Very helpful with the evaluation of the HVAC on a home purchase. Their technician provided an estimate. Then proceeded to do an on site inspection and tune up. Explained issues in easy to understand terms and made priority sequencing for service. Scheduling was easy with polite office personnel.

I’ve been waiting for three months to have them finish installing ductwork, bathroom vents, return vents and more. I was explicitly told that they would be back to finish the job, and bring everything up to the quality they agreed to deliver.Unfortunately, the finance company paid them everything at once instead of waiting until the work was completed and now they do not return phone calls or emails.

The quality of care from this company is top notch. I have always felt like they truly care about their customers, no job is to small, and they are more than trustworthy. They treat everyone like they are family!

Call to repair, less than 3 hours on a Sunday. Our family has used C. Davis many times and are always pleased.

My air conditioner went out last night. I contacted my home warranty company, they gave the contract to C. Davis whom I never heard of. They called me first thing this morning to set up a time to come out. He called me back a few minutes later to apologize that he had mistakenly given me the wrong time and scheduled another one. Although that one came and went, when I called them because I had a meeting he immediately got his guys over here. Unfortunately I could not be there to meet with them, my daughter said they were very professional and fixed the problem right away. I just want to thank you so much for fixing my air conditioner today and Ill definitely pass the word along to anyone looking for an a/c repairman. Thank you and may God continue to bless you. I purchased a PRO Nest thermostat for $375. It had a 5 year warranty. It never worked properly and when I complained the tech came out to check it and charged me a service call while under warranty. I paid it but complained. The owner then told me he didnt like NEW generation Pro Nest and wanted to install a Honeywell thermostat. I assumed he would credit me for the Nest, He told me that Nest would not refund him and that he would get me a new one that I can sell. It says on the box of the new one that it can only be installed by a professional. and that SALE without professional installation is strivtly prohibited. Im stuck with a NEST unit that sells for under $200 at Lowes. The Pro Nest costs more because of the extended warranty, but must be installed by a pro.
