They arrived on time for the appointment they gave me and both employees were cordial and very pleasant to deal with. They explained the process and took care of my property to the point that they even vacuumed the floors under the vents where they worked before they left. Id recommend them without any hesitation ! Thank you !!

Im not exactly a happy customer. I didnt realize that Stanley techs are not HVAC certified. That is why their bid was lower than the other company that was HVAC certified, so I will now have to spend more money to get the HVAC system cleaned. Im not sure why anyone would want to have their ducts cleaned without having their HVAC cleaned as well since air flows through the HVAC and into the ducts. There was absolutely no mention of this limitation by the person who came to do the bid nor by the technicians who showed up at the house. I only found out after the techs were finishing up and responding to my questions about what all had been done.While the technicians who came to the house were polite, they did leave a cover stuck to the wall.

Chad arrived on time. He was very pleasant and went right to work. Within 30 minutes or so he was done. I am very satisfied with Chads work and the price for the service.

Logan, the technician arrived pretty close to the anticipated time. Stanley Steemer kept me apprised by its tracking feature. Logan got to work pretty quickly after his arrival. It seems to me he did a very good job cleaning my carpet. I’m fully satisfied with the outcomes. I will engage Stanley Steemer again for my future carpet cleaning needs.

He was absolutely professional and really did the best he could on this absolutely terrible carpet. I should have asked how long it would take to dry bc it is super soaked. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Trust me Tyler, TX and surrounding cities!!!! DO NOT USE! DID NOT PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN, and refuse a refund!!!!! Choose another company in Tyler for your carpet cleaning needs unless you want to pay for nothing!Posting this so it will help others save time and money. This is long BUT to start off….. I have had this service before at an old rental. Thought they did a great job… until i moved out of another one this last month. I scheduled them to come on the 31st, and had to turn my keys in on the 1st. Keep in mind my water and electric were both shut off and transferred on the 1st. I was called into work the morning i scheduled them to come. I called ahead, made payment arrangements over the phone, and gave permission for them to enter the house upon arrival.After i got off, i went over to do one last walk through and get a few small pieces of furniture left ON HARDWOOD. NOTHING was left on the carpets for them to move or work around. There was still an abundant amount of dog hair, dirt, debris, and random carpet junk from living in a house for 2 years that i could see with my naked eye. The carpets were not even DAMP. Like i said, I’ve had their service before so I know what the carpet should look like and feel like the day of a true cleaning. Just to confirm my observation, i vacuumed the stairs and top floor for the remains of a “professional cleaning” to fill my entire vacuum dump canister. They were closed for NY, but I called and requested a refund. The service was not done, it seems like AT ALL. I truly believe they didn’t do a single thing.I submitted an incident report with the call center in hopes to hear from a manger and was told they would process a refund after reaching out. After the manager called on Friday, I was refused a refund and he stated “they don’t do refunds and that he could reschedule the service.” MY WATER AND ELECTRIC ARE SHUT OFF AND I TURNED IN MY KEY. They need water to clean!!!!!!!! I can no longer access the unit. I told him this, and he continued to give me run around and still scheduled for them to come take a look this past Saturday. I called back and told (the lady) what happened, that they are unable to get inside, there are no working utilities to do the job right, and to cancel the appointment. I wanted to save THEIR time from going out there to a locked house.SO long story short, I’m out of $130 for a service that was not “professionally” done. ALSO, my landlord will want the carpets clean for the next tenant and guess what they will pay for that with!!! My deposit. I cleaned and fixed things up so MUCH to get my deposit back, and Stanley has officially scammed me out of $300+ for what I paid plus what the landlord will take for the service AGAIN. I told stanley that i reported this to my landlord, and they told me they did not want to use this company again!! I don’t blame them. I agreed. Stanley refuses to do anything about this, but “send someone else out” which I’ve explained is not possible.Do not waste your time or money on lazy employees, or this terrible customer service! They don’t even want to back that they have employees that do not want work at 8am. & scam people out of their money. I paid for a service, that was obviously not done correctly and I get nothing in return. I wanted clean carpets, but i get neither clean carpets or a refund from a TERRIBLE job. If i had working utilities and a key for the changed locks, i would let them in. But i literally can not. It should’ve been done right the first time, and since it wasn’t.. they should just do the right thing for this situation, but refuse. Just proof that they don’t care about their customers!!!Save your time, energy, and money. Moving out is already stressful, and very expensive. I recommend to spend your money with a more professional and caring company. This one is very far from that!!!! Time stamp on the picture. Tuesday the 31st, that evening at 10:35pm (after) said cleaning. Does it look like they were “professionally” cleaned?

