Called Brown & Reaves today in the am around 11am, and they told me they would be here between 12 & 2pm. They should up around 1 pm assessed what was wrong and fixed it. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Part was covered under warranty, so I only had to pay the for the service call. Would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of servicing on their Heating and A/C unit. Very reasonable in pricing. Great people!

I live in NY, and I rent a condo in Myrtle Beach. When my tenant called me to tell me the AC was not working , I immediately googled HVAC companies in Myrtle Beach. I read the great reviews on Brown and Reaves and decided to give them a call. It was a weekend and the temperature was 98 degrees. I spoke to Dylan and he asked me what would be a good time to go. I said 7PM. He was there at 7PM! My tenant did not have to wait around. He was very professional. He put refrigerant in the unit and informed me I needed a new unit. He told me it would last only a few weeks due to a leak. He was right! I shopped around for prices and after speaking to ONeal at Brown and Reaves , they had the best prices. So, I went with them. They installed the the new unit on a timely and professional manner. I have also had contact with the owner Daniel. A very nice understanding man. I highly recommend Browns and Reaves. The new heat pump/air conditioning unit installed last month is a great improvement. Our old unit would drain our electric everytime it came on and caused our house lights to dim. Since getting the new unit, we have no dimming lights and it is so quiet the only way we know its running is because every room in the house is at a comfortable temperature. I cant wait to see how much it reduces our electric bill. Plus, the installation was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone working on the project was knowledgable, efficient and worked quickly. We are so glad we chose Brown & Reaves.

Just finished up having an air handler installed by B and R and I could not be more pleased with the process. I am an ex project manager now retired and I got multiple quotes for this replacement. The tech who did the install, Dylan, did a great job. A number of modifications were needed to be made for the install and he did them with no issues. Answered all my questions, explained the operation of the unit and then asked for a broom and dustpan so he could cleanup afterwards. System works great and their quote was the lowest of 5 quotes I received. They will be the only company I call for any future HVAC needs.

My thermostat went blank and the A/C completely shut off this past Sunday. I assumed I would have to suffer through a few scorching hot days before someone could come out to repair it, but I was pleasantly surprised when I called Brown & Reaves and they answered the phone right away! (Again, on a Sunday!) Not only that, but they came out to look at it right away and had my A/C up and running again in less than 15 minutes!Those few expected days turned out to be less than TWO HOURS! My condo didnt even have time to heat up before B&R fixed the problem! The cost was extremely reasonable (especially consideringit was a late afternoon weekend call) and I couldnt have been more pleased with the prompt and kind service that we received!

Air condition in my vacation house didnt work. I called Mr Brown. He is excellent and honest. Line was blocked and he found problem right away based on his experience. Fixed and cost was very very resonable. The other big company wanted me to change whole system. I highly recommend this company.

I read a lot of positive reviews and figured it was worth a shot. i called on saturday morning around 10am, they said theyd be at my place in 30-60 minutes, they were here in 45 minutes, father and son, very friendly and explained what was wrong, fixed it, and were gone in about 20 minutes. everything was exactly as expected.
