Aire Serv is a great local company; the Lynn family are great people. Stephen came out today to do our scheduled maintenance service and not only completed the work in a timely manner, but also gave us verbal updates on our systems as well as in writing for our records. I also appreciated Stephen giving us some advice on how to keep our systems clean and in turn should help them last as long as possible.

Stephen was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and to make sure all was working properly before leaving. Would recommend this company and technician.to others

Extremely happy with Ben at Aire Serv. From making the appointment to getting my A/C serviced they were fantastic.

The technician showed up exactly when they said they would. He seemed very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the issue immediately and went to work fixing it. When he was done with that he topped off the coolant and cleaned the outside unit.

They let us know when they were on their way and about how long until they arrived.They were courteous and professional.I could not have better service.I have had them for years. There have been times when they went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of.

Called one company that quoted me over $3000 to fix the problem. Called Aire Serv for a second opinion and got it fixed for around $300. Will give them a call next time for sure.

I had Air Serv do my annual check up today. Everything was just fine. Their tech (Ben) was so nice. Ben even installed a new system filter, which is something no other company has done for me before. I would recommend Air Serv of Smith County to anyone.

I made call mid morning and they scheduled me and was at my house that day around 3. They let me know when they were on the way so I could leave work then. I had 2 AC units to look at m, both in the hot attic, and also the 2 outside. I was given a quote on repairs and also an estimate on new units, as mine are old. I was not pressured either way and receive a members discount. He allowed me time to decide and was very respectful. I woke up with it on 70 instead of 82. What a great night! Thank you Aire Serv! Great company and great employee. It was not an easy job in 103 weather and hotter up in the attic. (He needs a raise) 😍

Jason was our technician. He was prompt, very very professional. He kept me informed at points during his survey of our system and asked permission before he made changes or repairs and gave me cost information prior to any decision I was asked to make. One of my heat pumps went out on Sunday afternoon and they were very prompt in returning my phone call requesting an appointment. Service technician came out Monday and fixed my issue quickly. I will definitely use them again. They installed this system originally.

I was on vacation when a friend walking my dog reported the air was not working. It’s 96 plus outside so I called them because they had done such a great job cleaning my air duct and checking my heating. Josh met my son the same day and did the repair with a very fair price! I so appreciate that this was handled so quickly! Love the polite and friendly people that work for this company!

I called them after several others trying to get someone out the same day to fix our A/C. Luckily they were able to come within about an hour. The guy who repaired it went straight to work, going over what needed to be repaired, the cost, etc. He got it done in about 1.5 hrs, including running to a place to grab a fan motor. I’m so happy he was able to fix it, I’m 7 months pregnant and I was dying in the heat. Thank you so much!

Called Aire Serv@ approximately 4:30 pm, and our Technician Daniel was at our door by 5:30 pm. He was very professional and walked us through everything he was doing, as well as answered any and all questions asked. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their fast, thorough service, and competitive pricing. We will be using them again for all our HVAC needs.

Came home from work to find the a/c not working. Called Aireserv and they responded immediately with a repair tech. He immediately knew what was wrong and had it working again in just minutes. Prompt and excellent service at a very reasonable price! I would recommend them to all my friends.

7pm in July and the AC stopped working after a power outage. Called and within 10 minutes the dispatcher called back and let me know who would be coming out, where we were on the list and that we would get a call as soon as Josh was on the way.Josh called as expected and was courteous, clear and helpful. Our issue was a weird one cause by the power outage but despite Josh working all day, missing dinner and helping us out at 9pm at night he was an absolute friendly, professional, honest, and personable gem. He represented Y’all well! Kudos and thanks to Josh.

We bought our units from Aire Serve in 2016. I love our units and they are very affordable to run. The few times we have had any issues, Garrett sends a tech out to resolve the issue. While on vacation last week, our thermostat showed the main unit had an error. Our daughter came out and meet with them after she got off work. The techs are very courteous, and professional. I am truly thankful for our units keeping us cool in Texas summer heat, and keeping us warm in the winter.

Aire Serv was great. The receptionist in the office was polite and accommodating. The tech arrived early in my time frame, which is always nice. He was polite and thorough. He made sure to give me all my options before fixing anything and their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

The Tyler team went above and beyond to get our AC back online as quickly as possible. Kenny was upfront about the issue and gave us honest feedback. We then had to replace our entire system and this team once again had a whole new system installed in less than 24 hours. From service, to new systems, or for a check-up I would highly recommend using them. I noticed some of the low ratings and that does not properly reflect my experience. Sometimes you have to spend some money but when you do make sure it is the right team.

Had them come out wed. the 12th to service a/c. Since service call my a/c is freezing up more often, so I as customer put myself in bad position by being on very fixed income(disabled vet), so after tech left everything seemed to be fine and definitely cooler. Imagine my suprise when the unit refroze and stopped cooling, so much for being feeling better so its back to being sick from the heat and all the meds that are affected by it(heat)

We LOVE Aire Serv! We had a leak in our system and they came out same day we called AND fixed two leaks! They were 100% honest and tried to help us understand what was going on with our system. They werent pushy about getting a new system being that ours is 24 years old. They are most definitely in this to help people not take advantage of people. We had another company in Tyler look at our system before and they didnt fix it and told us that we just needed a new system so the honesty of Aire Serv is very much appreciated. When its time to replace our system we will only trust them to do it! I would recommend them to ANYONE! And its family owned! Support local!

