I spoke with Mr. Lewis initially, it was a very busy day.. I have visited this place once previously.. And I received the very same friendly service as before.. I explained my situation.. Initially he said it would probably be a couple of hours, due to the heavy business traffic.. So I was told by Mr. Lewis, that I could leave, and he would give me a call.. When my window came up, which I thought was very customary.. I agreed and left, with in five minutes, Mr. Lewis called and said they could get me in.. I told him my problem, they quickly assessed it.. Repaired it and I felt well, that the job was done well.. So thank you Discount tire service pros.. Job well done..

Went here for the first time this morning and the lobby was packed. Naturally I expected to be there awhile, but my tire got patched up in 40 min. I’ve had poor experiences with other tire shops in the past because I felt like they overcharged me by replacing a tire that could’ve been patched. The guys at the counter only charged me for the patch and I really appreciate that. I will definitely come back here whenever my tires need to be serviced.

The dash brake light came on in my fiancé’s car as we were driving through town on 12/26. It was pouring rain and we had already been in the road for 4 hours. Tired and anxious, we called several shops and eventually got the recommendation for this shop, it was the only one still open (but only for the next 30 minutes). We called and they said come on in. They were so cheerful and even let our 8 month old golden retriever puppy wait with us in their waiting room. We had a delightful 10 minute conversation, putting our worries at ease. When the mechanic came out and said our break fluid was fine, the computer didn’t flag anything, and it was likely just the wiring for the light itself. They didn’t charge us, even though we would be happy to pay. We left and got back on the road energized and cheered up for our remaining drive. Thank you all so much!

Staff was very professional, willing to take. care of my vehicle in a timely manner. Wouldn’t want to use any other tire dealership. Always provide excellent service

I went in yesterday to get a diagnostic on my suv. Upon arrival they were very friendly, and I was in a comfortable environment. They gave me knowledgeable information on my vehicle and worked as fast and diligently as they could. Thank you guys!

I would definitely recommend Discount Wheel and tire. My mother and I own the truck that needed a significant amount of work. They explained everything they needed to do to the vehicle and called with an estimate for approval BEFORE they began any work. The work was completed sooner than I expected. I felt like they involved me in the entire process but most importantly I felt like they were very trustworthy and didnt do anything I didnt need.

Excellent service. The staff worked efficiently and smoothly to deliver my car repair in a reasonable amount of time. Their price was fair. My son will take his RAM truck there next week! We trust these folks!

So many things I can say about these guys!!! Fellas a ladies its BJ an I wanted to say this is the best shop in the area!!! They have done my lifts on two different trucks, all the maintenance around the lifts & I’ve never had a bad experience!!! They give it too you straight a you give you the best options for whatever your needs are!!! If you have car problems call the pros here first!!!!

Generally satisfied with the friendly service and product I purchased however there are a couple of things that will help your next customer. The TPMS relearn was not performed. The tire pressures were inconsistent. Pressures ranged from 38 to the required 35.

Called them up on a Wednesday at 3pm and they were able to get me in to Mount and balance 4 tires and do a 4 wheel alignment all before closing time. The guys in there were great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was traveling cross country when my low tire pressure light popped on. I arrived at my destination and had a relative check the suspect tire. He suggested I come to your place of business, (he is a customer). Your tech checked all 4 tires, found all were low, corrected them and sent me on my way, free of charge. I am in the area about 6 times a year, you will be my go-to for tire needs!! Thank you for easing my mind for my return home trip!

Amazing and Affordable services I was on a long trip away from home STRANDED! This was the only shop in town with my specialized tire. Cody and Trent treated me and my nephew like family. They also recommended a mexican eatery down the street from the shop that was AMAZING!!❤️10/10 recommend them to anyone in the Texarkana area

Absolutely no integrity whatsoever, brought my truck in for an alignment check. They had it in the shop about 10-15 minutes and then brought it back and stated the ball joint on my passenger upper arm was bad. Told them I would take it home fix it and bring it back, get home and nothings wrong with the truck and they quoted me 313 dollars to “fix it”. Yes I also checked both upper arms and lower arms on both sides just to make sure there wasn’t a communication error before writing this review. IF THEY INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE THEN MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY THE WORK NEEDING TO BE DONE BEFORE ALLOWING THEM TO WORK, they are not honest obviously.

