Schnorrbusch Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

Purchased a new two ton compressor from Schnorrbusch June 2022. The pictures reflects the lack of quality of workmanship. I had to provide tools, tape, and Dolly the the installer. Numerous calls, text, emails to Nathan. He and his tech admit the installation was sloppy but to this date will do nothing to do the job correct or check out the possible DEFECTIVE Carrier 2 ton unit they installed. NOTE: I can post all of the communications I have had with Nathan if needed to prove he is aware of the issues and had done nothing to correct these issues.I had to contact another HVAC Service Contractor to repair the sloppy install and investigate the DEFECTIVE Carrier Unit.When they installed a 5-ton Trane HVAC in June 2020, I gave Schnorrbusch 5 Stars; today, I give them a 1 Star.

The HVAC Tech Chris was able to make it earlier than expected. He was polite and we addressed all the rest quested work. He did a good job, let me look things over and was out in a timely fashion.He even explained why the filters are made the way they are. I am happy with the service I received.

Christopher was an Awesome AC technician. He knew what his job was, he brought all the tools to fix the issue. More importantly, he explained what the issue was & assured us it needed to be fixed. He valued our time as well as the company’s time & did it in one trip not questioning why he was called, our warranty, or anything other than providing good customer service. He needs to be recognized for his excellent professionalism.

Anthony came out just recently and he was very through in inspecting the issue I’m having with my ac unit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and represented Schnorrbusch Heating And Air very well! GREAT TECH! The front office who helped with the scheduling was very respectful and knowledgeable as well! Awesome company and awesome staff. A+++ from me!

Paid 500 dollars for an ac set up fee when the only thing that had to be done was turn a set of valves on. Had the standard ones on and didn’t see the other ones. So that’s 500 bucks gone. Even cut and flared the lines myself cause the technician didn’t have the tools for that. It is was it is. The employee that came was a nice person and other than that can’t get over paying 500 for that but I did. Have a working ac when he left . Company shouldn’t just stick to that when it’s something simple like that. But they wouldn’t do anything. And on the time it took to do the job would never have taken and extra 3 hours if there was no issues with leaking hoses being used to test and it taking your tech forever to figure that was the issue the whole time. So hopefully others didn’t have extra hours added cause of issues like that. Cause that issue alone cause every connection on entire system to be rechecked and even cut back out of insolation. But I guess that’s the customers fault as well! Hmmmm says a lot and it all goes back to common sense. When a customer asks why it’s still 500 maybe you should listen to everyone and see why I asked for a discount.

The Scheduling with the office staff was amazing!! Technician Brayan arrived on time, friendly and knowledgable and took care of all of my issues and also added optional recommendations without high pressure sales tactics. We were happy to sign up for the Quarterly Maintainence contract with them so we never get in the same position as we are now again! We had a very good service call on a weekend with quick arrivaland knowledgeable technician and was able to follow up with the part needed as soon as he could. System working properly and office staff was helpful also.

Found my heat not working on a chilly Sunday morning. Called Schnorrbusch and they had a tech out within 2 hours. There was a part needed to fix my system that wasnt available until Monday since all of the parts suppliers were closed, but they had me up and running first thing Monday morning!

So, Technician came out, very professional and courteous, didnt have the correct capacitor. Put in an incorrect capacitor (per his boss that he had on the phone), and said he would exchange it next day. Technician called me and said he went to 3 supply houses and no one had it. I ordered one on Amazon and offered to exchange it with the incorrect part his boss told him to put in, and I was told by office personnel that if I wanted a refund for incorrect part, they would send a Technician out and remove the part that they waaay overcharged for (20 bucks on Amazon) in the middle of a heatwave in Texas.Do NOT recommend. $80 service call, $140 dollar diagnostic fee, plus part equals $384. And the Technician was here 30 minutes.Dont call these guys if your A/C goes down.

They did a GREAT JOB!We would recomend them to anyone.Intial contact was great gave us several options price was the BEST and the instaltion was flawless....Jennifer was especially GREAT! Install team was fantastic they went the extra mile!

This company operates a well oiled, service-centric machine. They’re on top of confirmation calls, heads up notifications, and follow-up service. The technician was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me to understand how the system works and gave me maintenance tips. 5/5 highly recommend.