We have always used them, wouldnt think of anyone else. They do an outstanding job, very professional friendly people. Goes the extra for your floors. Reasonably priced too.

I was very pleased with Stanleys technician, Lane. He explained everything he was going to do to my floors. Also, he explained possible outcomes before he got started so I wouldnt be in for any surprises. Luckily, my tile looks exactly the way I hoped for! Thank you Lane!

Stanley Steemer lives up to its long time reputation. I had them come in to clean our AC ducts and dryer vent system. They were knowledgeable and professional at every step of the process. The guys did not cover any of our bedding, etc. that was beneath the duct vent they were cleaning out. Unfortunately multiple bed covers were ruined and one of them beyond repair. Fortunately the sales rep did work with us on replacing that, but it was disappointing and frustrating to see the lack of care. Not sure that we can recommend their services

My dogs got sick and soiled my area rug, which the vacuum then ran through… My rug is as good as new and so is the grout in both of our bathrooms, which is a service we were able to add on. They were early and I was very happy as it was Saturday! They were very thorough! My area rug looked new (it’s 5 years old and synthetic). The sofa, chair and ottoman had been in storage 3 yrs and they made it look beautiful. I will definitely use them again!

Contacted Stanley Steamers to come and clean my carpets, it was easier than I thought the process would be, I had contacted a couple other businesses that were local and all of them seemed to want a bunch of EXTRA. Stanley Steamers came out- Tech’s name was Jacob, he was very informative of what he would be doing and some other cleaning methods that Stanley Steamers had available. In no time Jacob had us taken care of and the carpets looked and smelled great! Highly Recommend to anyone!! Very professional and affordable!!

Stanley Steamers has come every year to clean my floors for Thanksgiving. It is so helpful when all the company is coming. I will say the last time was better than this time. Not sure what they used in the past but the smell was much better. Will use again

We hired them to do a chemical clean and grout seal on all the floor tile in our house. The technicians that came were very friendly and we felt they did a good job. The grout seal was recommended by them so we agreed to that which doubled out fees. We were okay with that but once the floors dried, we were left with a visible film on every floor they “cleaned”. So now we need to hire someone else to come out and clean the floors we had them clean. Doesn’t make sense?

Love these guys!!!! They were not bothered by our dogs at all in fact they asked to hold some of them! I’ve got eight in the house so they did have their options!! Love folks that love dogs.Work was done fast and really seemed interested in making sure I was happy with the job. Nothing but satisfied here.

We have used Stanley Steamer in Tyler twice now. They are professional and efficient. They do quality work and make our carpets/rugs/furniture look like new. They even wait while I vacuum behind the furniture while they have it pulled out. Always on time and kind to our family.

They always do a good job on my carpets.... however the only complaint I have is that I spent $60 for the deodorizer that I couldnt even smell. It used to smell really good, but according the guy who did my carpets Stanley Steamer changed the deodorizer some and made it less strong. Now I know I can save some money next time and not purchase the deodorizer.

The technician was outstanding. My son threw up all over the floor in the night. We cleaned it up the best we could, but it still needed some cleaning. He checked out the area first to ensure he fully understood what we needed. After he was done he made sure we were satisfied with the job. He did great!

Colton and Tyler were wonderful to work with. Both very professional, extremely careful with the set up to ensure that no walls or floors were scratched or damaged in anyway. They were able to get out every single stain that I had and the rooms look amazing! I would absolutely recommend Stanley Steemer and both Colton and Tyler to anyone that needs to have the job done right!

I was lied to about the services they offer. I needed car upholstery that was soaked by rainwater. I was informed that they could clean and dry the carpets. They can only clean it. They did not dry it. I was told it would take about 4-6 hours to dry. 24 hours later it still wasnt dry. When I called them they sent someone out to Extract the water. Which involves putting more water in then supposedly vacuuming it out. Our carpets were still just as wet after they left the second time. They then proceed to explain that it will be several days to dry, not what was said at first.I called one more time after 48 hours with no real progress on the carpet drying, despite being in the sun with the windows down and doors open every chance we got, a long with using a strong heated blower. They told me a manager would reach out to me to discuss a solution to this issue. They never call me. They just show up at my house and deodorize (resaturate) the vehicle AGAIN without speaking to me.When confronted with how unprofessional this was, they told me they dont actually offer the service they told me they did. When I expressed that I basically was lied to and paid for a service that was not the one requested, and promised, they refused to refund me. Keith Henry specifically was very rude about the whole situation and claimed with much sarcasm Well just send you a check in the mail! Before hanging up on me.TLDR: Was lied to about their services, spent $170 to be back at square 1 with soaked carpet. Manager Keith was extremely rude, and refused a refund despite lying to me about what they do.Dont use Stanley Steemer in the Tyler area.