Heather and Cody took care of setting my up, and they guys in the shop knocked it out in amazing time. Give these folks a chance if you’re looking for a quality install.

I called every tire shop looking for my size tires. I needed 2 front tires. Either everyone had to order them for the next day or was charging $500 plus. I called them and the price was under $400. I wasted a whole day when I shouldve just called them first. They are super professional with superior customer service. They def have a customer for life. They get the job done right the first time and make u feel like you are part of their family. I highly highly recommend.

Very professional and honest place. They could have very easily took my money and gave me a new alternator like I was told by another place I needed, And that’s what I asked them to do. Instead, they informed me that I only needed a battery therefore saving me $200. And they did not have a problem with me taking the vehicle and doing the battery on my own. it seems that their priority is honest and keeping the customer happy instead of like Most places do anything to get the dollar. So if you want somewhere, you can count on getting an honest opinion this is a place to go.

I woke up to a huge nail in my tire and a flat. I called Discount Wheel & Tire that afternoon and asked if they could squeeze me in and they told me to come on down. Trent was such a delight. He was professional and very down to earth. I left because I thought it might take awhile since I wasn’t scheduled but he got my flat fixed within 15 minutes. Great service, I highly recommend!

I had my vehicle towed to DWT, & appreciated that they could attach that fee to my bill. They were very courteous when I contacted them. And, they got my vehicle taken care of in just a few hours. The Jeep dealership had it for 4 days, & hadn’t touched it. I had done business with them many years ago, but will bring going back as a very satisfied customer.

Their convenient night drop off box and pick up driver helped me fit in an unexpected van repair with as little disruption to my day as possible. I was updated as soon as they discovered my problem and given an accurate estimate of the cost of the repair. They didn’t try to add anything “extra” to what I needed repaired. This place here is great. I called them at 6pm on Tuesday and dropped my truck off at 8:30 that night. Wednesday around 11:30 I got a call saying my alignment was done. 6in lift on an older Chevy and I can let go of the wheel going down the road. Great people also

Scheduled an appointment a Week ahead of time. Arrived at 7:30am on a friday when they open ,day of appointment and left my vehicle. They took my keys said they would call when it was ready.Got a call later that morning ,they had other jobs to do and didnt want to work on mine because it was a long Job. Then wanted me to leave my vehicle there all weekend they would try to do it Monday.Keep in mind I made an appointment and they wrote my name on a clip board the previous Monday, a Week ahead of time mine was first name on the list.I went and got my vehicle I will never be back , You just lost a regular customer for good.Bad service is one thing but when you completey waste a customers time after they took off work to bring you business is just complete dont give a dam on your part.

Most pleasant tire experience Ive ever had. We had an issue with our tire while on a road trip. They got us right in- figured out the problem, and got new tires on in under an hour. They had great customer service and were super friendly. We really appreciated their speed as we had 6 kids with us, and another 15 hours of driving ahead of us.

I showed up early Monday morning without an appointment to get an alignment. They worked my truck in and had it done before lunch.

Discount Wheel and Tire Pros has been our family’s go-to for years for all auto needs. In each of my experiences with Discount, each employee has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Service is always reasonably timed and priced as well. All-around great company!

We had a tire that had a slow leak in it. We took it to Discount Wheel and they had us going in no time. Cost was a little higher than expected, but they do great work and treat you right. They are our tire place.

I offered to come for service at 7:30 and was told to just come anytime. I requested the same tire as was on my vehicle and was told that they could get that same tire. I arrived about 11:30 and at 2:30 I was still waiting with yet another car or two ahead of me. I left and returned fifteen minutes later and still had another hour to wait. Then when I got home I realized that the tire was the same brand and size but it was the same as the ones on the car. That was why I went to them because they could get the tire I needed. Maybe next time I will get more expedient service and specifically what was requested

You started working on the car shortly after I got there. Your waiting room was comfortable. The wait time was about one hour. The bill for the service was very reasonable. The car now runs like a champ. Than you for your service.

I discovered Discount Wheel & Tire a year ago while visiting family in Texarkana and was so impressed at their professionalism, knowledge, & transparency that I now make a special trip from Fort Worth to use them when my vehicle needs anything greater than a basic oil change. I was, and remain, that impressed & loyal.

