Velocity Air answered my call on a Saturday and had my heat back up and running by Monday. Their communication was excellent. They vent out of their way to find the right parts for my unit. Would use again!

After numerous visits from another HVAC company, and 3 weeks without heat, I listed my repair need on Yelp and Velocity Air responded early on the next business day. I couldnt be more pleased with the service from Velocity Air! John arrived at my house that morning and was very methodical in troubleshooting my system. He found a failed board, informed me of the options, and procured the replacement board. He had my system up and running the next day. If I could give Velocity Air 10 stars i would!

The minisplits in the apartment were blowing air minimally and only 4 degrees above the temperature of the air outside, which was already an issue...and a freeze is coming. Stefin absolutely changed the game on the situation by getting the heating and cooling back and operating at full capacity! Overall excellent experience. John and his team replaced the package unit on our commercial building. they coordinated the crane and performed the install efficient and clean. will definitely be calling them again for future commercial projects

Our contractor recommended Hough Velocity Air to get ductwork damaged from a pipe bursting during the freeze in February 2021. This ductwork was in a very tricky spot, with no easy access. However, we were very impressed with the level of professionalism and craftsmanship that took place. Mr. Hough and his associate worked hard to get into such a tight spot (literally) and completed the job promptly. We also had a free-standing unit that another A/C company had told us was utterly broken. Mr. Hough looked over the situation and fixed it within 10 mins. In the future, when we need an A/C & Heating professional with integrity and experience, we will be calling Hough Velocity Air.
