Stovalls hvac installations

I would give him 100 stars if I could this guy is more honest then most ac guys Ive ever used. Were extremely happy with our new unit he should have a 5 start overall rating to Elizabeth just know you pretty much get what you pay for invest in a good ac unit you wont regret it

Zero stars! DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET IT !! ---This guy Ronnie Stovall with Stovalls HVAC installations replaced my coils and fix my ducts at $1800 in April. After his work the whole ac stopped working and called him and he came back stating the blower went out then came back stating the relay did not work. He replaced and did not charge for those because they were used parts that worked. Then again in May texted him again stating no air. He ignored my calls and messages. We went up to the attic and guess what? It was freezing! All the air has been coming out of the ducts and coil he had replaced. Now he is answering but stating he cant work for free. I asked isnt this part of the 1 year warranty that you give for your work. He stated yes it is, but until now hasnt came for 2 months and a half already. He is not a man of his word. He told me he was coming and never did. I have children and its 90 degrees in my house. That was never his priority to come fix his mess. I will make sure people know this so they dont go through the same thing I did.

Really recommend Stovalls HVAC. Very knowledgeable and professional. Honest, open, and fairly priced. Will defiantly use them for all HVAC issues in the future.

If you want good honest warrantied work I you want to know that you know that you know every penny you spend was worth it this is the man to call
