Terrible company. They cleaned the ducts at the Church I attend. First off duct cleaning is unnecessary 99% of the time. I used to be an HVAC tech and never once recommended it. There’s always going to be a thin coating of dust on your ducts. But it’s never going to accumulate to a significant amount and duct cleaning just stirs the dust up in my opinion. Waste of money!Beyond that, this companies crew came out and ran their cleaner up inside one of the air handlers, damaged and shorted out the heat kit, kept on going past that and ripped out the EEV wiring harness and shorted it to the heat kit. They also shook the unit so much they cracked the drain off and they didn’t even bother straightening the unit in the pan afterward. Of course they blamed the unit not being bolted down (they never are, there’s no way to bolt them!!), and the unit not being grounded which it was grounded just fine. The problem was they’re incompetent and ran a duct cleaner up into a live system with sensitive components. Bad idea!It gets worse. They weren’t ever easy to get ahold of (lots of voicemails) but they were at least responding to me slowly when it was gonna be around a $500-600 heat kit. Then I realized the EEV wiring was destroyed which means the unit needs to be replaced (there’s not a good way to fix it because of how it’s routed in the unit). Now that it’s gonna be a $3000+ dollar bill I haven’t heard a thing from Scotty, their duct guy. I’ve left 5+ voicemails and communicated with their office multiple times and no response about what’s being done. It’s been 2+ months in 100+ degree weather that this thing has been broken. Absolute garbage customer service. If anything changes I will update my review.

DO NOT recommend for cleaning rugs! They had our rugs from 11/21/22 - 1/31/23. I was told they clean all rugs twice. It looks like at best they were shook off and slightly vacuumed. Our rugs are still full of dirt, covered in lint, etc. I have only tried cleaning the two smallest rugs - 2x3, 3x4 - after unwrapping them from Pro Clean. My vacuum canister was completely empty and you can see in the attached picture what was collected in the canister. I still need to unwrap the larger 3 rugs. We were quoted about $250, we were charged $167. I would have gladly paid double just to have them actually cleaned. So disappointed.

On the picture below you can see how much pet hair got on my work pants from setting them on the floor. Weve called and left messages twice but no one has called us back yet.

They came out the Friday before Christmas and cleaned up the mess made when a puoe busted in the ceiling and ruined our master bathroom. Water, sheet rock, insulation..... horrible mess. The guys who came out were so nice and thorough. They cleared put the mess, brought items to us that had been covered by the debris to see what we wanted to do with it, set up everything to start drying out the room and walked us through their process. They came back on Christmas Eve and changed out some of the fans for a heater, rearranged the others, and placed plastic over the gaping hole in the ceiling. They were back on Monday to see the progress. Everything was gone by Tuesday. The work crew was amazing. We hated ruining their Christmas, but we werent the only ones they were helping, either. Since that time, Ive also had the pleasure of talking with the office staff. This nightmare is covered by our homeowners insurance, and Ive never had to do anything like this before. Im horrible with names, but.... the lady I have talked to each time has been so nice, understanding my ignorance of how this process works, and helpful in making sure I knew what I needed to do. I hope no one has to go through this type of experience, but if you do and need assistance with cleaning up a mess, this company will definitely make things right!!

We had a fired in July of 2018. They claim they are very good but from the get of it was problematic. First, one of the three ladies was a smoker that after promising not to smoke in my home, was caught smoking cigarettes in the back bathroom. Several things were overlooked. Broken and damaged things were not kept a record of. Things were missing in the end and they tried to buy me off. They charged my insurance company sooo much money. I should have gone with my gut and called the competitor.Anyways… would I recommend? Not a chance.
