Recently, we had Maddox out for our fall maintenance. This time, a gentleman named Colby J was sent to our house. Colby went above and beyond for us (even removing numerous old filter boxes left in the attic). We were so happy to meet someone with such a great personality and work ethic that we felt compelled to write a review on his behalf. Colby, thank you very much for all of your hard work!!!

I’m so happy that we recently purchased a HVAC maintenance agreement through Colby! Today he thoroughly inspected and prepped our two units for the fall transition. He communicated the process clearly from start to finish. Colby was polite, professional, and respectful in our home. Colby Jamersan was the technician that assisted us for our Maddox seasonal maintenance. Colby was so efficient as well as courteous and answered any questions we may have. He was thorough in his inspection and review with us. I enjoy our service with Maddox as we have years of good service and again, technicians as well.

Colby Jamerson with Maddox Services completed our Fall inspection of our heating & A/C system. This 2 times a year check up is a necessary service for everyone’s heat/ air systems. Colby did an excellent job, checked everything, cleaned out our outdoor unit, and gave us a report on his review. He even provided new filters. Colby was very personable and knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and explained the current condition of our system. Excellent service again by Maddox & Colby!

I want to give a huge shout out to Chris. He was on our street during this enormous storm that hit Tyler. I was at work and my babysitter and kids were at home. He was professional about everything. He knew our babysitter so that was a huge comfort! He answered the phone each time I called, fielded all of my questions, and took care of 3 houses on our street in record time. I cant thank him enough. What a generous and patient man during a chaotic time.

I called to inquire about their maintenance plan for electrical as well as AC heating. Melissa was kind enough to send me the information I called back and emailed for some specific prices on some of the electrical work as I need an extensive electrical overhaul on my home. I was told the information was passed on. They would get back to me. We’re going on two weeks now and I haven’t heard a thing. I have decided that they are either too busy for the job or they don’t want it. Red flag message received sorry to bother you Thanks.

Guy Robertson serviced my systems this date, November 11, 2022. He is very courteous and professional. My questions were answered in detail. I am very satisfied with the help I received.Alex Beasley serviced my air conditioners today, April 12, 2021, and provided a detailed and concise summary of all work performed. Alex observes all the necessary public-health safety measures and, as always, is punctual. Alex is an excellent representative of Maddox Air.Billy and his team of George, Arnulfo, and Jesus responded promptly to my request for service and estimates. These gentlemen are all excellent communicators and were able to provide detailed explanations of their work which a layman could understand. My experience with Maddox has been positive in every regard.Isaac Mata serviced my air conditioners today, May 15, 2020, and conducted himself in a thoroughly professional manner. He wore a face mask and observed all social-distancing guidelines with minimal time inside the home. Mr. Mata is a credit to your service department, particularly at this very difficult time.

Every aspect of purchasing our new heat pump was handled in a very professional manner...from the original meeting to the final installation and clean up. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the services provided by Maddox. The prices were very competitive, and we were able to have a top of the line Carrier system, too! The installers were very courteous, and kept us informed during the process. This is my second experience with Maddox...and I will continue to call them for service in the future!.

You must use this company. I solicited seven AC contractors. Most of them were sales people. Billy with Maddox was the only one who calculated loads and verified the size of my AC. My broken one was actually oversized so I am confident now I got the right one. Delivery issues were delaying installation and Maddox got my AC working temporarily while we waited at no cost. Who does that? This outfit were professional, installation was awesome, and I am completely comfortable with the investment a new AC requires. They will not be the cheapest, but this is an AC that is supposed to last 15 years. I wanted to be absolutely confident in such a large expenditure. They are the best. You should absolutely use Maddox for your AC needs. No doubt.

Rick, my technician, was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the condition of my AC and worked efficiently, careful not to over bill cost of labor. Maddox office staff was quick to respond, making the scheduling and payment procedure worry-free.

Billy Yarbrough was my salesperson, he explained my problem and gave me proposals for the A/C and heat. He answered all my questions and put no pressure on me to make an immediate decision. He checked on the installation throughout the day. Arnulfo Sandoval and his crew did my installation and were prompt and courteous. They completed the job in a timely manner and took progress photos and sent them to me during the installation process. He gave me step by step simple instructions on my new thermostat. He then rechecked the installation of the inside and outside unit and the crew cleaned up their work areas. It was nice to have such a professional and courteous service crew at my home. We are so pleased with Guy Robertson as our technician. He is very thorough in checking the 3 units that we have. Job is always well done.We recently had to install a new unit at our home. Anulfo Sandoval and Jesus installed the unit for us. They both were very helpful and we felt they did a very thorough job. They answered all the many questions we asked. Maddox has always provided us with great service.

Maddox and the rest of their staff are always a pleasure to work with. Rick was our service provider today. He was friendly, caring, and professional. He worked on our air conditioner to make it run efficiently and helped us understand what may need to be done to help it work for the future. It is an old unit and we may need to think about replacing it at some point but until then we will depend on Maddox as our service provider to help us stay cool and comfortable.

