Javier, has always repaired our split unit and does an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable about all A/C and heating systems and he explains the process to repair your system. He leaves everything as he found it and usually cleaner.

Nick and his crew worked hard to get our heat working on the coldest day of the year! They showed up early on a Friday and did a complete installation of a new unit. They were polite and clean. 10/10 recommend this company!

We have used Crown multiple times in a commercial settings.I hired him for another job 2 months ago paying a $7000 deposit.Nick game me the run around, saying he was ordering equipment.He will no longer return my calls.I filed a theft of services with my local police department, and have contacted the Attorney General’s office.Stay away!

This company was assigned to us by our home warranty. When they did not reach out to us to schedule our microwave installation, I called daily for 10 days, leaving a voice mail every day. I called our warranty company to let them know they had not reached out or returned our phone calls. The warranty company sent out 2 emails that were also unanswered. When I finally did get someone on the phone after 10 days, he said he would be out Tuesday (the day of this writing). I arranged the day off work. I attempted to call 3 times today to get a time frame for the installation and left voicemails as well as a text. No response. It is now 6:30 and after hours for Crown. No one has shown up. No one has called. No one has responded to my messages. I have wasted a vacation day waiting around for someone who hasnt even given me the courtesy of a phone call. This is the most unprofessional company we have worked with through our home warranty. If you have a choice, choose anyone else.

Shane easily diagnosed the problem and two months later he repaired it. He obviously knows what he is doing! However, getting a call back from the office is just about impossible. We had an appointment to fix it the day we had an ice storm, so i didn’t expect them to come out with the new part. However, I had to call every day for the next 2 weeks to get it rescheduled. No one ever contacted me.Shane gets 5 starsThe company/office gets 1 star

Spoke to the owner Shane about my dryer’s heating element going out. He scheduled a tech to come by. CJ came in, turned on my dryer, turned off my dryer & confirmed what I already knew in 30 seconds. He charges me a $119 service call & states he’d order the part & “be back in a couple of days to repair it”. A week later I called Shane to ask if the part had come in & he said he’d call me back. No call. 3 more days, I txt Shane to check on the part & no return txt. I asked for a refund on the non-service “service call”. Crickets 🦗. Terrible. Unprofessional. Crooks.

Been a month- no contact. I am still waiting on my “part” for my dishwasher. Left voicemails and texts. 😣Edit: warranty company had to assign new company as this one would not answer their calls or emails either. Dont waste your time with these guys.

I don’t recommend using this company for appliance repair. Very poor communication, said they ordered parts and after 2 months of hearing nothing I called and the parts hadn’t even been ordered. My refrigerator broke in October 2020, when they originally came out, And it’s now April 2021 and still no ice, and fridge is leaking water from broken ice maker. Use at your own risk and have very low expectations.

Came out to diagnose an issue with our oven back in November 2021. Unable to get them on the phone, never reply to voicemails. Still waiting for the oven to be repaired. Avoid at all costs.

Good luck getting someone from this place to call you back with any update! They came out two months ago and I’ve heard NOTHING, no one calls or calls back! I’ve lost count of how many voicemails we’ve left. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
