Im new to my neighborhood and need appliances installed, found reviews about Cozy Services on the neighborhood app. Mario came out and was very professional, he communicated well letting me know what was going on or if I had any questions. I definitely recommend Cozy Services especially Mario. Thank you!

Mario came out and let me know what I could do to make my house warmer. He gave me a few options and prices up front. We decided on a plan and they got to work. Very professional, very nice, and reasonably priced. He even texted us the next day to make sure everything was working good and we were happy. We will be referring all our friends and family to call Cozy Home Services for all their HVAC needs!

Mario and Jose did a fantastic job of correctly diagnosing my HVAC issue and solving it quickly. When I called them they answered the first time and came over within about an hour. I highly recommend their services.

Mario is such a knowledgeable and personable individual with 10+ years of experience in the industry. He catered to my needs and went above and beyond. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions and more. I’m so happy that I went with him for my HVAC installation and he’ll surely be my go-to for regular maintenance. The tech that showed up to my home was very professional. And a maintenance was just that. The technician did offer me some recommendations but was not pushy and sales and taught me about my AC system. Being a newer company I was a little skeptical I was paying for just another guy hard selling me on random products. Turns out my technician Mario was VERY helpful and cleaned the system very well.Absolutely well worth paying just a little more and not those “$99 specials” I have paid for a “maintenance” with a different company where all they did was take pictures and tell me my system needed to be cleaned for an extra $400. It’s like dude then what did I spend $100 plus $50 service fee for you to come out here to do!?Honest company and now I will be a repeat customer. I will be recommending to all of my family members as well.

I know is not that hot yet but my ac went out Monday and a friend of mine gave me Mario’s number he is a great guy, I did that call and he did respond so quickly, he gave me a lot information about ac system on that call I did learn a lot. he did come to take a look my ac same day, that was great because it was so hot and with no ac is terrible. I always like to sleep with 70 in my house.Any way he did show up same day, he did check everything for me, repaired my unit and give me a lot of information how keep up with my system. I will highly recommend this company to all my people.

Mario recently updated the HVAC system in my home. All I can say is that I was quite impressed with how everything turned out. From start to finish, Mario was able to provide me with options and assist me in finding something that was within my budget. He was extremely knowledgable and able to break everything down such that I could comprehend it. The quality of his work indicates that he takes pride in his profession, which is uncommon these days. I will refer Cozy Home Services to everyone of my friends and family!!
