Refresh airduct Care

They didn’t do ANYTHING like this!!! Nothing.They stuck a giant air sucker on the very downstairs air duct in my kitchen/ dining area, and said it’ll suck the dust from every vent all over my 2700 square foot house 🏠.They went upstairs, moved my couch, and went into my attic without my permission!! My children are everywhere in the home and they just went, moved furniture and entered my attic without asking me first. I’m sorry, but you strange men cannot do whatever you want anywhere in my home! Some of my children were still sleeping in beds upstairs.The huge machine was plugged into my circuits in my home (instead a generator from their vehicle as other companies have done before) and threw my circuit breaker four times in half an hour!They removed the main duct to the ac unit in the attic, showed me the dust and black spots and said, “See you have mold. We will send you an estimate.”I mean mold and mildew look the same, and the main thing I saw was dust. I plan to go into the attic and pull it off to see if that dust is still there!!This ad makes it seems like:1. They use a brush in each air duct and really clean it out thoroughly and individually. They do not!2. They send a special camera down into the system to see if there’s mold throughout. They do not!! He took his iPhone and videoed a random 10 second video of what’s visible to the human eye to “prove” there was mold all throughout the system. “See. You can see it.”No. You can’t. You can see nothing.3. Dryer vent cleaning. They don’t do that at all!!They should refund my money!Oh- and there’s taxes and 4% charge for using a credit card. I had to manually type in my credit card information, so they have my fingerprints potentially, too. Glad I have ID Theft insurance!!

This place use false advertising to set up appointments and then wants to charge $1500 to clean the vents

They charge $60 per vent Whereas other companies include cleaning each Individual vent in their prices, which is maybe a couple hundred dollars, but with this company several hundred dollars!

Hired them to come out and clean my ducts. They cleaned 8 vents and treated my box in the attic for mold. I was shown one before picture of the mold and no after picture. I wasn’t shown any before and after pics of the duct cleaning. Every vent where he cleaned , he left debris on my tvs, dressers, floors and tv stands. He moved my dining room table and didn’t move it back either. I was busy in my office and paid him when he finished. I noticed all the mess and called to speak to the manager. All he did was get the guy to come back to my house. By the time he got there I had already cleaned everything because I told him I didn’t want him to come back. All he did was move the table back and apologize and showed me one before and after pic of one vent out of 8 vents. I paid over $800 for this service. I’m extremely upset and as a business owner myself, I would have refunded the customer for such a poor customer experience. The manager didn’t even bother calling back to see if it was taken care of and apologize for such horrible service. I definitely don’t recommend this business.

These guys are great. After calling about duct cleaning , I knew they were going to do a great job, based on their knowledge of my needs. Quick cleaning . Great price.Will call Refresh airduct Care once more if we need them.

Beware of their technicians analyses asking for exorbitant repairs that really are not needed and extra $ per foot of dryer vent cleaning

Beware this is a rinky dink local guy. They use a lot of used equipment. Signal problems etc
