While your representative was polite, I expected more. I was having my house and vents for this new year. The representative did not spread any cloths or put in any shoe nuts. He came in adding instead of subtracting. Also, if youre cleaning inside the air vent/ducts you would think youd have a cloth to wipe the plate clean. I was expecting a more thorough service for over $400 so I stopped him because I couldnt take any more. I have been waiting a couple of weeks for appointment. I am only off on weekends. Last, if Im trying to do a major cleaning to get rid of dirt, bacteria and odors, please shower and smell fresh. I was the 1st appointment of the day. Also, he showed up with a bag that was already filthy. I asked him to place a fresh bag after I looked at it and I was told he was not allowed. I said Im sure all that didnt come from me and he started naming all the jobs that debris consisted of. That is a ridiculous way to do business. I called a professional company (or so I thought) for a reason. I built my hime from ground up and I am not trying to hire nothing but professionals when it comes to maintenance to keep its value I can send pictures of how it was left. I started vacuuming the one area and thought perhaps I should take pictures. In addition, I did not realize he left mattress and boxspring off bed.

After noting their previous excellent reviews and comparing their services and costs against those of a major national brand, I was keen to try Kwik Dry, and they did not disappoint! Scheduling a convenient appointment was easy and confirmed multiple times. William texted me to let me know he was on his way, arrived early, was very courteous, and worked quickly, quietly, and thoroughly, completing the job well with the projected time. Our sofas, loveseat, and rug look great and smell even better. I am glad that I chose Kwik Dry and appreciate William’s work!

I was very impressed with the way North Centex was able to come and work within the time parameters that I had available. They came out in the evening and were able to clean the carpet and other flooring areas at the school after hours and completed the scope of work on time. Highly recommend Kwik Dry! John, the owner, and his nephew William worked exceptionally hard on my light gray couch and white chair along with 2 large white area rugs. They removed all the pet hair, stains, dust, pet odor and treated all with protection products. They arrived on time, cleaned up everything and were so pleasant to have service us. Best cleaning job in a long time.

Joe and William we great! Very courteous and friendly. The furniture looks and smells amazing! I have a house full of animals (husband and children included) 🤣 and our sofa set is a light stone tan. And was dark grey before these guys arrived! I greatly appreciate the services.

Highly recommend these guys! Had the carpets and high traffic stairs cleaned of some very stubborn stains and they did a great job. We also had them clean the dryer vent. A+ work! Will definitely call them again!

This is my first time getting my air ducts cleaned. I hear a lot from “ others” that this something that is usually not necessary for homeowners but with what we are going through with dust in our house even though we have a brand new “10 months old “ Carrier Infinity 4” thick merv 13 filter we decided to have this done. The first 3 companies “you know the BIG3” they wanted from 500$ to 800$. Kwik Dry did it for 200$And didn’t do anything less than what all the others were going to do . Plus minus all the upselling! Great job you guys 5 stars and will definitely recommend you to others.

Jon is a very nice hardworking man. His help was also. They cleaned my 2 sofa’s, my rug, 200 sq ft of tile and my vents and sucked out all the debris from my air ducts. I thought what he charged was very good price. I would recommend this service for everyone

Highly recommend this company. I had my tile cleaned(85% of my house is tile) and had the highest traffic area cleaned and the grout and tile sealed. Jon and William did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. In fact they are coming back Wednesday to clean my dryer vent.

Jon with his assistant was very good in getting the job done. Explained all that he was doing. Also looked at the AC vents and suggested I don’t need a duct cleaning at this time, could wait for a year two.I will have no hesitation to recommend him.
