I was able to have Seth come out the same day I called Patriot and he was able to get our hvac system back up and running quickly even with a complicated system. He determined there was also an electrical issue and was able to consult with the electricians at Patriot and line them up to come out the next day.

Seth and Samuel did excellent work on all three of our mini splits. When they left each one was working like brand new and the cost was more than reasonable. Ill definitely have them back the next time we need work done.

Jeffery came out to do a tune up and took the time to fully inspect and provide feedback from things he found during his inspection. Provided pictures and options for upgrades and fixes. There was no pressure to sign up for their maintenance plans or buy a new system. Today’s visit was very helpful and I would highly recommend!

We use patriot electric to setup and recharge our mini split AC. The technician, Jeffery was extremely professional and provided excellent service. Before completing the job, Jeffrey insured that the system was working properly and that even the remote was able to connect. Our unit is cooling perfectly and the job was well done. Patriot electric also offers a veteran discount, which I really appreciated.

Called for a quick heater checkup for the cold spell, wind was cutting me half in two. Jeffrey showed up on time, was very thorough, and you could tell he cares and wants to be knowledgeable in the field. I will be back for sure.

Chad was extremely thorough at explaining the issue about the gas leak in our furnace and the repair process. We have used Patriot for our electrical needs in the past and we’re very pleased with their service. When it came time to have a tuneup on our heating system, we decided to try out their HVAC service. Jeffrey came out to do the work. Our system is in the attic. He videotaped what he did, explaining each part of the system. We are very impressed! Jeffrey, like Mike in electrical, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Patriot is now our go-to for both electrical and HVAC services.

Very quick response and very thorough examination of a bathroom ventilation issue. Thank you to Brad and Jeffrey for your knowledgeable assistance. Services completed include the installation of 2 larger ventilating bathroom fans, separation of ductwork and painted exterior soffit covers, all to improve the bathroom ventilation which was a complete success. Asked for a quote for a mini split system with heating and Seth arrived on time for afternoon appointment. Evaluated my situation and prepared my quote. Nice Knowledgeable tech.A few days later and appointment was made and they came out and installed my system. Very fast and professional. I would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable.

Amazing service from Jeffrey ! We called Patriot Heating and Cooling to inquire about a quote, they were able to get us in the same day. Jeffrey came out and identified what was going on, he had the part needed to repair our AC in his truck and fixed it the same day! Price was very affordable when we called around and compared.

Called late Sunday evening hoping to leave a message to get on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Tech actually called back that night and was at my house first thing in the morning. Was able to get my air-conditioning back up and running very quickly. Jeffrey was great to work with.

So my hvac was installed wrong whenever my house was built.I’ve had over three other technicians look at my hvac system over the years. Jeffery from Patriot electric was by FAR the best service technician! He took the extra steps needed to figure out my problem. When the other techs would not. He had no problem crawling under my house several times to find where my duct problem was. He was very polite and professional! I will never use anyone else again but Patriot electric! Best service EVER!!! Called Patriot at 730 in the morning to find out my compressor was toast. Our tech Jeffery pulled through and got us a new compressor and install it, all before dinner. Definitely huge props and thanks.

Great service and experience. Chad came out on Father’s Day to work on AC unit. Chad was able to quickly get to the bottom of the issue and come up with a cost effective solution. Chad was knowledgeable and professional to the T. Never felt like any upselling was taking place. Chad did inform of EPA laws changing in the next two years and gave his professional advice. Next day Chad and Seth showed up to check on everything. I appreciate their follow through, their professionalism, and the knowledge they possess. Within an hour I went from no AC to having AC, without buying a new unit. Definitely recommend!

My house was struck by lightning and some of our outlets would not work. We had another service out and they couldnt find the problem. Patriot came out, found the problem, and fixed it in 3 hours. I would highly recommend them. If I ever need an electrician again, they will be my first call.

If I could give them a million stars I would! I called super last minute in the day but they were still able to come out quickly to get this pregnant mommas A/C working again!! Quick response to my home, extremely friendly staff, and they had my unit fixed fast! I will definitely use them for any future problems!!

They where suppose to repair the water damage cause by them and only repair part of the damage, leaving the rest of the damage

Showed up promptly at 8 AM as promised. Jamey and Jeffrey performed the most thorough inspection and unit cleaning I have ever had. Would highly recommend Patriot for any HVAC work.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys at Patriot, both on the HVAC and electrical side. Lightning struck super close to our home and fried our AC, tv, router, lights, and other minor appliances. Of course this happened on a Friday night but Patriot called and walked us through a few steps, came out first thing Saturday and spent hours in the heat trying to repair our AC. They had come back Monday but were at our home by 8:30am and have been thorough and responsive to the issues lightning caused. Would highly highly recommend!!
