Amazing!!! I knew my tile and grout needed cleaning but I had NO idea how bad! The two guys that came to my house were awesome - they were friendly, helpful, professional, quick and did a wonderful job. They also cleaned my sectional and it’s like it’s brand new. I will never use anyone else.

Work was completed within 2 hours of setting the appointment. The techs were friendly, explained the process, set expectations, and were genuinely pleasant. The service was knocked down one star only because of the price, which I think was a bit high but at the same time the appointment setter worked with me to design a service that was within our budget.

Edwin was our technician. He was very friendly and professional. He did an awesome job. Explained what he was going to do , and informed us on what we could expect. Highly recommend Stanley Steamer .

They charged over $700 to spray water on woodened flooring in less than an hour and used wet vac to suck it up. THEY SUCK AND ARE HORRIBLE, THE MANAGER OFFERED TO COME LOOK AT IT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT GIVE GOOD RESULTS, UNTRAINED JUST A NAME.

I called Stanley Steemer after my attempt at cleaning the expoxy/aggregate floor in my garage proved unsatisfactory. They did a FABULOUS JOB & my floor looks like the showroom it was designed to look like. Jeremy & Luke were pleasant, hard-working & put extra effort in moving & replacing items in the garage. In a little over an hour the job was completed. I could not be more pleased.

Had my dryer vent and AC ductwork cleaned. My service technician, Edwin was professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and will be using them for future services.

Edwin showed up and got everything done pretty fast! My carpets probably hadn’t been cleaned in 5+ years and they feel pretty fresh now!

Im not quite sure if I will use them again. It was our first time using this service, and honestly could not tell or feel a difference. My total was 155$ for an dissatisfied service. Being told 1 thing over the phone vs what we were told from the service guys was also discouraging.

We scheduled duct cleaning and decided to get educated before doing so. The guys listened and educated my husband and me. We ended up getting our dryer vent cleaned. The guys were very professional and we plan on using Stanley Steemers services in the future. Thanks to Caleb and A’drian.

They were right on time, and they done a fantastic job. Once finished with my air ducts they vacuumed the floor and cleaned up any mess they made which was very minimal, just a little around the machine and a small amount that fell out of the vents when they removed them to clean. We are very satisfied with these two men from Stanley Steemer.

These two did the best job I have ever gotten out of Stanley steamer. Please always send them when I call and never, never send Michael again. He did a terrible job. I won’t ever let him back in my house. My 10 year old lift chair looks new again. Rug is clean too. Excellent work and nice workers , very pleasant. I’m handicapped and they made sure everything was done as I needed it, even moved my rug over a little for me.

Michael was very good. Called prior to the arrival time to advise that he was on his way. Very friendly person. Went right to work. Seemed he likes his job and wants to do a job that pleases the customer. I was pleased with the results.

Was super helpful and gave advice on how I could prevent some of the issues I was experiencing. He was friendly and made both of my kids laugh/smile. Oh and he did a great job on making my carpets white again.

Two such nice gents that I wish they were my neighbors, and their work was fantastic. They rescued a bedroom and bathroom that had looked as though they needed to be sawed off and discarded. Stanley Steemer rescued a whole corner of my house. A thousand thanks!

I was so happy to find the cause of my constant sinus infections. The only negative thing I have is the fact that the lead guy (didnt get their names) went into my attic and tracked down insulation into my garage. I have a small dog and was afraid he could get into it. When they left, I had to vacuum the insulation off my garage floor.

I was lucky enough to have the two individuals that came to my rental home a year ago back in my new home today! These two are the best! I love talking with them and seeing how well they work together. I know when they are here they’re going to get the job done and done right. I will be asking for them by name next time!

We have thick carpets in the new house. After SS finished cleaning, my wife ran our robo vacuum two days later just to see if it would work on the thicker carpet, and she was very disappointed to find so much debri in the vacuum collection box. She said never again!

Wow! Amazing. Truly a great experience. I was a little over whelmed today and they we perfect! I booked today and they were able to make it out today. The quality top tier and so were they! Trevion and Adrian from Stanley Steemer did a great job with cleaning carpets and cleaning the dryer vent. They explain what they were doing, and time it would take to dry carpet. Haven’t used dryer yet, but it does appear they cleaned vents very well.

Are the service technicians Trevon, and Arthur arrive very timely and pre-treated my floor. They set up and got to work quickly cleaning the floor. They were very professional did a thorough job. When they finished my carpet looked wonderful would definitely recommend their service and will be using them in the future.

