Four seasons truly left an impression on me! They had superb Customer service. The technician was out in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable in his trade. I spent two days diagnosing things and trying to get it fixed. This young man came and started testing and I ended up needing a new board and couple other parts that we’re bad that were the cause of the board burning up. he told me what my problem was and he would give me some prices and the ETA Parts, Made sure he had my number Shake my hand and was off to the next service call. He couldn’t have been gone more than six minutes seven tops and they called me back. He said that they had called him and that they had that motherboard in stock And gave me the pricing for the motherboard along with installation of it in the other parts I have everything sounded good and I was OK with it that he would just run and grab the parts and come back and do the job. I told him absolutely I was ready to do it. Good morning how fast came back with the park put it all in checked everything make sure it was all working right I found the unit next to it had a wire that was actually the wrong place. So it’s a Five star experience for me from professional office personnel to professional technicians servicing this community they are definitely an HAVC company that you should reach out to if you Find yourself needing heating or AC service is done! Great job guys. I appreciate you guys taking care of me and doing it the way you did! Great job definitely knocked it out of the park!.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to look for a new HVAC company. After many recommendations, we chose Four Seasons. The young lady that answered the phone was courteous and kind and professional. The technician that came out was extremely polite and professional, performed a thorough cleaning and unit check. Everything from the initial scheduling, to the final price was on point! I highly recommend Four Seasons!
They replaced an older, undersized HVAC system when we bought our home, and the installation and service was great. It has been running trouble free for a few years now.
I wish google had a spot for zero stars. We had an A/C company come to check out why cool air was not being blown into the house. When they got in the attic, they asked who had installed the unit. We told them Four Seasons and we asked what the problem was. They replied the typical Four Seasons problem we are always fixing. The duct work was done incorrectly. When we first moved into our new build in 2021, Four Seasons forgot to add a drain for the drain pan in the attic, so the drain pan filled with water. Most A/C companies do a 10 year warranty, but found out Four Seasons only does a 5 year warranty. We had to have the TXV valve replaced by this company, which is how we found out about Four Seasons cheaper 5 year warranty to save themselves money. .
They installed my system about 10 month ago. It has had a nagging problem that seemed to be fixed each time they came out and addressed the error codes. I appreciate Dominic’s efforts to finally track down the root cause and fix a faulty wire in the units controls. The company has been great in responding to my calls and getting someone out to address it quickly. I feel like they actually care about me as a customer and would recommend them to friends and family.
If google had a zero stars I would use it. Whatever you do, do not use this company. This is by far the worst HVAC company in East Texas. They have no clue what they are doing. We have a brand new build, and we are having to get another AC company to completely redo the entire duct work and routing of our home. Four Seasons used no MJ report(lied about using one as well), failed every Duct Leak Test, and Failed every CFM flow test and balance analysis that we have done, and it has been an absolute nightmare. I do not wish this experience on anyone else, and normally wouldn’t take the time to make a post like this. Our dehumidifier was completely hooked up backwards, and the duct work for upstairs and downstairs was backwards as well. The job in our attic was so bad words can’t describe it. Countless HVAC professionals have been in and out of our home in the last few months and have been in shock in what a poor job was done in a brand new build. We have lost count on how many others in mentioning this company’s name have had major issues and the same experiences. They are cheap for reason and will cost you money in the long run.

Very professional and responsive! My technician was so professional and cared about getting my AC maintenance issue resolved. If I could give them a 10 STAR RATING, I would... they deserve one!
Excellent and quick service. Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Scheduler also got me in a day earlier than anticipated without me asking!! What a blessing. Great company. (They also installed my AC 8 years ago— excellent service at competitive pricing then as well).
Our air conditioning went out right before the holiday weekend, on 6/30. They sent a technician out as soon as possible on the 5th. . Our house is 1.5 years old. It took two days to figure out the problem, it was fixed as soon as the company could make it happen. Today we started out at 88 degrees inside, we are 4 hours out since our very professional technician departed and at 77 degrees. Thank you!
I have a older Frigidaire system that was having trouble starting when the temperatures got close to 100 degrees. Had another company come out first guy first guy misdiagnosed it said they’d order parts. Never heard back from them. Called Four season air they showed up and the technician looked over my system. It was over charged and the outside unit coils were clogged with dirt. Cleaned the unit working great now. He never mentioned replacing my system like the previous company. Great service thank you
If I could give this company a -1000000, I would. We have had countless issues due to poor installation and poor quality. For the past six years, weve had numerous service calls, replacement of inside and outside unit, two refrigerant leaks. Not to mention the inside unit that was only two years old unknowingly leaked and rotted our sub floor causing thousands of dollars of repairs that our homeowners insurance denied to help cover. Just recently (today), we had another refrigerant leak and had two companies assess it. Without telling them the six year scroll of issues weve had, both indicated the leaks were due to poor installation. Our home warranty denied our claim because they dont cover damages caused by poor installation so we just had to fork over another $400. It has been four seasons of terror. This has taken a huge emotional toll on us. Over the course of 6 years, these problems have occurred while I was pregnant, broken at least three times in the hottest part of the summer, and countless times Ive had to take off from work. I refuse to have them touch anything else. Please take heed to this.
Last February we had a new AC and heating unit installed. We are very happy with everything. He also advised us to blow more insulation up in the attic. I wish i would have done this years ago. It saves us about 80$ per month. This is a great company. Thank so much for everything, Silvia
I have used Four Seasons Heating and AC for 5 years for my business property. I have always been very pleased with the service. BUT today was a whole new story. I had requested that they come out to check to see if the insulation on the air ducts was still intact, the service tech was checking everything else first. Ok fine. After I came downstairs from an appointment with a client the tech was gone and was letting the unit thaw out ( it was froze up). He said he would be back in a couple of hours. SIX hours later I am making my the second call to see where he was. They had sent him on other service calls..one of which was is another town according to the manager. I made this appointment 1 week in advance but I was told that when they have to wait for it to thaw they would come back whenever they can. It was my appointment time. I can understand going to one other call or 2 short calls while waiting but 6 and half hours we were left without air-conditioning.
My AC died and I needed it replaced ASAP. Eddie came over after hours to give me a quote so I could set things up the next day. The team showed up on time and everything looks great. Will use again.

I thought there was something big wrong with my AC, but it was just a slight leak, so he recharged it for me, fixed the leak, and showed me how to recharge it myself if I need it in the future. Very reasonably priced as well!
We had a problem with a AC coil that was on back order due to Covid, they worked with us to get a repair made. All the employees that came out several times were friendly and professional.
