From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Matt and his team arrived on time, worked diligently, and made sure to answer all my questions along the way.The quality of the products they recommended is outstanding, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in the comfort of my home. We found our HVAC speed dial for the forseeable future. Our AC went out and Matt was incredibly responsive and punctual with scheduling, diagnosing and repair of our system. During the repair process, some hurdles were encountered along the way. Despite my myriad questions, he was extremely gracious and ensured we were up and running quickly. My two AC units, 5 and 3 ton, both stopped working unexpectedly on Monday. Matt, the owner, made it a point to swing by my house that same day. He had the two new units and coils installed two days later. Matt made the process painless from beginning to end. He sold me what was needed without added pressure to buy something higher end. I appreciated that. Matt was at my home with his crew for the install. The professionalism shown by Matt and his crew I can honestly say was second to none. Besides being certified AC experts, they were neat, clean and courteous. They are people you don’t mind coming into your home. Additionally, being that my elderly mother was in the home, the crew wore masks. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgable, affordable contractor this is no doubt the company to go with.

We have used Absolute Air for both our home and business since 2013. If you are looking for an HONEST heating and air conditioning company, this is THE one. The response time has always been amazing and they have always been able to accommodate our personal schedule. They will even text you when they are on their way so you dont get a four hour window for service. They are very reasonable in cost for annual/semi-annual inspections and cleaning. They have always been responsive whenever we have had an issue with any of our 8 units across the home and business. They have even completed a temporary fix while we waited a day or so on a part so we wouldnt have to be without AC in August, in Houston! They go above and beyond and that is why we continue to use and recommend Absolute Air very highly. A++

In preparation for the up coming Summer, I contacted Absolute Air Tomball to perform their biannual air condition system check and cleaning. I did not want to wait until June or July. Matt was professional, on time and thorough . He explained in detail how the smart thermostat can help keep our electric bill in check. After cleaning the unit, he also cleaned up the surrounding area. I appreciate a company that takes care of the little things. It is reassuring.

I called Monday morning for an AC checkup and he was able to meet me the same afternoon. He came at the time we agreed and immediately went to work. Within minutes he came down, took me into the attic, and showed me a problem. He fixed the issue while I watched and explained the difference in filters, thermostats, what to set the thermostats on when no one is home during the day, etc. He charged me the same price he told me over the phone. When finished, he continued to educate me on different components for HVAC but he never tried to sell me anything. He gave some suggestions and gave me what I thought were honest answers as to whether or not the suggestion would save me money and be worth the expense. When I need HVAC work again, I will definitely call Absolute Air & Refrigeration.