The people they’re excellent. From the first day of going in and ordering my lift to the last. Timmy the store manager especially. He worked with me as much as he could and was so nice about it. When my lift came in wrong he made sure he got the right stuff within a couple days. He called and updated me about some stuff I needed to get changed, etc. I recommend using these people! Ive used the Summerhill location for mechanic work for years now. The gentlemen inside are always wonderful! They offer assistance and recommendations even when unexpected things are damaged. Their work has never caused any extra issues with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

They always take good care of me when I need work done, reasonabley priced and they let you know if they see something that needs attention, they also get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Called first to see if they could get me in for low air pressure .. I was told to be there at 1:30 and they’d get it taken care of. I got there before 1:30, at 1:50 my vehicle had still not been brought back. I was told 3 cars were in bay and a person was ahead of me. I told them I had to go because I had an appointment, and couldn’t wait hours. Then another guy stated that “we don’t do appointments, it’s walk in”. Well I had even there before the other people that walked in and because they are regulars (we are new to the area) we were put behind them even tho we were there first. If you aren’t buddies or personally know the front desk guys , be expected to pushed back. Then the guy that originally told me to come in at 1:30 tried to say he told me they don’t do appointments. Those words never came out of his mouth. Seems to be a shady business, who knows they could be lying to people about what’s actually wrong with their cars, esp if you aren’t sleeping with the front desk guys or flirting with them or a regular customer. That was the vibe they gave off.

They got done with it faster than I thought they would and they were very friendly and polite

I came in from out of town with a flat tire. I was on my way to a doctors appointment with my daughter. They were very friendly and fast. They made sure to get me in and out so that we could make it to the doctor on time. Great service!!!

My tire light had come on andI was pretty sure it was from colder temps, but it has warmed up again and light still stayed on. I stopped by on my way to dr appointment when I realized I was passing right by DWT, I told them i had dr appt, I was in and out in less that 10 minutes, what service, they checked tires, all were low! But I was still finished in time for dr appt. Great service with a smile😀

These guys were great! I was touring with the Army Band and had a problem with a trailer tire and called them in an emergency. They were polite on the phone and positive they could fix the problem. Probably back on road in 30 minutes. Professionalism, efficiency and polite customer service. What more can you ask for?

Husband talked to them when he was out of town, told the guys what we were needing, got a price, paid over the phone. I took my car in around 7:45am a few days later, was greeted as soon as I walked in, they knew already who I was, got my car back, tires put on and I was out of there by 8:45am!! Excellent service!! I chose this place based on its online reviews because Im not from the area and dont have a place I like to take my car for repairs. This place was great! I called first thing in the morning about getting my brakes fixed. He said they were full for the day but had me on the schedule for the next day. I told him I couldnt be there til 4:30. He then told me to call when I left work to see if they could squeeze me in that same day. And they did manage to fit me in the same day. The customer service was outstanding. I would definitely bring my car back.

I had a great experience with Discount Wheel and Tire, they went above and beyond for me. They kept me up to date on my car with calls everyday. The fellas treated me with respect, a lot of companies with men running the facility disregard women, they did NOT do that at all. This will be my new location for all services for my vehicles. Went in on a Friday afternoon at 5:00, they got me in quickly and weren’t even upset i came in close to closing time. Trent took care of me at the front desk. I purchased two new tires and had a flat fixed and also asked they do an oil change. The time frame they did this in was impeccable! And now my car drives like new again. I’ve had a wobble for about 2 weeks, not realizing I had a huge knot on my back driver side tire. I am truly thankful they took care of my vehicle. Now me and my babies travel on the roads safely! Always great, friendly service. Just bought my 3rd set of tires here and havent been steered wrong once. Trent, Tim and Cody are super easy to work with and are all-round great guys. Having a problem with the alignment job that we had done along with new tires, I called Mr.Cody and he was very nice and have agreed to have his team to fix the problem Monday when they open.Cant ask for more than that.

I had taken my vehicle to a Dealership. To check a slow air leak in my tire. I was told they couldnt find anything wrong with the tire.Took my vehicle to Discount Tires. They found a nail in the tire and repaired it for a good price.

You should do better with your service desk informing clients that their car is in line.I was waiting 2.5 hrs thinking that my vehicle was being worked on.If I hadnt asked how much longer you have with my vehicle, I would have been sitting there another 3 hrs.All I got was a sorry about thatThis is unprofessional, unexplainable on so many levels.