Thank you to the Maddox a/c team for the great service,got a complete new system installed today. The guys that came out were very professional.i really appreciated them getting out here as quickly as they did. My old unit failed sometime between Saturday evening and Sunday,called Billy Yarborough Monday morning,he came out around 10:30 that morning to get me an estimate. Mr. Robertson arrived at my residence and we had a short to the point conversation as to my A/C problem. He immediately went to work and I then checked on him every so often as to his safety. The HVAC unit is located on top of a storage area in my project shop. I wanted to insure he was not injured in any shape form or fashion. After completing the repairs to the unit we discussed the cause of the problem and required repairs. I was impressed with his work and attitude as to performing the repair. Three people showed up to let me know they cared about me and valued my business. Dave the service tech really knew what he was doing and got my units going the way they should be. This guy is good enough that I took out and annual service contract with them . Dave is a good tech and very nice. You need to keep the guy.

Great service. Called Maddox in the morning and was told a repair tech would be out that afternoon. The tech called in the middle of the afternoon and was at my home within a few minutes. Cody quickly determined the problem, had it repaired, and left with my home beginning to feel cool again. Cant ask for much more on a 95+ degree day.

Adam Bailey with Maddox Services came out to check on an underperforming unit at the home of my son and daughter-in-law. He was on-time, professional and patiently answered all of my questions. He was thorough in checking the system and his actions resulted in an immediate improvement in cooling performance. The pricing was fair and Id highly recommend Adam for your HVAC service and/or repair needs. In an an industry populated with companies that dont always work in the customers best interest, thanks to Maddox and especially to Adam for getting it right.

After a phone discussion we both knew I wasn’t an emergency but I had a leak that needed attention within the day. He was able to collect the parts needed to resolve my leak and stop the money flowing down our drains the next morning. Very impressive plumber who listens to his customers but gives sage advice at the same time.

We appreciate Mr. Abbott’s service and explanation of the problem with our airconditioner. His professionalism, knowledge, timeliness and the completion of the work done was well done. We called for service on an older unit for a mobile home over Memorial Weekend 2019. We called Maddox HVAC repair. Dave Thomason responded. Professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. In the process of repairing the air conditioner, we discovered a serious electrical problem. A call was placed to Maddox Electrical and Corey Parks responded. Again, we were impressed. He made sure that our electrical system was safe. I cant forget Billy Yarborough from HVAC Sales who gave us an estimate for a new unit when requested. The people from Maddox are great to work with; timely, efficient, respectful and priced well. I have dealt with other A/C companies for work and altthough they have most been good, Maddox has been the best. Very fast response, and was able to get us back up and running. The service Tech was good

Have been using you for sometime now. Rick Jones was the most thorough attendant you have sent out. I will ask for him in all subsequent A/C & Heating needs I have.

The technician came Monday to get the estimate. Parts needed to be ordered--we were hopeful we could have it fixed by Friday. We are a retail customer and Tax Free weekend is a big event for us.The parts came in TUESDAY! He arrived Tuesday afternoon and got us going. He was very personable and professional.

Excellent service. Quick turn around. I called about my ac being out, Joe came out within 2hrs. He was very professional and thorough.

Richard did a great job of replacing our broken blower fan. Unfortunately, the capacitor blew after he arrived so that had to be changed as well. The prices are a little higher than I would expect; however, they do good work.

The serviceman was very kind about coming out on Saturday evening. He even missed seeing his daughter dressed and going to prom because of the service call. He replaced the motor on the AC quickly and efficiently, and left our house full of women cool and comfortable!

Outlandish billing and a very dont care attitude from management.They only good thing about them is lady who talked with me over the phone. she was very warm and helpful. But other than that I will not be using them anymore or recommending them to friends$900 dollars to repair a leaking yard faucet and replace a toilet is extreme to me.And only after I paid over $600 for on my original invoice and somehow got another charge of $220 almost 3 weeks later regarding the same repair (I will not be paying that)And my faucet still leaks but I will have to pay someone else to repair it because Im sure they will find out away to charge me some more..Not a good experience whatsoever.

Maddox Technician, Adam, called to advise he was en route & arrived promptly. Assessed the problem & was able to resolve in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable. Very courteous. A pleasure to deal with!

Adam Bailey is a knowledgeable and capable employee. His job this time was a routine check-up, but he was thorough and quick to answer my questions. I think you need to keep him around. As you can see, five stars.

We got a good price on our new two-stage Lennox, and two of the most courteous installers. One showed us where the previous team did a poor job of the transition - with a leaky fit to the attic ducting - and made sure we had a tight fit. Later he squared and trimmed all the lines to make everything appear neat and tidy. Were amazed at how quiet the outside unit is, and totally enjoying the lower humidity as well as cooler temps throughout the house. Dave Thomason preformed excellent service. He called before he came and gave me an approximate time he would arrive at our home. After he completed the service on our A/C he explained the service. We hope that he will continue to service our home in the future.

Corey was on time and did a great job replacing the AC coil. He also provided good input/solutions on other issues we may encounter during a home inspection.

All work was scheduled and efficiently done as scheduled. The A/C personnel went above and beyond to insure all repairs were done properly. All work was double checked for operation before requesting me (the customer) to inspect. Found all work to be excellent. A++++++

Fast Service, very good service man, I think the price of a capacitor was way too high @ $ 181.57, I can buy these for $ 35.00 each. All in all the service was good and will use Gin if needed.

No alias used here, service man came out replaced a $15.00 capacitor Invoiced showed 59 minutes from time he arrived till he left, I was gouged for $395.00, If you would like to be overcharged, and then given lame excuses, as to why you were over charged call Maddox 59 minutes is 59 minutes minus the part thats $380.00 labor
