If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive used them previously, NEVER had an issue with them. Today they came out over 30 minutes late no call or notice they were running late. Theyve been at my home since 11AM never said one word until he had to tell me my total. He also had to leave and go get an air filter. Here we are 3 HOURS later and he comes to give my total. I had a coupon for a service that Ive had done before several times with them and I also needed additional freon which I was charged and ok to pay for since I knew I needed it. After the service was complete the tech tried to tell me the FILTER was $169 on top of the $169.95 AC check plus $80 for an additional 1 LB of freon. When I said Ive never paid that with you all he proceeds to stomp through my home yelling Im cheap rips the filter out of my AC banging on it and everything I have on camera. My daughter called the owner during all of this to verify what is going on he initially hung up on her and when she called back he and some woman who is yelling in the back tell her we can take our cheap butts to Walmart and get a new filter but to never call them again and some other choice words. I have NEVER been talked to in my own home this way and am COMPLETELY disappointed in a company that Ive no only used but recommended to others. If this is how you treat a repeat customer I would recommend everyone to run and never use them again. A waste of my whole day and money on HORRIBLE customer service.
After waiting days with bad communication, no show appointments! I was beyond impressed with the timely response from Seasons.They came out did a thorough inspection on my entire system. Found many issues for lack of maintenance. Everything was communicated professionally and understood clearly.The options were presented to me and I chose to go with a new install. They were back out in less than 24 hours with the new unit ready to install. They ran through many issues from previous homeowner, but overcame all and ultimately left me with a perfectly running system.Even came back out 72 hrs later to ensure everything was up to my standard.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I had for several years used them until I needed a need complete AC replacement. I purchased a 3 1/2 ton Condenser and Furnace/evap. and after it was installed I got the smart idea of checking the model numbers to make sure they put in the correct unit. They put in a 3 ton condenser instead, even though In the contract it was suppose to be a 3 1/2 ton. I called the manager/owner who screamed profanities and they did come out and uninstall the 3 ton and put in a 3 1/2 ton condenser. Afterwards I checked the Furnace / Evap and same thing, 3 ton instead of 3 1/2 ton. Called him back and same thing, screamed profanities and never came out to replace the 3 ton for 3 1/2 ton. Check you paperwork folks and models numbers on your units to make sure you are getting what you paid for. They are Crooks and dishonest! Not to mention they will call you multiple times a year for check-ups!
Hyatt and Zane were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. They worked very hard and made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. They asked if we had any concerns. I feel that they went above and beyond to do a great job. I will call on them again when I need service. They are an asset to Seasons.

Dependable, honest company. We had some issues with our a/c and they came out to our house right away even though it was during the evening. They ended up coming out a couple more times for other things and were very reliable and everyone I dealt with was really nice each time. I have a home warranty but will pay a little extra and use them next time for sure.
This company is great!!! Fixed my AC in 20 minutes. Im not sure what happened with others but we have gone through this company 2 times and they have always been absolutely amazing. Very nice and informative. The tech that came out ...I cant remember his name...Im so bad with names... but tech #554 is a life saver.
I cannot express the frustration I feel about this business!They could not repair athermostat they installed 2 years ago & were asking me to pay for a new one! I called the manufacturer who called me back and monitored me for free on the phone.I HAVE been doing business with them for 5 years! From the installation of a new furnese unit and ducs because I believe in supporting community services . THIS IS how theY treated me during this heat : JUST PAY FOR A NEW ONE!

Do not stand behind their service and products they sale/install.On 5-27-18 Seasons replaced the fan motor on the outside condenser at my home. They installed a Azure digital motor with surge protector. The total charge for parts, labor and service charge was $759.90. On 6-18-19 and only one summer of use the Azure motor stopped working ( it was locked up and humming). The same service tech who originally installed the motor came out and said he had to reprogram the motor and recommended a surge protector for $280.00. I havent had any surges at my home and the original invoice says the motor comes with surge protection. I declined the surge protector and he reprogramed the motor. I was charged $69.95 for a service call. So after paying $760 and only one summer of use, Seasons charged me $70 to service a motor they installed and sold. ( which is already having problems). I was questioning the charge with Jim (the owner) over the phone when he asked me if I work for free at my job then proceeded to hang up on me. Well to finish answering your question Jim. No I dont work for free, but I would never charge someone twice for a product I recently sold them and installed.COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND A RIPOFF!!!
Called seasons around 2pm after my 17 year old 5ton main unit quit working. They were at my house within an hour and unit needed to be replaced. By 4pm I had 2 service techs show up to start removing the old outside unit and evaporator/plenum/etc from attic while the first serviceman went to get the new equipment. The guys worked without a break till midnight and got the new unit installed. Supervisor came by next morning and did a full inspection of the unit, install and cleanup. 5stars for a quick response, professional install and working thru the night to get my house cooling again.
Called at 8:30 PM, received a call back in 10 minutes and they were out the next day. The team was quick and professional, polite and cleaned up afterwards. This was our second call to them in two years and we will continue to use them in years to come. GREAT JOB Seasons!
I rarely submit an online review of any business that I have dealt with, but in this case I just knew it needed to be done. In May 2018, when the central AC in my home, just wasnt putting out enough cool air to get the job done, I contacted Seasons AC and Heating and set up an appointment. Drew, the technician they sent out, showed up right on time and promptly did a thorough analysis of my AC system, where he determined that the 5-ton slab coil, located in my attic, had developed a leak and had nearly depleted the system of coolant. Needing the slab coil to be removed and replaced, sent visions of chaos and dollar signs through my brain, but Drew presented me with a very reasonably priced estimate. Since having AC is a necessity to get through a Texas Summer, I okayed the repair and Drew went back to the shop to get the necessary parts lined up. Within an hour, a three-man install crew (led by Eric and Christian) arrived and hit the ground running. I was truly amazed how quickly they had removed the old slab coil and started installing the replacement. Long story short, by early afternoon, my central air was fully operational and putting out cool air just like it did when I first moved into this place as a new house over 16 years ago. In a nutshell, if youre having trouble with your AC and Heating system, or just need a tune-up, call Seasons. You will be glad that you did!
Called at 8:30 on a Sunday because our ac wasnt blowing cold, they were here by 9:30(faster than I expected). And out by 10:15. We had a nest thermostat that was the problem. They installed our old standard thermostat and now we are cooling down! Fast and reliable. ON A SUNDAY TOO! Will call them for everything AC or heater related from now on! The ticket has our tech as Trace!

My air conditioner wasn’t cooling the house and just running constantly. Seasons told me I needed a whole new air-conditioner for $7000. The next day I called a different company out here and they put coolant in the air-conditioner and that is all it needed. Never ever call seasons Air Conditioning they are a big rip off. I called Seasons for repair work on several units at work. Trace came out within the hour of calling. He explained the problem and how its affects the performance of each A/C unit and what needed to be repaired. He fixed everything right then and there. Quite pleased with how prompt he was. We will be requesting Trace from Seasons from now on.

They advertise 24/7 but when we called the phone answering machine says they wont return a call after 9:00 p.m. until 8:30 a.m. the next day. They need to update their website and information to reflect the truth.
Worst service was told my circuit board and blower were bad husband asked if he tested it because he didnt have any tools on him and his response you cant test it the said we were better off replacing entire furnace it only cost a little more $3500, called another company they were here within an hour and turns out my dog chewed an outside wire $90 later my AC works dine
