I am so grateful for Edwin! I called him and he was able to come the same day. He is a true expert. He was the second a/c tech I reached out to regarding my a/c unit. The first company couldn’t identify the problem but Edwin did and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Doyle cooling and & heating services!!!!!

Edwin is truly a great neighbro and knows HVAC business and repair. I have called the company for an emergency cooling problem and they came right out and replaced my thermostat and other parts and fixed my problems!

I called many companies and they all offered to come days later. This company came the same day and fixed my a/c the same day. I am so grateful because I have a newborn baby and I couldn’t wait. This is the second year I have trusted Doyle for my air conditioner servicing. last year I needed repair, this year just for routine spring tune up. They are always honest and efficient, which is much better than other air conditioning companies. I can sleep easy with them at my back! (The manufacturer was out of the part for my AC last year, but they kept me up and running with a used part until the new one came in SEVEN months later and installed it when it arrived. I am so grateful they did that. There were many neighbors who were without air during that time frame.)

My AC went out during the height of the summer. Doyle came out the same day and had the problem identified almost immediately. They were able to source the needed parts for repair and had my AC back up and running in less than 24 hrs. Professional and knowledgeable, i highly recommend them.

Doyleth Air conditioning and Heating did a great job on installing a new A/C unit and could in our home. Jonathan was very professional when he came to our home and even called to let me know he was running just a bit late. He evaluated our problem with our old unit promptly and explained everything throughly. He, Edwin and Klever came promptly to install the unit. They were courteous and professional. After the installation, they came back twice to make sure everything was running smoothly and sealed properly.They also had a fair price for their work. I highly recommend this company!

We moved from Minneapolis to Oak Ridge North in July of 2018 and the day that we closed on our home and took possession we realized that we needed a new air conditioning and heating system. We contacted Doyleth and had a new system installed that day. The new system works very well and is extremely quiet. Edwin is our Service Technician and he is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Doyleth for any air conditioning and heating needs.

Claimed my heaters circuit board was bad and recommended I replace the entire system for a cost of several thousand dollars. Got a second opinion from another company that quickly identified the problem was just a wiring short that was quickly and cheaply fixed. I was left with the strong impression that this companys priority is on up selling HVAC systems rather than repairing a customers existing system.

Had a great experience with Doyleth. We had issues with our heater and AC not being a consistent temperature upstairs and downstairs. After they installed bigger coils and removed the old ones we could feel a difference immediately.We also had a whole house air filter installed in our attic as opposed to getting a mobile one that would have to be moved around the house. We cook a lot of pungent foods in the house and can smell the difference now. There is no lingering smell that used to occur for a couple of days. We did notice the system not working when our lights when out so called them up and they immediately came and fixed the issue. We couldn’t be happier with their services and products!

Doyleth has been providing quality technical service to me and my family. Their work has been detailed; responses were quick and price was very reasonable. Equipment for the house was of quality make and they cleaned up after the work.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional service. Our old unit finally failed; they replaced it with a higher SEER unit, replaced everything in the attic, added a concrete pad under the new unit, and gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Not a cheap fix, but one that is worth it and will last us for quite some time. Of all the AC companies we have used over the years, these guys are top notch. Highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic. I saw them at my neighbors house working on their air conditioner. As the rest of their team continued to help them, they come over to my house and assessed my unit. I got everything completed today and they found ways to save me money. You cannot go wrong with them. They are family operated and even their dad came to work with them. Each person had a specialty and as they finished the next person stepped in and continued the job. They did not stop until my air was fixed. Thank you so much Doyleth. Very fast and excellent work. I had them move my AC unit about 4 feet and bury the line set to give better access to the back of the yard. I am very particular with installation and details and these guys nailed it! I would certainly recommend their services to any friend.

Very responsive, good quality and trustful. Doyleth replaced our complete HVAC system within 2 days after we found out, coming back from Holiday, that the control mainboard was busted....probably caused by peak surges on the electricity network or lightning. No fun being in your home with +90F inside. Since then they’ve been performing smaller repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems and we’re happy with their workmanship and professionalism.

Literally called them yesterday at 5pm in a panic because it was so warm in our house - they had Edwin come out within an hour and give us estimates. Got a bra s new system today and they could not have been more professional or better! I’ll use them for all my AC needs, can’t recommend them enough!

