Never showed for the appointment or couldn’t even give a courtesy call saying he couldn’t make it. If you’re too busy then don’t take the appointment. He gave me an attitude when asked why couldn’t you give a courtesy call like a business should do. Don’t own a business if you don’t know how to run one. He had no customer service skills whatsoever. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
