Rayan was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the issue in few minutes and fix it at a very reasonable cost. He also, help me on setting up my warranty for future. This is my third time using Alis Air Service and each time they have impressed me with their respond time and professionalism.

Came on time and was honest enough to let us know the unit is good and no problem just a glitch.

Ryan came out on short notice to help us with an AC issue. We had one of the bigger HVAC companies come out and do some preventive maintenance on two of our AC units before the summer heat (offered a special promotion). We found out that they didn’t do much at all in regards to maintenance. Both filters were full of debris and one of the drain lines was blocked. Ryan took care of the issues and taught us a few things on how to maintain the units. Thank you Ryan! You’ve got a customer for life.

I had Ali install my heating and cooling units 1 year ago and now I have been trying to contact him and goes straight to voice mail. I have had friends use him to perform installs and have known Ali for 6 years. Ali is usually not like this and is on top of his stuff. I have emailed and tried many ways to contact. Not sure what is going on but have done a lot of business with him. I have submitted multiple requests for them to reach out to me on their website and no one has replied. I hope the owner is fine and they should reach out. Please provide better contact info because Ali number goes straight to voice mail

Always professional, considerate and on time. They also try to work with your schedule the best they can. We have used Ali even when it was just him doing the work and he’s always been top notch. We won’t use anyone else if we have AC or heating issues in our house. Our A/C went bad because it was a 26 year old unit, and the very next day they installed a brand new unit at a fair price!

So I had used these guys a couple of times of the past 2 years for spring ac tune ups, then New Year’s Eve I heard a sound like a firework going off by my ac unit I went to check it and hear a hissing sound coming from it.I put it on The back burner as it was too cold to use ac at the time couple months later as it warmed up I turned on the unit and no surprise to me no ac working, so I called Alli to send a tech out to check it, turned out there was a bullet hole thru the outside condenser unit hitting the coil so I lost all my Freon.Fortunately the unit was only a 6 year old Goodman so the parts were still under warranty except Goodman had no coils in stock so offered to replace the whole condenser unit instead, Ali and I agreed upon a cash price to have his guy instal while I was working on a project when the tech Jay was done he swung by the job and I paid him and he informed me that the unit install came with 1 free tune up as he wasn’t able to get into the house as I was not home and also a 12 month install warranty the warranty he sent was a little vague and didn’t mention the model or make of unit replaced.Well then it got Texas hot and I set my upstairs thermostat to 76 degrees and I started to notice in the afternoons it would climb to 82 upstairs even when the sun dropped it would be the middle of the night before getting back to 76So then I tried reaching out to Ali on multiple times by phone email and text and the same to his guy Jay that installed the unit and I was ghosted every time absolutely woefully customer service on a unit they installed 3 months earlier!I gave up trying to get hold of them and called Reliant and found the Coil was blocked in the attic due to contamination in the new Freon installed that cost another $1300 to replace the coil. Sad thing is this new 18 sear unit still doesn’t work as good as the one it replaced as the upstairs temp still starts its upward migration every time it gets over 95 outside and I’ve lived here 18 years and we have never had that problem till now even when we had the 14 Sear state select builders special when we moved in!I have no idea why this company would risk a bad review when they could simply have reached out to me is quite frankly dumb, as a contractor myself reviews are the lifeblood of a buisness and when one of your existing customers has a problem with something you have done just respond to them or you will pay the price one way or another!!!Tony PizzeyOwner Prestige Painting & Decorating

They were able to get my 5 ton compressor and furnace replaced next day for a very reasonable price, were careful in the house (even covering my staircase with cloth), told me I can keep my existing coil to save me a few thousand dollars, and they have outstanding customer service. I am very pleased with them. Its hard to find a great contractor who is honest, doesnt push to sell you things you dont need, doesnt price gouge, and are on time, clean and respectful. Possibly the fastest turnaround during holidays from any HVAC company i have dealt with. Had a new furnace and coil installed in 24hrs. They use genuine products ( i got Lennox ) as i had requested. Went above and beyond to cover some items not covered on the initial estimate. Also super responsive on text.

Tech was in contact via phone. Showed up on time. Polite and courteous. Asked a few questions and then went to work. Fixed issue and tested. Answered all my questions. Work was under warranty so no charge. He Also found an unrelated problem and provided a work around. I could not be happier with Ali’s ac service and his crew!

