to our home.The issue with our (very old) unit was troubleshot quickly. He was knowledgeable, explained the issue to me in a way I could understand, and showed me the actual part itself that needed replacing. They had one available with them on the truck, replaced it, and were done! Excellent customer service and provides education and repairs for a VERY reasonable price compared to other companies. 10/10 recommend!

One of our ACs wasnt blowing cold air. Tech (Austin) came out and found a wiring problem and fixed the problem in a few minutes! Extremely polite young man! You are heroes without capes! When our AC quit working today when it was set to be 104 + a hot heat heat index, our house warmed up quick. We had called another company that turns out misdiagnosed, didn’t seem to care that we were hot, never offered cooling units, just took our service fee and ran. I called y’all and Josh answered the phone and couldn’t have been nicer. I was in tears, explained the situation, and headed our way. He was here in 20 mins. After many years with another company, Rose City found numerous problems that were just ignored despite a service contract and system review 2 times a year with previous company. My unit was running inefficiently and probably going to cause significant damage over time. Thankful for better service and investment of their time, energy and intelligence.

After having multiple companies come out and gives us estimates to replace ac units and ducts , Will with Rose City Air was the ONLY person to follow through with a quote and actually say and do the work(this was on a mobile home and very few companies work on them). We are very happy with everything they did, it was a lot of work for them and initially it was estimated at 5 days of work but they did it in 3 and stayed late each day. Any other company probably wouldnt have stayed past 5pm. Will even offered to supply window units for us because of how long the job was going to take. Rose City Air really goes above and beyond for their customers. These guys did way more than they had to, from replacing a dryer vent to taping up wires and digging out a mountain of dirt to put the duct work in right. They did an amazing job. Honestly, who shows up to work after having emergency surgery? These guys do. If you want to do business with a company thats full of knowledgeable techs, integrity and honesty, this is the company.

Great service. They spent a long time correcting some previous work that was no right and they are also updating some of our equipment with better technology. Very thorough and detailed.Highly recommend them. They even swept and vacuumed after they finished the job.

Heath is amazing! We had another very well known company in town tell us that we needed to replace both our AC units and it was going to cost us $17k. Heath came to give us a second opinion and was able to fix the actual problem without replacement for not even a fraction of that cost! He has a customers best interest and isn’t just out to make money off of you. He is wonderful and I will use him again if I ever need any work done.

Rose City Air came to our home and replaced the total hvac system, wrapped the ductwork with insulation, new foundation for the outside ac unit, rebuild the inside foundation for the inside unit and coil, made sure everything was up to code, and then cleaned up after themselves.They are very professional, fast, and friendly. Heath came over for the estimate, Will and Paco both came over during the tear down and installation.Great warranty and we bought the yearly maintenance service package too.They text when they are headed over and sent a picture of who was coming to the house.The whole experience has been wonderful.

Our A/C in our house went out at the very end of May, it took our home warranty 31 days to replace it, Rose City brought us a window unit to borrow the entire time until it got fixed. I’m 5 months pregnant and this helped so much. Our tech Canyonn was very sweet, helpful and professional when installing and coming to get the unit. So appreciate of them!!!

I contacted Rose City Air this morning to repair our A/C, and Christopher showed up two hours later as scheduled to fix it. He showed me the problems with the power to the outside fan unit and the estimated cost to repair. He repaired it in an hour, and the A/C is now running great!

Rose City Air recently replaced our interior and exterior AC units, and they also helped us find a solution to some existing air flow problems.
