Had to have a whole new unit installed. Matthew and John were very professional and installed the unit in a time manner. They were two of the politest young men I have encountered in a long time. I highly recommend Stuart’s heating and air, and I would definitely ask for these two gentlemen. You won’t be disappointed!Great job guys!

Matthew and Jon Smith did a great job on our heat pump! An electrical problem BBQed our blower motor, defrost circuit board and thermostat. They made sure everything was still covered under warranty and showed up as soon as the parts came in and had it running again in no time. Its actually running quieter now too! Stuarts are always friendly, professional and very quick to arrive when called.

Our heater broke down last night and this morning it was cold. They came out this morning and diagnosed our problem. Our 20 year-old furnace stopped working late Friday afternoon so I called Stuart’s after discovering they were open until 9pm.The technician promptly arrived an hour later and was professional, friendly and demonstrated high level of technical proficiency.Unfortunately the repair requires a discontinued part but the technician freely offered a plethora of advice and professional insight concerning replacement and improvements.Very much appreciated!

I needed service on the heating system called starts within a hour had a technician at the door who went about his work very professionally completed his work in about a hour however the unit stopped working doing the night called them up in about a hour they had someone at our residents I am most impressed by the owner himself coming out due to all his crews being out on other jobs found the problem needed a circuitt board ordered it installed at present all well thanks

This is the business I will now use anytime I need to get my AC fixed. I called Stuarts and there was an immediate answer from a real person. I told the customer service person my problem, that nothing suddenly worked on my AC after a plumbing crew had repaired a gas line for me. I was told there would be a service truck to my house in about an hour. The truck, with two technicians, arrived in less than 1 hour. It was a busy day after Memorial Day.I told the technicians my problem and they immediately went to the unit inside the house and the unit outside. In a few minutes they discovered that damaged wires had caused a special fuse inside the AC to short out. After an inspection, the wires were repaired, the fuse was replaced, and the AC Unit immediately began operating again. All in less than 20 minutes.The cost was far less than what I expected, especially since it was well past 5 pm when they arrived. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They did not try to sell me anything, and didnt even charge me for the replaceable fuse.I highly recommend this business. I would use Stuarts again.

Came home from vacation to a 91 degree sauna. Called a few companies, after hours, to come out and I either got no answer or quoted ridiculous prices. Until I called Stuarts Heating and Air. He showed up within an hour of calling and had our AC pumping cold air again in 10 minutes. Reasonably priced and GREAT customer service. Wont be calling anyone else for my AC needs.

I had Anthony and his guys replace my central heat and air system. They were thorough and up front during the estimate process. No hidden fees or costs. Estimated price was very competitive and fair. Best place ever. The AC messed over the weekend and its a 100 plus. I was sure I wasnt going to get it fixed , especially being a Holliday weekend. Called Stuarts Heating & Air Conditioning and they took care of me. They are lucky to have a technician like Fabrinzo to represent them.

This was by far one of the best experience I have ever had. I called them and they were at my home within 15 minutes. Unfortunately I had to replace entire unit inside and out. Deven was so wonderful he got back to office and sent me a quote right over. The next week I was ready to start, called Deven and he got me scheduled for 8am next morning. They were on time! I called them after 5pm on a Friday and they were at my house and had my system cooling again in less then an hour. Professional, fair pricing, super friendly, and amazing service. They are also veteran owned and even gave me a discount for being a veteran. I will be calling them again.

The gentlemen who did the service were prompt and courteous. They came out and repaired our unit last summer, even though they had not installed it. This time it couldnt be repaired.They worked us in the next morning and did a great job of installing both a furnace and an A/C.We would recommend them without question. Tom & Pat Wagy

If I could give Brittany, Deven, Fabrinzo, and Mr. Anthony a million stars, that wouldn’t be enough. They came through for my husband and I in more ways than one. They not only did a fantastic installation, but they also took the time to educate us and get to know us in the process. ♥️ By the time it was all said and done, I felt like we were part of the Stuart Heating & Air Conditioning family.

Called another HVAC company and was told I needed to replace my metal duct work and received a quote of $4800 and still no A/C. I called Stuart’s and after they corrected the work from the other company and added 2 lbs of Freon and made suggestions to get my system cooling better I ended up with a fair invoice and a cool nights sleep. I highly recommend these guys. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Well the gentleman that came out was very professional was nice to come bacc and clean coils on unit outside. But for $288 I was expecting my apartment to be cooler ,actually it was hotter once he left. I still dont understand what I paid for. Called maintenance at my apartment and he came over today its cooler ,he said he had to drain lines , I never saw the guy that came out drain line, or checc filter. As I said he was very nice but I feel like I paid $288 for nothing .

Woke up one morning and my house was freezing. I contacted Stuart’s Heating and they had a technician out that same morning. Very professional. The tech showed me exactly what was wrong and remedied the issue in a timely fashion. 10/10
