My Husband and I have had a number of projects performed by WA Air Conditioning. The reason that I am writing now is that they just finished an exhaust project for our Bathroom and Washroom and I realized that I have never given them a Thumbs Up for all of the Excellent work that they have performed on our house.The people at WA are the best! I have worked with a number of their Service Technicians and I can honestly say that each of them has been an Expert in their understanding and application of their trade in Air Conditioning and Heating systems.As I said above, these people at WA Air Conditioning are the best and you will not go wrong if you choose them to take care of your A/C and Heating needs.Sincerely,Bill & Lisa

Came out and technician was nice. H told me I needed a part. It was $1000 and wanted me to pay all up front before the repair. I looked up the part and it was $187 on Amazon. I told him this so he refused to do anything. I tried to get it in touch with the owner to discuss that I didnt feel comfortable paying everything up front but he wouldnt return my calls. Very shifty. I was able to get another company out to fix it and the replaced the whole motor for a fraction of the cost thank goodness!

Our friend recommended this company. We tried them today. They sent us Cody. My husband is happy with his work. He explained everything he is doing and we will tell all our friends about your company. Happy new customers here.

Called WA and explained my situation. They were here within an hour, did a thorough job, and got our a/c back up and running so quickly! Highly recommend them and will be using them from now on.

If you are in the Trinity area, W A Air is the best company for any HVAC problems. W A Air is in my opinion a fantastic company to do business with. We had them come to our home to inspect our system, and give us a quote on a full replacement. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The office staff were also very polite, professional, which made it a pleasant experience. The installation team were fantastic. They came in, removed the old system, and installed a new HVAC system in less than a day. Again, they were polite, professional, and knowledgeable in their job. They even came back to instal a vent cover that had been forgotten with no hassle.

My outside AC unit went out I called W/A they scheduled me and a tech came out the same day and fixed me up. They are reasonably priced and easy to work with! Thank you W/A, we will continue to use yall!

The thermstat on my AC went out last Saturday at 3:00 am!!!! It was still 95° in afternoons. I work long hours and not home til 7pm. Coty came out after I got home Sat evening. He had the AC up & running in less than 10 minutes! This company has always been reliable, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!!

The weekend team was very responsive in taking my request for service, arriving within a few hours, and quickly identifying the problem.

First time I had them come out I was told I was about 5 lb low in refrigerant the technician that came out said he can do it cheaper with cash and charged me $300 which was great. Couple months later it leaked out again and I was told it was low again in Freon and was quoted $500 and he had to come back tomorrow because he had no refrigerant in his truck at that point he charged $99 when he came back I left the check with my wife I was not home he charged my wife over 1100 when it was supposed to be 500.

**UPDATE** from 1 to 3 starsJosh, the service manager, called Wed & asked to come by and look at the unit. He came out today, replaced the fan motor, capacitor and an electrical connector, about what I thought it needed. Now my unit is working great! He charged for the parts and labor, but not another service call. I wish we could have done this last Friday, but Im glad its fixed. Thanks Josh.They were nice when I called them. Said the tech carried some parts with him and could quickly grab others if needed. Tech arrived, didnt even want us to turn it on. Said we needed a whole new system for about 10K, financing available. I wanted a new fan, he said that wont work, need a whole new system. He stayed for about 10 minutes and it cost me $99. Maybe he just didnt want to do the repair because it was Friday afternoon? However, the system cools the house well, the fan just doesnt come back on automatically after cycling off. Called someone else. Need a new fan, and maybe a capacitor!

I called W A Air Conditioning around the middle of the afternoon when I discovered that my AC was not working. The woman who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. I explained the problem and she very respectfully let me know that a technician would not be able to come way out where I live until the next afternoon. Austin called to let me know he was in his way earlier than was scheduled. When he arrived, he promptly evaluated the problem and called to tell me what was needed. After receiving payment, he completed the repair and called to let me know and to ask what temperature I would like for him to set the unit on so that the house would be comfortable when I returned home. He was so kind and thoughtful.I was very happy and satisfied with the customer service and respectful, professional treatment I received from Austin and W A Air Conditioning. I would totally recommend this company to anyone needing their services!

This fine establishment has performed routine maintenance on my AC unit for over three years, and the entire staff has been professional and courteous. Scott, in particular, is a terrific technician. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I really appreciate WA Air Conditioning. It had been a while since my AC was serviced and they made the scheduling easy. Scott was the serviceman and was extremely thorough both in the job itself, in catching and explaining some potential problems he could foresee, and in resolving them quickly. My AC now blows cooler and more powerfully. I just wish I had called sooner!

I have used WA Electric several times over the years. They have always been quick to respond, reasonable with the price, and employees are polite and respectful. Will continue to use them when needed.

Air conditioning went out friday morning. I tried to get someone out to fix it but could not. Even my home warranty was useless for emergency repair. Still waiting on those jokers to call me back. I have congestive heart failure, diabetes and recently had partial foot amputation so when ac went out I was having serious problems. I called WA and told them this and they had a guy out here within a couple of hours. His name is Austin and he got us back up and cooling within an hour. He was very professional and did a great job. I will be calling these folks in the future for any kind of urgent heat and ac needs. The prompt response kept me from having to go to a hotel last night. I cannot state strongly enough how much I appreciate you guys coming out here yesterday and getting my air running. Thank you!

