Im not sure how, but this company got the contract to install A/C units in a new development called Morgans Landing, in southeast Harris County and its been a nightmare for more than a fair share of residents who have moved into this community, who have brand new homes, built from the ground up. Not only is their customer service trash, but they incorrectly installed my unit, (and many others) which lead to three years of service problems.....It wasnt until I reach out to another service provider, that problems were addressed and solved.Pictures follow....1. The High Limit switch that needed to be replaced due to incorrect installation.2. DAS Discharge Air Sensor wiring3. Sensor incorrectly installed in the return air as opposed to supply4. Correctly installed in supplyOf course I reached out to try and get a resolve, and per usual, they ducked and dodged me, which has lead me to write this review. And this is the short version. My neighborhood really needs to consider a class action against this company.RUN!!!
I have dealt with many A/C provider for many years. The reason why I keep on switching is because the ones that I have done business with lack in honesty, pricing, and most importantly, customer service. When my A/C went out again in this horrid heat, I did my google search and found Century Air Solutions. And wow! I must say that they have excellent customer service. The representative that I spoke to on the phone was such a pleasant to speak too and she ensured me that one of the techs will be out soon. Within THE HOUR, a tech appear at my door step. He was pleasant to deal with and I can not be more happy with his work. I am typing in this cool living room when just over 2 hours ago, this very room was VERY HOT. He answered all of my questions, I paid a very reasonable price, he was honest with all of the work and told me exactly step by step that he was doing. After the tech left, a representative called me from the office to follow up with me on my service and I have nothing but nice things to say. I am so glad I found Century Air Solutions and will be using them from now on. No more searching for A/C providers!!!
Our Century Air installed Lennox system currently does not produce heated air. It is two years old. We have contacted Century Air four times over the last 5 days, during work hours and after hours. After hours, only voice mail, messages left recieve no response. Contact during work hours, requesting service call,receives no return calls from service personnel. This house is cold. Century Air has nothing to offer
This company has AWESOME customer service! They were honest with my AC repairs; they offered reasonable prices compared to other companies; and to top it off, their AC service and repairs are quick and efficient for my family and I to cool off in this Houston heat! After work done on my AC, they called me to make sure everything was working smoothly. Highly recommend them and I would definitely keep them as my #1 AC provider!
Great service!! Century Air Solutions did a great job replacing our evaporator coil! After the work was done they have followed up with us to make sure everything continues to work great. Would highly recommend them!!
This is the second time we have called them. The first one was for my parents new unit a few years ago (old unit, so it was time). They made follow up calls to confirm if everything was still running smoothly.Recently, they came to my house for a routine check. Their technician, Shane, was thorough and offered tips to be proactive so we do not incur huge costs later on.