Hired to clean three room of carpet. It took them less then one hour and only the surface soil removed. It still smelled. In the past we used Stanley and got good service and the carpet was clean and smell fresh. Not this time. We will never use again.

Came back to flooded house when out of town. Call Stanley Steemer they were out in less then 2 hours! Brett and David were very professional, did a great job and even work with my insurance company on the claim. Highly recommended

Air duct cleaning is what I had. The two young man that did the work were very diligent and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. I would recommend Stanley steemer to do any work that they have on their agenda.

I feel like it was overpriced for the service provided. The grout in the kitchen and dining room area is not any cleaner than when I clean it. After the work is complete they tell me my grout can be colored and then sealed.I had two small bathrooms and small kitchen Dining room combo done, only here about an hour. Cost of nearly $250.

They where really nice I dont remember the Mexican guy name but he was so sweet very nice explain everything to us.but the white young guy wasnt to friendly.but I would use them again.

Brett did a wonderful job on my carpets and he was very personable and professional I would give him 5 stars. I went with 4 stars as I felt the price of the cleaning a little high for 2 rooms when I had not moved any furniture, so one room was basically around cleaning walking space and the other room was about a 7 ft. by 9 ft. space. But afterwards my carpets were good and clean. I just wish they had pricing based on actual space being cleaned.

I thought the price was a little high ($250), but the carpets are almost 20 years old and as far as I know, the tile had never been professionally cleaned before, so I wasnt two put off by it.The first visit was scheduled between 2pm -- 5pm on 6.18.19. The crew arrived at 2:00 on the dot! There were two of them. They were both courteous, professional, and respectful. They explained the process and told me what to expect and that I shouldnt expect 20 year old carpet to look brand new after cleaning. That was fine, I expected that. They were on site for almost 3 hours and both of them worked very hard. I was pleased with their efforts.Later that evening, after the carpets had dried enough to start moving furniture back, I noticed that a place underneath a chest of drawers had been missed. Not that big a deal. It was an oversight and mistakes happen. But, it is in an area that can be seen so I wanted it cleaned. I called the next morning to schedule someone to come back and do that spot. And that is where the trouble began....I was surprised when I was told that someone could come that day (6.19.19) between 1:00 and 4:00. Then a little later, the rep from the actual office near my home called and said they couldnt come that day because their techs were not near the area. So we scheduled it for 9:00 - 12:00 the next morning (6.20.19).At about 9:30 that morning, I called to find out if they were anywhere close. I had some errands to run and didnt want to miss them. I was told that the job they had before mine was bigger than they thought and it would be a couple of hours. Fine--that was still within the window. But, at 12:00 when no one had showed up, I called back only to find that they still werent finished with the big job. 15 minutes later the technician called to tell me that he had gotten the van stuck and was waiting on a tow truck. He told me it could be up to 2 more hours. Well, that didnt work for me because I had already wasted the morning and I couldnt waste the whole day.He told me that he could come the next day, but when I told him that I wanted to be first on the list, he said he couldnt do that. I told him to have the dispatcher call me. Three hours later, the dispatcher called me and told me they couldnt come until next Tuesday (6.25.19). When I reminded him that I had not yet filled out the survey or posted a review online, like magic, he said someone would be here between 8:30 - 9:30 this morning (6.21.19)The technician arrived about 30 minutes late...whatever at this point. I told him what I needed done. Once again, he was professional, courteous, respectful, and he did the job quickly and efficiently.It seems to me that Stanley Steemers best assets are its technicians. They need to do some work on customer service skills with the office personnel.I would use the service again and be more vigilant in my post-cleaning inspection. I would only cautiously recommend to friends.

Called Stanley because of their bbn years in business and reputation for quality work and reasonable price. Well, they did not dissapoint. Took a second team with larger truck for even the possibility of cleaning 2 couches and 9x9 area rug due to our condo/loft location and their truck hose limitations but my tech, Richard Vasquez, went the extra mile in service by thoroughly evaluating just what could be done and making it happen. And to him especially, I owe another BiG thank you! He and his counterpart, Miracle, were timely, calling me 30 minutes and then 10 minutes prior to arrival, were personal and professional. And the couches and rug look like new! Cant thank them enough!

