Ter-Jan Carpet Services

We had all our floors redone last year by Ter-Jan - Laminate in living areas, and a beautiful slate look tile in bathrooms and bedrooms. They did a great job installing it, and the quality is great. We have had them clean rugs for our business over the past years and they are always dependable - we have been very happy every time we have dealt with them. Highly recommend!!

Luis has come out about 5 years in a row to clean our carpets and furniture and always does a great job. He has always went above and beyond . This company is amazing from start to finish.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had the worst and most uncomfortable experience with the tech Luis. He didn’t want to wear shoe covers coming into my home. Gave me the hardest time about it. And then cleaned my carpet and afterwards walked right back on it in his boots. How unsanitary I will never hire him to come back to my home. I also left a message to the manager and he never called me back about the horrible experience I had.

Outstanding customer service and they do an excellent job of cleaning your carpets and rugs. Luis was very courteous and did a excellent job.

This was our second time to use Ter Jan and we couldnt be more pleased. We had our tile cleaned to get ready for the upcoming holidays and visits from family.Luis was prompt, professional and pleasant! His work is great and he is very quick BUT thorough. We highly recommend this company for carpet or tile cleaning.Every time I use one of their services it makes me feel like I should be using the others. A clean home is such a gift, and so good for the health of your family.

Will use again attention to detail and does what he needs to to get the job done right the first time. My sectional looks brand new. I wish I could post some pictures before and after, but didn’t take any. Luis is the best, he is a valuable asset to the company