Meagan and Michael were outstanding 👏🏽👏🏽They were very courteous, professional and took pride in their work. They were very efficient and explained the process every step of the way. My carpet was amazing when they finished considering it hadnt been cleaned in years; they made it look brand new again. Its refreshing to meet employees that still take pride in doing a good job in their work.

The men that came out were so kind and honest. They made suggestions that made sense and provided savings and value. I had that annoying doggie dirt stain along the backside of my couch, as well as dirt and everyday living stains on my cushions.These two wonderful guys worked their tails off for two hours to get it looking brand spanking new! But what set them apart...and what made the experience so very worthwhile...and so pleasant...was their awesome attitudes!!Im telling you what, that is a difference maker! Michael and Meghan with Stanleys carpet cleaning, came out to do my carpet throughout my house. They did a great job answering all questions and very professionally done job and attitude was pleasant as well and that means a lot to me and my wife.

Great job. Very professional, knowledgable and thorough. Cleaned our a/c ducts. Would be better if they had the truck with the vacuums instead of the portable, noisy vacuum that was in the house. Thanks for minding the door so the cats wouldnt get out.

Edwin and Alex did a great job cleaning and waxing the floors at our at business. The did come back to take care of waxing a spot that was missed and cleaned wax off of our LVT. Fast and professional. In my opinion the deodorizer didn’t add any benefits and was a waste of money. Pet stains were removed but the odor is still present despite the deodorizer. Other then that pretty good service.

We called Stanley Steemer to steam clean commercial tile floors. The floors had about 10 years worth of cleaning product build up and dirt embedded around the perimeter of furniture that had been removed.Stanley Steemer arrived on time to provide an estimate and were also able to assist us immediately following the estimate! The charge for the service was very fair. The Stanley Steemer representatives, Trey and Adrianne were incredibly professional and very personable! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer for your cleaning needs with regard to steam cleaning tile.

The workers were professional and courteous. I had the upholstery in my vehicle cleaned. It looks bright eyed and bushy tailed now, to coin a phrase. They went straight to the job when they came out. I will use them again for my home. I will also request the same people.

I was so excited to get my ducts cleaned today. My servicer Jeremy was professional and even pointed out some things concerning my kitchen ducts that I needed to be aware of. Get your ducts cleaned every 7 years guys! Its only been a few hours since they left and I can already tell how fresher the air smells 😊

Stanley Steemer reps, Alax and Jeremiah, spent 6 hours in our home today thoroughly cleaning our tile/grout and repainting all the grout lines (kitchen, laundry room, master bath & foyer). The transformation is amazing and both men were extremely professional and polite. I would highly recommend them.

Kyle did a excellent job on my carpets n area rugs. They look great and smell wonderful. Kyle was also helpful with some additional items such as hardwood floor cleaner, spot remover and odor out. I have a older dog that has epilepsy and his seizures cause him to urinate on my carpets. His big jowls hold lots of water making spots on my hardwood floors. Kyle was also helpful with talking to me about cleaning hardwood floors. Kyle seems to have a lot of knowledge about the services that Stanley Steamers offers and how they work. Did a good job overall, but was unable to remove small red stain from carpet. Now I have to try and clean it myself. Should be able to remove stains from carpet, if youre a professional carpet cleaner? Otherwise, it was good service.

The only reason this company is getting 2stars is because of the friendly service men that showed up. I scheduled a duct and motor cleaning for my hvac system. I made it clear that I have mold in my ducts and motor/motor blades, it needs cleaned and sanitized. I made sure to verify that the motor would need to be removed for cleaning. Lorena or Lenora said yes, we can do that as well as blow out your lines and spray your coils if accessible. Perfect, I thought. She quoted me $600. I called back and spoke to another woman to schedule a day, went over the same info. Total came to about $650. The guys show up, I am thorough, I show them the motor and make sure the details were relayed to the service guys. They tell me they cant remove the motor. Then make a call, say they can for an extra $250. I let him know thats too much, there are other companies that will clean it for less. He looks at it, then tells me he can include the duct sanitizer for killing mold for free.... I said what, how is that not already included??? How to you come to clean vents in a home that has mold and sanitizing spray is not included?? I am very disappointed with the communication of this company. Now I need to wait even longer before getting the air in my home cleaned.
