Great experience for an otherwise stressful situation! Was super stressed finding out my system needed to be replaced but the guys at State Cool alleviated that quickly! I recently had the privilege of working state Cool a small AC company and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The customer service was exceptional from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. I had a issue with a condenser and it turned out it was just a capacitor . I had both systems cleaned and every room checked for air flow .. They went above and beyond to make sure my AC was up and running smoothly, and the quality of their work was top-notch. Jorge Sr. and his helper were so wonderful. I had several quotes for a hot water heater replacement and many people told me it couldn’t be done in the same spot and would cost many thousands of dollars more. They were able to extend the HWH closet and did all of the Sheetrock work. They were so kind and cleaned up so well.Jorge Jr. was an incredibly effective and responsive communicator. The price was very fair and I was so relieved to have them do the work. They are all so wonderful!

This business was a blessing to our rental home ... After numerous failed repair jobs by other maintenance repairmen, we were finally able to get State Cool to replace the furnace. This is a very professional team...from scheduling to dispatch to customer service!!! You will not be disappointed... Jorge Sr. came out and did inspection on Tuesday, and on Tuesday afternoon Gaby was scheduling furnace replacement for Wednesday. Wednesday Jorge Sr. & Jr, came in with the best setup, drop cloths from door entry, up stairwell to foyer upstairs. They are pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and thorough. Jorge Jr. even took time out to discuss and show the mechanics of how the furnace works. My grandson, FlyGuyIsaiah, is 10 and hes been studying in Science about heat, and conductors of heat and electricity...Jorge Jr.s moment to create an on hand learning opportunity with my grandson is PRICELESS!!!They are professionals that care... I don’t normally write reviews; however, State Cool left a very positive impression on me, so I had to write this review. I had to replace my HVAC units at my house (compressor and air handler unit). They arrived at the promised date and time right on schedule, worked efficiently, continuously and hard, explained what they were going to do, completed the job as scheduled, and left the area where they were working as clean as they found it. The technicians that I worked with were very dedicated, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.  They were always able to answer any questions and provide me with any details or explanation needed. They are always willing to work with me answer my calls and very responsive. State Cool is a trustworthy company with excellent service and fair pricing, and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. I was more than satisfied.

Came to our aid on a short notice and did a great job. 10/10 communication. As someone who knows close to nothing about how things run, they were patient and respectful about answering my questions and were reasonable with the cost. They will for sure be the first people I call if I ever need help with my AC again.

State cool did a complete A/C installment replacing the old with all new duck work and units. George Jr, was amazing with my father and patience explaining everything in detail with my dad. My dad is 81 and a little slow understanding things in his age. But no problem for George Jr. He was amazing and I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Install went well, any issues that were found were fixed for a reasonable price.They did come out and redo the condensate drain to allow me to clean when needed, which was definitely appreciated.

WOW!!! I am shocked at how good State Cool is. I called them during the freeze we had recently due to my heater not working. Jorge Jr and Joaquin came out the same day and fixed the issue(turned out to be something electrical). They were effecient and very professional, plus their pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definetley be using State Cool for any HVAC related issues I have on the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Once again thank you guys so so much.

This company came out quoted me for a brand new unit with permits I then paid my 50% deposit totaling $3000 they started the job and then said they quoted me the wrong unit size and refused to refund my full amount because they purchased a permit. Once I spoke with their VP she said I told them to pull the permit so they will not refund it because the city will not refund them and then proceeded to call me juvenile because I was “upset I can’t get my way” and that I should be happy they gave me a partial refund because it was always just “an estimate” the lack of accountability is ridiculous although I appreciate the partial refund I am now out of $500 with holes in my ceiling due to there lack of knowledge and carelessness about their customers.

I would definitely use this service again in the future and recommend it to others. The service was prompt, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I used them on two different properties; great service and results in both.

Leaving another 1 star review due to the response from owner from my last oneI never cursed at the employer and I never yelled my tone was stern due to frustration of her repeatedly telling me I told them to purchase the permit and not taking accountability to the fact they quoted me incorrectly and expect me to lose $500 because they can’t get it back had I known their quote was incorrect I would’ve never hired them nor would a permit be purchased also to blame it on “extra sqft being added” when I purchased the home that way and it’s been that way for yearsssss and it had been in the same condition as the first time you gave the first quote is also absurd but I hope this further shows the companies ability to take accountability or lack there of

They have not given me the Promised Service They do not respect the Contract Price and they do not answer my calls It has been 2 months and no response Mr. Jorge Perez He claims to be the Owner and Josue who before told me that he would help me with my case, now answer my calls and give me a Solution In my case, I left a voice message and there was no response. It is not fair that I have to pay more than 3000 dollars due to an error by your company.
