We took our meat saw ( which is an intricate part of our business)in for repair. After A+ having it for several months, and after many calls to them. They finally called stating it was repaired. We paid them our invoice of$800.00. Brought our saw back to the plant plugged it in and it was doing the very thing we took it in for. Immediately we called them back told them it wasnt repaired, they stated they would look at it again but it would be an additional $1900.00 for parts. No charge for Labor .. they never even took the saw apart the first time!!, so how did they know what parts were needed to repair it. We were Also told that they were laying off employees due to work being slow. Now theyre doing refrigeration work.... Wow!!!

My husband reached out to this business on recommendation when our walk-in was in need of repair. He was told that someone would be out the next day, but in the meantime if we posted a Google review they would take $20 off the service call fee. We thought it odd to review a business before receiving any service, especially with a monetary incentive.The following day no one calls, no one shows. Four days later, nothing.What a terrible way to do business. Call someone else.Well A+, heres your Google review. Do we still get the $20? LOL!
If we could rate negative stars we would. Never been treated worse by a supposed service company. Called last week to have equipment-Kent worked on and get a schedule for the repair. Was told tech would be there on Friday late afternoon or early Monday, but no one called or ever showed. Advised it was on a steep roof so the tech needed a ladder and equipment to reach the equipment.Many phone calls later and after being treated rudely, hung up on twice, and told that the office doesn’t control the technician, reprimanded for not being by the phone to receive their call, the technician finally called and after a short discussion that turned heated from his side was curtly told that they wouldn’t work on the equipment and was hung up on.There are many other companies out there who treat customers with a modicum of respect and I am surprised this company is still in business. I would highly recommend not using this company for ANY related service work.

Called 2 times, once on Sunday when my equipment went down, someone answers and says they will have a someone come look at it Monday, well its now Wednesday and yet again no one has showed up. The second phone call resulted in me talking to a service manager and I was rushed about my issue on this call. Worst customer service by far to date.