Lane did a great job cleaning all my tile floors, couch, recliner, and one area rug. He was professional and friendly. He also answered ALL my questions. Unfortunately, he was by himself with no helper.

Excellent service and results. Richard and Jacob were very professional and did an outstanding job.

Overall good service for tile cleaning, not pleased when I added a small half bath(no more than 10 sq ft) and they added $25 to my bill to clean the tile in that area. Also, added a laundry room (about 25 sq ft), this added $52 to my bill. It would helpful when a customer adds a room that the technician could say “that will be $xx more so you are aware.” My bill was adjusted slightly, however I would not have had the half bath cleaned if I knew it would be $25. They cleaned rooms 10xs the size of the bathroom for $52. So doesn’t make sense.

Hard working and quick service without compromising quality. Asked if we were pleased and was ready to correct any concern we had. However, everything was done perfectly professional the first time.

They did an amazing job. We were without power and water and they still was able to clean our two rooms, with their setup on the truck. Thanks again Kyle S.

The stains in my carpet did not come out and when I asked about it I was told he didnt have the proper chemical on his truck, but that I could go to Walmart and pickup some pet stain remover and it would work the same. If I wanted or had the time to get the materials from Walmart and clean my own carpets I wouldnt have hired Stanley Steamer to do it for me.Save your money and do it yourself or find someone else.

Things were cleaned very well however there was a ver6 large amount of water left. I know the carpet would be damp but the there was large puddles left from the tile/grout cleaning. I had to mop up behind to get rid of the water. The techs equipment kept shutting off and he was fighting with it. Again things were clean but the experience could have been better.

The gentleman was really nice overall good service. But after he left the hardwood floors were wet and I had to dry them up and I also still had film of pet hair attached in my carpet.

Did did a great job on my sectional and carpet. Arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

My insurance company hired them to do water restoration after a pipe split inside the wall. They did not remove carpet strips, they left all the baseboards and they did not drill holes in the toe kick to remove water from under the cabinet. The water set for 5 days waiting on them to show up so cutting the wall and removing insulation should have been an automatic response. Removing baseboards and carpet strips should have also happened. They broke a lamp and never said a word. I had the furniture on wood blocks and help protect it but they set an antique bedroom suit back into the water and left. Now I ha e twice the damage as I should have. They may good at cleaning but not at water restoration.

When the carpet dried (3 days) there was an odor. Very disappointed bc I have used your services on several occasions throughout the last years. And there were parts of the carpet that never was touched.

Lovely workers. However they didn’t return a couple of heavy items to their original positions. (A portable file box, a chair, and a tv in a box. Price was right and carpets are clean.

I noted on my online form that I had buildup in corners of tile and I wanted to be absolutely sure cleaning would fix that - they never called - until 1 hour before arrival - I had already spent hours moving furniture to prepare for them and I was told the floor would have to be stripped - would cost 1500 instead of 300. A simple phone call to discuss the job would have saved me hours of work and them a trip.

The two young men who cleaned the carpets n my newly purchased home were courteous, explained everything to me, were personable and did their job very well. In this day and age that is surprising all by itself!

It doesnt get any better. Very professional and efficient. I had them come it and clean 4 cars because steaming is the way to go if you want it truly clean and I couldnt be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I have always been very pleased with the service I have received from Stanley Steemer in the past, however this cleaning left several stains that I believe should have come up. There was one that I asked them to try for a second time, and much of it did come up with the second try. There was one stain under my office chair that I dont think they even tried to get up. Poor service.

Phil from Stanley Steamer in Tyler Tx did an incredible knob cleaning my carpet. He worked hard on my older carpet and its almost spotless. I didnt want to spend thousands for new floors but thought I might have to, but not now. Phil is friendly and he is an expert at cleaning carpet. So satisfied.

High pressure sales associate kept after me on the phone. Saying this is a special. “One hundred dollars worth and you only pay 47 dollars”. I even said I don’t want them. She said it’s all FREE. you may as well take it. Of course after they were done the bill was 127 dollars I pitched such a fit they took off 20 dollars. Yea I’m stupid. I will say this. The carpet looked good. DON’T take the add ons!!!!!!!

They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets. They were able to get up the sheet rock dust. Very, very reasonable. Will use them again.

The 2 men put on masks after I asked them to. They worked efficiently altho one must have decided he was distanced far enough and pulled his mask down below his mouth. That would be my only issue as I have several friends who have died and some hospitalized with covid. Precautions should be maintained the whole time they are in the home. I know masks are an inconvenience and uncomfortable, but having worn them off and on for 42 years in a chemical plant and doing woodworking they are not impossible to work in.
