I was extremely impressed with Yedhi. His personality and his knowledge and speed. He was professional yet personal and friendly. A rare combination. He’s coming back next week to fix some things. And I did pay to join the contract for a year. I’d like to get an email showing that I am in that contract please. Thanks!

I called in today with a billing question and the young lady I spoke with (I believe her name was Carly or Harley?) was so kind and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and was very patient with me. This is the customer service I have now come to expect from other companies as well.

I live in the Barclay apartments, and you guys were just recently hired to install all of our units. I just want to say a huge thank you for getting us set up before winter hits. The crew that came out to my house was very nice and incredibly professional. Randy and the rest of their crew made me feel incredibly comfortable and talked me through the whole process. All of them worked really hard and seemed very dedicated. Good workers are hard to find these days, but you definitely have two good ones in these guys. Highly recommend!

We couldnt be more pleased with the work done by TDI. We had work done on our present home and also on a home we are remodeling. Eddie did the repairs at both homes. He was fantastic... very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

These guys are just great. They take the time and care to ensure the job is done correctly the first time! We needed the line set hooked up and vacuumed on a minisplit that we installed on our truck camper. We called a number of places and no one wanted the job. These guys were more than accommodating and we appreciate their knowledge and expertise.

One of my A/C unit was completely out and needed to be replaced in this hot summer day. William at TDI was able to come out in an hour and provided me a comparative quote. The installation was scheduled 3 days later which was the quickest among all three companies. The installation technicians were very polite and professional. They cleaned up after all work done. I am so happy with my new variable AC system. It’s quiet and keeps the house evenly cooled. I got bids from 3 other companies and TDI was comparably priced. The installation crew was so careful not to damage my floors inside or my yard and plants outside. They had to remove a panel of fencing and put it back like new. They were very professional, courteous and kept me informed of their progress. I would recommend TDI to anyone.

We had a new Amana 17Seer heatpump installed yesterday by TDIAir technicians Dakota Simpson and Mason Jernigan. They worked hard removing our old system and installing the new system. They was very professional with the installation. Also, Chad Stults worked with me and visited our home to make sure we got the correct system for our home. They did run into a problem turning the system up but all 3 worked on the issue for quite a while until they replaced the old signal wire which fixed the problem. My wife and I was very pleased with the installation and the system is working great. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new system!!

TDI has been very helpful to use in every way possible. Several years ago they replaced our entire unit and then came out and replaced the thermostat board and then came again last week. They are always on time and they get the job done. When we called them for a bid on a new unit, they were the cheapest out of the 4 companies when had gotten a bid from and was here when promised to install it. Thank you TDI for GREAT SERVICE!!!!

This summer heat took out my AC, and thanks to Tony and Juan, they had my ac blasting cold air again in no time. And they explained everything so well. 100% recommend!!

Update - had complete new split system installed by TDI. It wasnt easy but they went above and beyond to get it right. I am glad to support our home town people, Trane and TDI. Thank you to Cody and Will for putting together a solution. Also, they have a very reasonably priced service maintenance agreement to check your furnace in the fall and air conditioner in the spring so you know it will work when you need it. And when you call them, you get a real person, not a recording. Thank you, TDI!

TDI is great!! We called into the office and talked to Harlie. She was so nice and professional and help set us up to get the help we needed! The maintenance was also top notch!! TDI is the way to go

A/C went down and TDI had someone out the same day to make repairs and get me going again. Had called another company and they just tried to see me a new unit instead of making repairs one the one I have. Good, Honest service is hard to find these days but TDI provides both!

Had a problem with one of my units not maintaining setpoint temp. Called TDI in the morning and they came same afternoon. TDI techs cleaned coil and replaced the capacitor. All good now.

Just completed my second installation with TDI. First time was a mini-split unit for my shop. Now a new heat pump and air handler for the house. Harlen (sales) knows his business and offered several solutions. Installers were up to the challenge of a very tight attic. All were professional, timely, and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any job,

This is not the same company that has 67+ years experience. Apparently the company was recently purchased. Very inexperienced and unprofessional employees. Use this company at your own risk.

I’ve always been happy with TDI, they come out and service my air conditioning and heater twice a year and I feel confident when they leave that everything is in good condition.

Very responsive, called on a Tuesday within 1 hour they were at the house. Mid August mind you that, they found the issue and ressolved it with a new Trane outside unit.