Ali, Ryan, and their team have been great to work with. We had them install a new unit last summer in 2022 when our air conditioning unit went out. We called and Ryan was able to come out same day to give us an estimate. New system was installed next day. It has run great for us ever since and they came out in April 2023 to look it over and check for any issues or concerns. We will continue to have Ali and his team come out every year and check out our unit as I know they are trustworthy, honest, and do a great job. I called Ali Air after noticing my house wasnt cooling down after running the AC all night. They came out first thing in the morning, 7AM. Jay from Ali Air diagnosed the problem in under 30 min and found the fan near the compressor was broken. He said he would gat back to me the same day with an estimate and ETA. within few hours I received the quote. Once I approved it they setup an appointment for next day and replaced the broken fan. I later learnt that Jay had to drive few hours to get the part himself so he can complete the job quickly. This is my second time using their service and I am very happy with techs knowledge and skill level. for anyone with Cooling or heating issue I would recommend calling Ali Air to diagnose the problem and get an estimate.

Have used Ali for years now, excellent service, responsive, super honest, great pricing. (I got 7 quotes, Ali offered best price for Lennox 2 stage) Ali’s Air installed completely new Lennox 2 stage, a 3 ton and 5 ton in my home in Flower Mound. It’s working great, thanks guys! Love some of the new features (Auto shut off if drain pipe clogged…no more drips on house from secondary drain!).

I have nothing but great things to say about Alis Air Service. He price matched any other quote I got and even encouraged me to get other quotes. Very honest and professional. We had a complete new system installed including all new ducts, and registers. He even came out a second time at no charge to add a damper in the bathroom that was a little cold, and add another duct/run into the living room for us.We had a 3.5 ton Goodman installed and it easily handles the Texas heat. The job looks awesome and we are so happy now that we removed the old fiber vents from the old system which were covered in mold.

Had Ali’s air install heat and AC unit in a house that had no existing unit or ducts and vents. They completed within budget and on time. They went the extra mile to come out during bad weather(freeze) to tune the unit to optimize the heat and run times, I have no reservations in recommending them for maintenance, new installs or repair work, they have knowledgeable and professional crews.

Im going to be honest here. I got a chance to talk with Mr. Ali and sounded like a good professional guy. He schedule me an appointment for today between 12p and 2p for a quote for air duct work. That day came and the he never showed up and didnt bother to communicate with me that he was slightly behind till 1 and a half hour later after our schedule appointment. I called and texted him to see if he was still coming and no answer back. I would have appreciated if the contact was made before or during the hours of our schedule appointment about running behind, so I wouldnt have to stay at house waiting and wasting my time. Im a flexible guy but without communication im disappointed. This is not right way of doing business, very unprofessional in my opinion. I would not recommend doing business with Mr. Ali. Just being honest.

I have used this company for 3-4 times already, and always hd a great experience. He hd to come to our house several times to make sure everything is alright. Scheduled a 2 hour window three times and did not show up. No follow up, no apology, zero regard for customers time. Ali and his team are very friendly to work with. I got to introduced to him by a friend who availed Alis services in several of his rental properties. When Ali came to check and give me a quote to replace my aging HVAC, he said I can wait for another year if I wanted to delay the huge spend. Even after I choose to replace, he added coolant to the existing system at no cost as the replacement would take a few days and the house was not cooling enough. His price was amazing, almost 40% less for a comparable brand from another installer. Alis after sales service is top notch. I had called once for some noise that appeared to come from the external unit, his technician showed up in less than 3 hours to identify that the noise was coming from nearby window that had some lose parts. I just called again today with a cooling issue and his technician showed up in less than 2 hours to change out the capacitor that went bad.

These guys are very honest and know their job well. Prices are very fair and competitive. They replaced my 3.5 ton system with gas furnace.I recommend them to All.

Don’t count on these folks. Told me twice he is coming but never had courtesy to return a call or message back. I am not sure how will they even honor warranties call with that level of responsiveness.

Came promptly inspire of treacherous ice from probably 30-40 miles, diagnosed problem with furnace in below freezing in the attic and did so with great professionalism and genuine care. Most impressed and did not charge an “emergency” rate.

Worst service. Owner is not hands-on anymore. Started to hire mediocre technicians they only focus on making Money avoid fixing actual problem. Technicians blame each others work. Avoid and go call Airtron or someone else for a better service.