I moved into an older mobile home in Onalaska almost 7 years ago. Shortly after the move our a/c unit needed to be replaced. A new unit was installed by a company our home warranty recommended. I was told I also needed new duct work. Long story short I found WA air conditioning on line. My luck has changed. The home solutions advisor, Scott Walters came to assess my situation and told me what I needed. I agreed and he sent a crew of angels to take care of my problems. Austin, Hunter, Emilio, and Javier arrived and I am still smiling! They were courteous and professional right from the start. They accomplished their work in an organized manner. They were very quiet and cleaned up and my a/c is performing beautifully. I would like to thank everyone at WA air-conditioning from the office staff to the work crew for handling their business so professionally. An absolute pleasure to do business with all of you.

We used WA when we first bought our mobile home to add heat to our combination unit and add a thermostat. They were prompt, courteous and fairly priced for the service. Josh and his assistant were great.We had our AC go out last nighty. We called late in the afternoon and they sent a rep out within the hour to confirm what we suspected-the motor was going (bad bearings) Next day, the Friday before the July 4th weekend during a heat wave, of course, the found a replacement OEM motor came out and replaced it along with the capacitor that afternoon! Cleaned it up and check out the system to make sure all was good-all part of the price, which was fair. Talk about great service!We highly recommend WA Air Conditioning and will only use them in the future.

I can’t say enough positive things about WA. I called at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon when my AC stopped working. Josh was on scene and had me back up and running before 6:00. Even though it was a weekend and after hours, they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I can’t believe the prompt service and value. WA has earned a customer for life.

Would just like to say that when my moms AC went out, Scott Walters, the home solution advisor came out and did an inspection of the entire system to make the best recommendation for replacing the system. They even provided window units to get her by until the work could be completed! Great customer service.

Very Responsive when it was hot and humid in my house. Scott Walters was great and showed us all the options and what was the best bang for our buck. Scott made sure that our old system would keeps us cool until the new system was installed. The did a great job with installation and left the house clean. They even brought a window unit so we could be comfortable while they installed the new unit. Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tech Professional Joshua checked everything from making sure the air conditioner was runny properly to seeing if the ducts were okay. He patched a section that was opened and now all is fine considering the fact of the age of the units in question. Maintenance was and has been maintained so now its up to us to keep it up and call if anything changes. I recommend this gentleman for he is and was, and has gone above reproach! Absolutely the best! The young man that came out, Austin, was very polite and efficient. Plus, they were able to get to me before the scheduled time!

We just replaced our entire system for our 28 year old home. The process was seamless and Scott, Javier, Emilio, and Austin really delivered a brand new HVAC in a challenging old house. They came by to check on the progress after the installation and taught us how to take advantage of some obscure settings to keep our home cooler while using less electricity. Previously, we had to sleep at 69 with the old system but now we can achieve the same effect at 72 because our humidity levels are now able to be controlled. Highly recommended and the installation team cannot be beat! Great, hard working, knowledgeable and respectful guys that can come back anytime!

My a/c was working Sunday night when I went to bed. The next morning it was 77 inside and climbing. A friend recommended WA Air Conditioning, so at 8:30am I called. I was surprised when they said a tech would be out between 10-11am. The tech arrived and gave me the bad news. He could get it back up and running BUT he wasnt sure it would last 3 months. The heat pump was 21 years old. I asked about getting a new system and the tech called in my request. Within 10 minutes, Craig called and within another 15 min he was at the house. He took the time to calculate the correct size unit I needed and fully explained the 3 systems to me. Once I picked out the system, he went to the office and brought back 2 window a/c units for us to use until our new system was installed. This was totally unexpected but GREATLY appreciated. Our new system was installed on Thursday of the same week. Craig took the time to demonstrate and explain all the features of the new thermostat. Javiers team did our installation. Before they began, he introduced each member. It was a pleasure to watch them work. They worked together as a team and it was evident they each knew exactly what the others were doing. They did a great job of cleaning up the area when they were finished. I am VERY happy with my new system and my new A/C company!!

These guys are a blessing! They were really helpful, explained what was wrong with our ac in layman’s terms and didn’t give us the run around. They are very proficient and quick. If you want something done right and in a timely manner these are the guys to go to. When it comes to finances we definitely recommend you use them too they have many options and reasonable prices. A/C went out this morning, Austin came out and got it fixed up in less than an hour and then checked the whole system inside and out to make sure it was safe. Im very happy with this service and Austin was great!

It was a biannual HVAC system maintenance. The servicemen were neat in appearance, friendly, yet professional. I can only assume that they did a good job. I did not follow them around and observe. They did replace a filter (that I provided) as it was due for replacement. All in all I felt that they did a good job.

Our service was outstanding. We come home late Friday afternoon to a hot house and called them. A tech was there within 2 hours and got us back in service that night. Ronnie was on time and checked everything out. He told me there was a conductor starting hum and would need replacing sometime. I opted to replace it now and he had one on the truck. All was good.

WA was very responsive and got my HVAC issue fixed quickly. They even have a 24hr line available for their customers. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Our ac which is 15 years old went out and called for repair. They came out the same day and it was indicated we had a coil leak and would be expensive to repair. We chose to go with a new unit. We were told a salesman would call us the next morning. Salesman did not call until 2 pm. By that time we had called another ac company. Our expectation was to receive a call that am indicating when a Salesman could come out. We were disappointed in this local companys communication.

Of course the morning I am heading out of town...A/C problems!!! Craig and his team were able to come out ASAP and thank goodness it was a thermostat issue and not anything bigger. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The gentleman that came out and inspected my air conditioner I believe was very knowledgeable and helpful luckily for me there was nothing wrong with my air conditionerthe only thing it was a little bit expensive comparable to other companies but I felt I was treated fairly and gave me information I needed to know he did tell me I was using the wrong filter for my system that it was collecting too much dust and not allowing it to breathe which I changed and I did not know that
