I’m writing this review to let everyone know that Air Comfort Solutions is the company to work with. I know the owner ( Robert) for several years now. He has been taking care of my residential and business work orders. Robert is professional, knowledgeable and will save you money. I just want to thank Robert for great job you have been doing for me.

Robert was fantastic. He listened to my concerns & troubleshooting... asked questions and gave me an up-front estimate that held-up to the end. I sat with him and he answered any questions I had. Robert has an easy demeanor, friendly, humble, and above all, honest. I will be making use of his services if the need arises again. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

What great service!! First of all he came in with booties on his shoes and well dressed. We explained our situation and he was able to assist the problem right away! Gave us a plan of action which was very grateful for since we have no idea what was needed from when we bought the home. We have the old units too! Friendly and respectful!

Zane and Robbie are the definition of true professionals who are passionate about their work and their customers. No sales tactics. They provided great information and were very transparent about what was needed to be done and the reasons behind. They went above and beyond for us and to make sure everything was done right the first time. Robbie has a saying that shows the level and dedication that both Zane and him have in being both professional and just amazing honest people and that is “God sees everything, even in the darkest corners.” Thank you both for such an amazing job with our HVAC unit.

The best top-to-bottom experience Ive ever had with contractors.  Robert and Zane truly value integrity, and it shows in their work.I wanted to replace two complete HVAC systems, and Air Comfort Solutions navigated me through the process in record time.  Some examples of where ACS rose above the rest:(1)  Very competitive pricing, even compared to competitors best off-season sale prices.  Robert explained my options without trying to upsell me.  His quotes included several options, reflecting exactly what we had discussed.(2)  When they arrived to execute the work, Robert, Zane, and the entire crew understood the scope of work and executed flawlessly.  The whole team is very experienced working together.(3)  Attention to detail.  By bringing a large crew, they were able to replace both of my HVAC systems in one day.  They also routed the new ductwork to provide better air flow distribution than the old ducts.  Robert had not promised any of this in advance.Robert and Zane immediately answered all of my questions before, during, and after the job was done.  Its taken a few days to get used to the new 2-stage systems and wifi thermostats, but I am completely satisfied with my new HVAC systems, and would use ACS again in a heartbeat.

Air comfort solutions is by far the best. They have always been so kind, honest, with reasonable prices. They always go to extreme lengths to make sure we have our air conditioning back as soon as possible. Robert and Zane are always so friendly and honest, which like us you prolly appreciate. Robert came for my annual maintenance. The service was excellent. He checked everything in the attic, which was working fine, cleared the drains, then checked the freon and the parts on the outside units to make sure everything was working properly. Water washed the outside and removed the debris from inside. Everything looked great when completed. He gave me the option of adding a compressor saver since one of my A/Cs was beginning to age. The other one did not need one. Thank you, Air Comfort Solutions, for your five star service as usual.

A year ago, I first used Air Comfort Solutions because of the uniformly excellent evaluations the company had received on the reviews available on the Better Business website. Upon meeting Robert Patterson, the owner of Air Comfort, I was immediately impressed with how punctual, courteous, personable, thorough and knowledgeable he is. Upon this first visit in fall, 2023, I signed up for their Annual Preventative Maintenance Agreement, which is reasonably priced, and I have been extremely satisfied with the two maintenance visits I have experienced with them. After their spring, 2024, visit, I immediately resigned up for my second annual service agreement.Beyond the annual preventative maintenance agreements, Air Comfort Solutions, at my request, replaced my attic air handling unit and air purification system to match my existing exterior Goodman heat pump, which was still under warranty, having been previously replaced by a different AC/Heating company. In this process, Mr. Patterson was extremely flexible. Not only did I receive a discount related to the maintenance agreement, but Mr. Patterson recommended that I delay the replacement of the attic unit until their “off season” to receive another very significant discount.Not only is Mr. Patterson extremely knowledgeable and up to date, he is also an effective and very patient communicator. On his recent spring maintenance visit, I had questions regarding the recently installed attic unit, especially the new, for me more complicated thermostat. He explained very clearly the functioning of each aspect of the thermostat that I didn’t understand. In each of his visits to our home, Mr. Patterson has never given me the impression that he is in a rush to collect his fee to move on to his next customer.In sum, Robert Patterson is singularly service oriented, and Air Comfort Solutions deserves all the excellent Better Business evaluations which originally motivated me to contact him to service my AC/heating system.

This has been a great overall experience. Some of the most personable HVAC professionals Ive ever dealt with. I had to have my entire AC and heating system replaced. Very competitive pricing and Professional installation service. Would highly recommend.

Put in a request with Air Comfort at 8:00am, got an immediate callback from the Tech Robert and he was at my house by 11:30am. ACS provided next day service and a 2 hour window when they scheduled. All others were trying to give me 9am to 6pm window with a 30 minute notice of arrival. These guys did a heck of a job plumbing the primary and secondary drain lines and installed a spill kit within an hour. Very professional and thorough.

Robert is very professional and detailed from start to finish. He and his team did a great job. I am very happy with the duct-work and air cleaner install. Every time I walk in the house it makes me smile.