I think that this business can be trusted with any service that they need to perform for you! They came in the middle of a rainstorm and repaired my AC! Now, I have a yearly Contact and they change my filters. They furnish superior service checking the heat and AC at each visit. They provide excellent filters and the service men are in clean uniforms andare polite and trustworthy. I have used them for 3 years and the service policy includes good prices on any parts that are needed. Gold star ⭐️ in my book.

Same day service. Fast and affordable

I call on a Saturday evening about 6pm and at 8pm a repairman arrived to work on my AC unit. He confirmed the problem I was having, which he had already diagnosed, gave me a total cost and fixed it. I was very pleased with the promptness and service I received from Aire Serv and Daniel the serviceman.

Great customer service! I called and they had a tech out the same day. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very informative and set up an appointment that worked for me. The gentleman that came out to fix the problem seemed very knowledgeable and respectful as well. Very happy and will use them again if needed.

I called Aire Serve because of all these positive reviews. I should have been suspicious that every review was 5 stars. I mean no business makes every person totally happy. I think these reviews are staged.Anyhow, I called and a technician for a leaking coil. The tech at first seemed very confident and seemed to drop all the right lingo. He couldnt find a leak and offered a slightly improbable explanation for why we saw a leak in the past. (We had added freon in Oct and shut off our system for the winter.) After we turned it on to show him the problem, he offered a $500 solution which included adding some freon, even though we just had recently added some and putting a $150 leak stop solution in the freon. He then says we can see if that works and if not try something else. So wed be out $500 for something he has no idea if itll work or even what the real problem is. This is in addition to telling me its not a problem for water to back up in the unit (from our pipe that doesnt drain right from the unit to the outside).

Justin was so polite and knowledgeable. Very professional. Treated us like family. He was the best. Would like to put his name on our ticket for any future repair needs. Thank y’all.

Aire Serv came to our house and business today for the first time. We found out about them at the Home Show and I can tell you it was the best decision that we have made. For the first time in 20 years of having service contract work done on our A/C, we had a technician that took apart our A/Cs and made sure they were working properly. The repairs that were needed were reasonable and we couldnt be happier. We are a customer for life!!!

Now for the third time they have saved me having to replace my system! I just need 1 more year until my daughter graduates college! Thank you guys tremendously! Josh is AMAZING!!!This is the second time Aire Serv has come to service my 20 year old system and saved me. I have known for 4 years the system needs to be replaced and we have a remodel budgeted for next year to include new HVAC. But this year with Covid-19 and everything I knew I couldnt do it just yet. This is twice they have come in and got my system running better than any 20 year old system should run at a very reasonable cost. The technicians have ALWAYS been top-notch and on time. I know where I will get said new system and they will always have my business.

My drain line backed up on my new HVAC unit Aire Serv installed last fall. I called at 2100 and they had an on-call tech out by 2200, and had cold air running before 2300. Fantastic service. Kenny, the tech, had been to my home before, knew how to diagnose the issue instantly and fixed it almost as fast. Being a thorough professional, he checked out the condenser on his way out just in case, and knocked on my door and asked if he could fix another issue that he found. I can’t recommend this company or Kenny enough.

We have a 30 ton electric heat and AC, they come out promptly and on schedule for our regular servicing and do a great job at ensuring we have no down-time. Our entire operations are reliant on precision equipment that has to stay within a specific temperature range. No worries with Aire Serve!

Pricey! Have a Lennox heat pump that the indoor blower motor was replaced under Warranty 4 years ago, $249 Labor. Same blower motor went out and again it is still under warranty, told the service man (who was very polite and did his job well) what was wrong and he diagnosed the same. Told me it would be $349 + Tax. It didnt take 2 hours total time working including runing for the part. I think that that is abit over priced and kinda price gouging when it is this hot and wed made the appointment Friday for Monday so we wouldnt get stuck with a weekend call. Will probley not be calling on them again.

I called after 4 p.m. and they had somebody there within the hour. Josh Ray showed up and was very professional and repaired the AC unit at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend them.

My HVAC thermostat stopped working and the unit wouldn’t come on. Josh arrived on time, listened to what I had already tried and wasted no time trying the same things. Called for heating maintenance check when the heater in my new home would not come on, and they were able to come out the next day. Good communication of arrival time, and service personnel as well as office staff were friendly and helpful.

Do not use this company, they dont install your unit correctly, tell you they have the same unit being replaced, then they show up with a different unit. Install the inside unit with wires showing. Only a one year warranty, and if something goes wrong after the one year warranty, they tell you they dont work on that unit anymore. You will never hear from them again. DONT USE THEM. Call someone one more reliable. Dont call this company

I had just moved into my new house and was having a bridal shower that afternoon. My air conditioner wasnt working and it was 80 in the house. I had an hour before people started to arrive and of course its the weekend so most a/c companies arent open. I called Garrett at aire serv and him and Bobby were there is less than 30 min. My bridal shower was saved because of them! Im forever thankful.

During my research into heating and cooling one topic kept coming up. Its not what you install but who you have install it. I believe I made the best call on that front. Attention to detail even on a complex unorthodox house was done professionally and correctly. Will be using them again for my second unit.

Repairman came out and fixed a/c that wouldnt work....while fixing unit he told me that the coil was dirty......i asked him if he was going to clean coil.......he acted like he didnt want to answer my question....he got a/c working but left and didnt clean coil at all.....i think this is very unprofessional.....why not do a good job while you are onsite!!!!! JUST FOR YOUR INFO EVEN THOUGH WE WONT USE YOU AGAIN BECAUSE YOUR SORRY>>>>> THE REPAIRMAN LIED TO YOU.....HE DID NOT CLEAN THE COIL AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH HIS WORK