Made an appointment first thing in the morning at 0830, so I would not have to wait and made sure I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and was told it was going to be 30 minutes to an hour before they could get me on the lift. So I left, and would not recommend using this business. I was going to have an alignment and all 6 of my tires replaced on my Dually. They didnt seem to care that they wasted my time.

They always take good care of me here. I don’t know much about cars, but they do a great job explaining everything to me. Wait times can be long, because they are so busy (surely because they’re the best), but they let you know once they get to your car and they’re finished very briefly. Love this place

I was traveling from out of town with my family when my camper trailer tire blew out. It being Friday afternoon, many tire shops close at 5 so I was frantic that we wouldn’t get another tire and our vacation would be ruined. I called here and they reassured me they didn’t close until 6:30 and they had my right tire size and would get me in before they closed. These guys were so respectful, professional, accommodating, positive attitudes all around and just a great staff of guys. I highly recommend them, especially if you are in a bind on the road! I was on a road trip and happened to pass by Texarkana when I realized my wheel alignment was off. I stopped here and they squeezed me in on a full day, out of the kindness of their hearts, to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. 10/10 customer experience and service!

The staff at the Summerhill location are very friendly and knowledgeable about what your car needs! The lady who took my call was very patient with my lack of knowledge about tires. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain several tire options. I would like to share one thing that I found interesting: If you plan on financing your repairs, their go to option is actually a lease with high interest (the APR is still a mystery, as it is not listed on the agreement). However, theres another plan you might qualify for that offers no interest for the first 6 months. If I had not asked [repeatedly] about the interest rate, I would not have known about this. Since theyre not a bank, Im not letting this affect my rating. Customer service and repair work were both great!

These people are amazing!! We were on a road trip from Louisiana and had a camper that blew out its tire. We needed a new one but it was Friday and getting close to everything closing so we needed help bad before we were stranded. We went to another place first who told us they could help us, but when we got there they said they couldnt fit us in, because they were trying to hurry and get off instead. So We called Discount Wheel and Tire and told them our situation and they were willing to hold us our tire and a spot open to work on it. And once we got there they were really helpful and fast. We were helped immediately, it took only 20 minutes! Our trip would have been ruined if it wasnt for them. We are very grateful for their hospitality. They were more to happy to help us even though they were about to be off for the weekend.

Got a quote for over 700 dollars by another shop very close by for replacing a single bad hub (MAYBE 250 bucks for the part). Discount cut the cost by nearly half including labor. Prices are fair and nothing like the absolute rip-off of a quote I was given before. Super happy with the prices and work at DWT!

Wow! This is how you do good business. I was unable to get tires locally before a trip and called these guys while on my way out. By the time I arrived they had the tires in store and had me back on the road in about an hour. 2 hour drive from home but Ill be coming back!

I called ahead to several places to get an estimate on replacing my brakes. Discount Wheel and Tire Pro on Summerhill was between $80-s200 less than other places. They were all very friendly helpful and didn’t waste time. I didn’t have a place to take my vehicle before if something went wrong but definitely relieved my mind to know where to to go now.

I was making a 30 hour drive and I happened to hit a huge pothole. It bent my rim and I was super worried about the cost and how long it would take as I was traveling with an animal. The two men who took care of me, not only didn’t charge me to hammer out my rim, but also were so kind and funny. The man who hammered out my rim, also checked each tire to make sure they were in good shape. If they read this, thank you so much for giving so much kindness to me during a scary move and transition on leaving home for the first time ever.

I cant speak to their prices and ability in relation to wheels, but my God is the mechanic shop a rip off and a half. My sister took her car in because something was wrong with the front end. On top of telling her a whole bunch of things that werent actually wrong with the car, The list of what they proposed to replace was mind-boggling. No self-respecting mechanic shop would ever recommend replacing a single spindle hub (presumably thats what they meant when they wrote hub and not hubcap...) and wheel bearing. Bare minimum you do them in twos. When she sent me a picture of what they had written down for her. I was shocked. Ive been a mechanic for years and years and this is the kind of behavior you typically see from a shade tree, not from a business. Three of the things they said she needed had just been replaced... After seeing her $1,400 list of suggested urgent repairs, I examined her car and all that was wrong with it is the wheels were out of balance. Something you would figure that a wheel shop would catch
