He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all my questions with patience. The installation was completed efficiently, and he even made sure to clean up afterward. After multiple calls I felt comfortable going with this company. The service technician arrived promptly; he was polite and in credibly thorough. I also appreciated his communication throughout the time here; additionally he took pictures did a detailed report and answered my questions about adding a air purifier (as I had been considering) I am very pleased price was reasonable for tune up service call.

Carl was our technician with A/C Contractors. He always get the job done and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done well in a timely fashion. We have chosen to have the A/C monthly membership service plan for our Trane A/C home unit. It has worked out great. They call us and set up a service visit about every 6 months. Dallas has been our service technician for the past 2 times. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and good at what he does. What a wonderful experience! We had another company come out last year for a/c repairs. Through many visits, we kept having different issues come up on each visit costing more money. End the end, they basically told us that maybe we should consider replacing the central air unit even though it was only 14 months old. After spending close to $1500.00, we did not get the unit repaired!! We waited for 6 months without a/c and decided to call a/c contractors. They made me an appointment the same day and our technician Carl came out on time. He was so professional and so friendly. He spent his time testing every part of the system. He took pictures of all components and explained every step he was taking to resolve the problem. When he identified the problem, with a leaky coil, he explained that they would use the guarantee for the parts and we would just have to cover labor and Freon. The biggest surprise was when he quoted the price for the repairs!!! We were so please with the estimate after dealing with the other company that we approved to move forward with repairs! The same day, Carl called us back and said they had a coil on hand and scheduled repairs the next day!! Now the system is up and running!!! So pleased, I could go on and on about how happy I am with Carl and this company! Since they had a coil in stock, they even took an additional $60.00 off the estimate!! No surprises on the final bill except for the reduction in costs!!! A/contractors have me as a customer for life. If all the technicians are like Carl, you can’t go wrong. To the owner of the company, please do everything you can to keep Carl with your company! Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

A/C Contractors have been really great to us. We had to buy a whole new system and they helped us with pricing and financing. They are always super friendly and most importantly, they show up when they say theyll be there instead of you having to wait around all day for them to. They do multiple maintenance checks of the system throughout the year and are always a pleasure to do business with.

Carl came to my home this morning for my yearly inspection and he was so nice and very knowledgeable about the unit we had. Carl told us how to maintain the unit in the future. I would highly recommend Carl to anyone that needs A/C help.

Definitely call A/C Contractors for your A/C and or Heating questions or concerns. Above and beyond customer service . The part that failed on our A/C unit was not in stock and would take over a week to come in. A/C Contractors removed the part we needed from a new unit they had in their warehouse and had our A/C unit back in service in just a few days. The only reason it took a few days was due to the weekend. Our technician Carl was very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. A/C contractors and Carl will be the only phone call we will make in the unlikely event we have any more issues or concerns with our A/C or heating unit.

Heater stopped working and AC contractors came out within an hour to evaluate it. The worker was fast, yet thorough, and friendly. He explained what he was working on and what the problem was. It was fixed quickly and up and running now without issues. Highly recommend!

Carl was on time (even though I wasn’t) professional, and carried in my heavy UPS delivery. He explained the system and what to expect from it over the next few years. A/C contractors is hands down the BEST experience we have had with HVAC Companies over the last 8 years and I am hopeful to continue business with them when we build our forever home.

Zack did a fantastic job when my unit broke at midnight. Came out first thing in morning and my unit was covered under warranty apparently so they fixed system and did not charge me for parts. Wow!

My mom came home after work to find her AC had at some point stopped working during the day. Which is not exactly pleasant when its 90 degrees outside. We called A/C Contractors, and they were able to get us on the schedule for that evening and got everything fixed. Andrew was the best! I would highly recommend.

AC was not installed correctly and we had problems the whole first month. Our supposedly new efficient system cost us a $500 electric bill in May!! When we finally called to have someone come out, he could not tell me how to use the thermostat. Horrible experience all the way around. Awful system...cant even find filters. HORRIBLE....wish I could uninstall it and carry it back to the front lawn of their business!!!
