My husband called them because we were having problems with the heater blowing cold air. A older gent came out and looked things over. After tearing the unit down, he said that the LIMIT Switch was going out and another part (I cant remember the name ), both needing to be replaced.I called my husband at work and put him on the phone with the gent so he could explain the issue. My husband gave him the go ahead to order parts and ok to come back to install them. It has been 2 weeks and we can NOT get anyone to return our call or text. We have tried both the office and the servicemans phone...WHY would they ignore a customer.Personally, I think they go out and make a easy $50 bucks on service calls, with the intent of never returning to fix the problem.... We will AVOID them and let all our family and friends know to stay clear of them.

My air conditioner went out on Monday and we have a home warranty through American Home shield. Once I placed the service request, it was assigned to All Pro Air in Trinity TX. I was notified by American Home Shield that All Pro would contact me within 24 hours. This was inconvenient but I was ok with it until that time had came and went. I finally got someone on the phone and they said that someone would be out there the next day.....I waited all day in 100+ temperatures for nothing. At 5 oclock I called and was told that there was vehicle trouble and the tech couldnt make it but he would be there the next day. I called back to find out when this morning and was told between 8 and 12. So....more waiting. At 11:00, I called to check the status and the lady said that they had already been there this morning and nobody was there. This is obviously a lie because my wife and I have been here all day. One lady said that they do not have a good number for me but I have given it to them twice. Must be too incompetent to write down a number or look in the original work order for email address. I have called another a/c service and they will be earning my business. I would not recommend All Pro Air in Trinity to anyone.

Purchased 2 new units 7 years ago. Ceiling broken, Home Warrantee Company not contacted, and just found out they never registered my unit for its Warrantee... so I get to pay again. Horrible company to deal with.

I would not recommend All Pro Air to anyone. Very incompetent and rude. I also have a warranty thru American Home Shield. I submitted the service request on Monday at noon. Since it was Labor Day, I excused the no call until the next day. On Tuesday, I contacted All Pro myself. They sent a technician out to diagnose my problem. However, they did not turn the paper work in to AHS. Every time I called All Pro, they blamed AHS as the reason that they were not ordering the parts and proceeding. Another 24 hours later and five calls to All Pro, I contacted AHS myself and was informed that nothing had been submitted by All Pro Air. All Pro tried to make me believe that AHS was hard to work with, hard to get in touch with, and the bottleneck in the process. All Pro Air flat out lied to me regarding the process and were called out on it when a three way call was made by an AHS representative between them, myself, and All Pro. Due to their unprofessionalism, rudeness, and lack of concern, AHS offered me a cash price so I could proceed with someone else. I jumped on this and now McLeods Air Conditioning has by business and is taking care of is SAME DAY. Do not use All Pro!!

Ronnie and son Scott very professional and friendly. After quote installed by Friday. Installers very courteous and care taken while installing. Let job site clean. Very satisfied with products and service. Thanks All Pro Air.

I have been using them for years for my annual P.M., and they are always on time, professional, and honest. I wont call anyone else for ac service.