My furnace quit working early Saturday morning. I call Doyleth and they sent a technician out within the hour. They went out of their way to locate a hard to find part and get my furnace up and running the same day. Since it was 50 degrees in my house, I was very appreciative that I didn’t have to wait till Monday for service. The technician was very courteous and efficient. I recommed them highly.

This company is absolutely amazing. Our AC went out and no one could come for over a week. We was able to be here in a number of hours, had an excellent rate and the tech was friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing services.

I called Doyleth when I was having an issue with an A/C unit that was not cooling properly. After they replaced one refrigerant line that failed a pressure test, the A/C went back to not being able to cool again after a couple weeks. I called them back and they came out a few more times and replaced more parts (including the other line) for no charge because they told me at first that replacing the first line would fix the issue. They essentially worked for free after the first repair they did until the problem was finally resolved. A/C has been going strong in the Houston heat for over a year now. Would recommend to anyone having A/C issues, they are even willing to come out after hours if no one can be home during business hours.

Where to begin, I called Doyleth AC last night (8.13.19) around 9pm, I came home from work to a hot house (AC died sometime during the day), I originally tried to reach my regular AC company but I was unable to get him on the line (totally my fault), so I did a Google search for 24 hour emergency service providers, Doyleth came up, I called the number provided via Google. I received a call back pretty fast (I will give them that! they were quick to reply) from Jonathan Doyleth, he advised he could have someone out to my home with 30-45 mins and there was a $122.00 after hours service call fee, which I was fully prepared to pay as it was late. The technicians showed up and were very nice (well the one that actually spoke to me that is) they went to look at the actual condenser 1st, which I thought was odd, I have been around enough AC repairs in my job to know they usually check the thermostat 1st to see if the unit will even turn on...so they go out back, and within 20 mins the one tech comes up to me and tells me the capacitors are bad and he needs to replace them, so he does this, then finally goes inside to see if it will turn on...of course it wont! you see, when I called I TOLD them it was the thermostat, it wouldnt do anything and was giving a false interior temp reading. Anyway, so they proceed upstairs to the thermostat. YUP ITS NOT WORKING...by this time Jonathan Doyleth showed up, joins his boys upstairs and they chat about the issue, in Spanish...I know enough Spanish to understand what they were saying. SOOOO Jonathan comes down and tells me they must order a new one as it is not communicating with the AC unit in the attic (which I KNEW already) he tells me that he will leave me a portable AC so I can at least have one room cold and he will order the new thermostat, which will cost $550.00. He then tells me the charges for today will be $576.00... WHUUUTT he explains that it was $122.00 service call + $450.00 for the capacitors AND there will be another $75.00 to use his portable AC unit overnight, but he will deduct the 75 if I agree to the $550 thermostat. Ok guys, I totally understand the service fee here and I understand marking up to make a profit, however...I was not fully believing his story on those capacitors, he told me they were Fried how he knew this without attempting to run the unit 1st? I dunno, perhaps they had some tool that told them they were toast? What I believe is when they realized there was a single woman and four dogs in a hot house that was getting hotter they thought ... hmmm she wont know what were saying lets take her for a ride and charge her for parts that are perfectly fine. With reluctance I paid them, (what these guys didnt know is that I had been robbed only 3 hrs prior to their arrival by a man who opened my car door while I pumped gas and stole every penny I had ... not their problem I know...AND I had JUST gone through a COMPLETE A/C replacement at my bosses home so, I KNEW the lingo and educated myself on the AC units and process) So lets cut this LONG story short. I felt ripped off, when my A/C guy showed up the AM he told me that the capacitors that they put on were NOT original Trane Parts and would void my warranty. ALSO they took the old ones with them so I never got to see them. ALSO, ALSO...the freaking capacitors were STILL under factory warranty and so was the thermostat, bottom line, my AC guy Charles from AirNow took those OEM parts off and replaced them with factory parts and also installed the new thermostat, guess how much I had to pay? NOTHING! (well his service call fee) you see, thats what a warranty is for! When Jonathan came to get his portable he told me he wasnt going to charge me the $75, however he STILL didnt have my old parts or a receipt for me, I had texted him prior to his arrival asking that he give me those items. He FINALLY brought them to me at 3:40pm. Bottom line, I felt he overcharged me and OR put parts on that were NOT needed. I have attached a pic of the capacitors that were taken off by Doyleth, they look pretty good to me.

Probably the only honest HVAC company near Houston. Gerson is the best technician, told us what was wrong with our unit and repaired the subpar work done by another overpriced A/C company. Their work is clean, above standard and affordable. Awesome Work!
