Ezekiel (Zeek) came to our apartment on a Sunday only 2 hours after we called Turbo Plumbing. I could not be happier with his incredible service. He was extremely thorough in looking not only at the exterior AC unit, but all of the interior parts of the system as well. He explained the different repair/replacement options to me very clearly and made sure that I understood exactly what was going on before moving to the next thing. I felt like he was looking out for our best interest especially as he explained the differences between shorter term and longer term repair options. I felt like I was in great hands and would definitely call for his service again.

I had my whole hvac system replaced and I would say the experience was not so great. Here are a list of pros and cons if you are deciding to go with this company or not.Pros: Quick service, the workers have a very strong work ethic, crew is very polite, open to customization, no loud music, no swearing, workers communicate well, no wait, willing to adjust schedule to help you out, nice looking equipment, very quiet condenser, good warranty, Zeek and Abner were very professional and courteous.Cons: Very poor quality work, work is not up to code, poor esthetics, terrible communication from management, crew does not take pride in their work, management over promised and under delivered, lack of customer support from management, no follow up from management, if your project takes more than one day don’t expect any assistance from the company to assist you with portable cooling units especially if your wife is pregnant, crew does not clean up after themselves, crew doesn’t pay attention to details, expensive, crew will attempt to try and change your mind on how your project should go to make the job easier on them vs making the customer happy, if you have any issues with the system don’t expect them to come back and fix it - I’ve addressed a concern with Ricky in management and he never got back to me even after following up with him

I needed AC repair, and this place was close to me, so I called them and they made an appointment, they came at the scheduled time and then they did a great job on my little leak!

Very responsive. Explained each step they were taking so there was no surprises when the bill came.

Very quick, all technicians were nice friendly and attentive.
