He provided repairs beyond what I expected at no extra charge. When he finished his work, he tested the air quality to make sure my home was free from any contaminants or toxins. Pro-Tech did a fantastic job! We needed our HVAC unit taken out of the closet to replace the board beneth and duct cleaning done. All the guys were super professional, kind, respectful of us and our home, cleaned up after themselves very well. They left with everything looking better than it did when they got here. Our house smells much better today and allergies are improving. We highly recommend them!

Wow. Highly impressed and will recommend to all my friends. I had an appointment booked the same day after home warranty denied a claim by a sketchy contractor quote of over $4,500. Pro-Tech technician Ezequiel took time to determine the problem, that was an easy fix and had me up and running in an hour after being without AC in the 103 Texas heat for almost a week. I’m truly thankful and happy to know there are good folks out there and get the job done right.

Great service just expensive by (Ryan Ford)$85.00 diagnostic fee$250.00 Thermostat to later find out thermostat sells online for $50 so essentially we were charged $180 for install on a $50 thermostat.Total $335.00Transparency and honesty can go a long way and is most important when you deal with a client.Im not sure if I will continue doing business with this company in the future.

Pro-Tech Services installed our HVAC in a new build and did a great job. From the owner to the techs this is a top notch company. Last week on Friday at 1:30 we had a problem with a different Air B&B, not the new installation, guest checking in at 4:00, and its close to 100 outside. All HVAC companies are slammed! I called Pro-Tech explained my situation they dispatched Zeke right away, problem fixed! Guest checked in at 4:OO never knew there had been a problem. No other HVAC would have done that on such short notice on 100 degree Friday afternoon. Theyre the best!

Concerning Pro-Tech Services and Ryan Ford. Pro-Tech Services doesnt even deserve one star. I dont like being lied to. I am disgusted with the unprofessionalism, lying and conning to this old lady for parts or a new air and heat unit. Your tech Ryan Ford told me the compressor on my unit was gone, the condenser was bad and it needed coolant. He said it needed a new compressor, new copper tubing, flushing the unit and a new kind of coolant because they dont use this units kind of coolant anymore or replace the whole unit. I had the unit off when he came but he never turned it on to check it. He only turned off the circuit breaker. He was suppose to get back with me on parts, prices and financing but didnt. I should have known then for sure he wasnt on the up and up. I had to go and buy an indoor air unit to put in one room to keep from burning up in the 105° in my house from what your tech told me about my unit. $404.51 for an air unit for a room is what I thought that I would be using to fix my air conditioning. I live on Social Security only and cant afford these extra things. I had to have something to keep from having a stroke or worse a heart attack. Smaller less expensive units were sold out due to excessive heat. My neighbor suggested that I get a second opinion, so I did. Another service man came out and turned it on and checked everything. He said there is nothing wrong with your unit. I asked him why it would quite cooling? He said it is a small unit for this house and it reached its capacity with this extreme heat and quites cooling when overheated. He said the compessor, condenser and coolant are good. I am upset with your lying, unprofessional con artist tech. I will not approve nor refer this company to anyone. Conning people especially seniors is illegal. I am not asking you, Im telling you to send all my service call money back to me that I paid your Pro-Tech Services tech Ryan Ford. You have my address where your con tech came to. This can be reported to the BBB and the Police, a judge can be your jury in court and God is your biggest jury when the time comes. Dont forget the public will decide whether your company can be trusted or consider another company for their air and heat units. SHAME ON YOU FOR CONNING AND THE SNOW JOB THAT YOUR TECH GAVE THIS OLD LADY!

These guys came over about 8pm and they are so sweet! They figured out what was wrong and fixed it within about 10 minutes! I would recommend them to anyone in the world. They are sweet, very fast, and know their job.I wouldnt want anyone but them to come out and fix mine again.

Geraldo and his guys have been fixing our old unit for years and have always been fair and honest. We finally decided to get a new system and they were awesome! I may not have used this business yet but I sure will! These guys just helped tow my car down the road to a gas station after seeing me push my vehicle in the center lane up a hill. They were quick to act and kind even when they didn’t have to be. That’s what I call character. I’d recommend them solely based on that Alone. You know that if they care this much about a random stranger on the street just imagine how well they are going to take care of your heating and air needs. You never know when your AC is going to go out and even though you may have an emergency fund... it is sooooo nice that they have payment options and they’re super affordable! They’re also bilingual, which was so nice for parents because they were able to build that relationship! Carmen was so easy to talk to when scheduling the service, and the guys work super hard! We feel really confident referring them.

Pro-Tech was contacted on 9/19/22, that my air was out. THEY rescheduled 3 times, once they came, they took one of my personal fans from the living room without my knowledge and used it in attic, because they were hot. They asked for cold water, I stated I had bottled room temp water, they said that would not work. I was not told the purpose. I was able to give them cold water. after a while, they stated they were not able to fix air until a part comes in on Monday 9/26/22. After they left, there was a brown spot on my ceiling in living room that looked like a leak from attic. I did not hear anything from them on Monday. I finally sent email on Tuesday 9/27/22 to get an update. They stated part will not come in till 10/5/22 and they will be at house to fix it then. They did not come until 10/6/22 to fix air. Yes it is fixed but their communication is horrible, and taking something to use because they are hot... well, I was hot for over 2 weeks 90+degrees in house with windows up and fans on. Yes they fixed issue but I had to complain twice because no one reached out to me for an update, still left with brown spot on ceiling, was not updated if there was a leak.

Great service, phenomenal price. Less than half of what I got quoted elsewhere. Ill definitely call them again, should the need arise.

It has been 100F outside and my air went out. I get very sick in the heat. They made an appt for the next morning for me but then sent a text message saying they could be there within an hour. I appreciate it so much.

Gerardo came out to fix the heat on my AC unit. I had to contact him to set up a good time where someone could be home to let him in and make sure my dogs weren’t in his way. He got back to me really fast and agreed to contact me 30 mins before arriving on the scheduled day so that I could contact family to come to my house while I was at work.He fixed the issue in about half an hour and was very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend.