I normally would not post a negative comment because maybe an employee is “having a bad day” & the comments could cause a permanent effect with their job status. However, when the entire office staff is telling you your warranty “expired on August 18th, 2023 & your house is a brand new construction & you didn’t close on the house until Nov. 30th, 2022, that should raise a questionable flag. I checked with Altura Homes, & my AC unit is under warranty for at least 1 year or possibly 2yrs. So, for the employee that told me to have a “nice day” & hung up on me, & another who “still” tried to push the expired warranty talk, & last the one who admitted…there was “a documentation” error & wouldn’t offer an apology, a simple maintenance check is all we needed. And, for the tech who came out, Thank You, glad the vibration, fan noise, & “gurgling” drainage noise in our bathroom sink, was addressed. But, your attitude didn’t show any concern for what we experienced & you made us feel like we “wasted your time.”

This is the BEST A/C company! They are so quick to get you serviced at a reasonable price. Michael, the tech that serviced my home was very professional and friendly. He explained the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 mins. Great tech!!

We highly recommend Schnorrbusch Heating and Air. We have American Home Shield Home Warranty. A couple years ago Nathan came and did a service call for us under our home Warranty. We were very impressed with him so we saved his information.We still have American Home Shield. We needed a New System. Instead of going with the company our Home Warranty call out for our Air conditioning problem . We called Nathan. He came out the same day, which was a Tuesday, today is Saturday, and we are up and running with all new duct work and a Complete new system.He is very professional as well are his installers and office staff.Thank you for a job well done !

The technician from my last visit was very thorough and went above and beyond yo ensure my air system was functioning properly. He proactively identified additional issues (outside of specific reason for call) to ensure my system was working properly and would knot result in additional service calls.

Weve used Schnorrbusch for at least 8 years now and they always do great work, are very professional , friendly and responsive and take time to explain everything. Highly recommend them for all your hvac needs.

We recently moved to Texas and the house we moved into has 2 AC units, one is a little over a year old and the 2nd is builder grade unit that is at least 11 years old. One of the first things we looked for was bringing these two units under a maintenance contract. We saw that Schnorrbusch had very good reviews so we reached out to them.The technician arrived on a Tuesday and he was very polite and thorough and he found issues with both units. We had a few email exchanges and we received a quote and we told them that we wanted to move forward with the repairs. We had another exchange confirming that the newer unit was under warranty and I replied Were ready to get the work done, we just need an updated quote... nothing...Then I got a call from Nathan (the owner) and he suggested replacing the older unit and we agreed and we told him we were ready to move forward with the purchase of a new unit. He said hed get us a quote the next morning... nothing.I have a very busy work schedule plus we were still moving into the house and we were also renovating the house. A week had passed and I realized that we hadnt heard from Schnorrbusch. I sent another email stating we were ready to move forward with the repair work on the one unit and replacement of the other unit, we just need a quote....nothing, no reply...

My air conditioning unit had been serviced a couple of times by a company hired by the previous owner of my duplex. The problem was not corrected. My new landlord contacted Schnorrbusch Heating and Air. Zach came out and was very thorough in determining the problem and making the needed repair. Zach was very professional and restored a/c to my apartment. I highly recommendZach and his Company.

Great professional company!! I contacted Nathan and he had me on the schedule the following day! I can’t think him and his crew enough on the great job they did. We will use them from now on for all our A/c and heating work.

Schnorrbusch is great! Our heating an air went out Labor Day weekend. They sent a tech out later in that week. it was hard to get the parts due to the pandemic. It also took sometime while working with our home warranty company. They sent a portable AC window unit to our house just so that we cools be comfortable! the unit worked great and it kept us cool in that one room so that I could continue working and it was comfortable at night. After working through several details with our warranty company they installed the new indoor ans outdoor units. Would use them again and again!

We called Schnorrbusch Heating & AC after hours due to AC out. They took my info & said they would check schedule & call me right back & within a few minutes. They. called right back & said a serviceman would be out in an hour.I was pleased to see Nathan, owner, show up to check my unit.He asked me what it was doing and then explained what he was going to check. Within about 10 minutes he had my unit back running.Nathan is a very knowledgeable person & cares about his customers.I would HIGHLY recommend his company to anyone that has any AC problems.I forgot to mention that he arrived when he said he would.

They came through when I knew I couldnt afford the help. Anthony was totally professional, clean, and so polite and nice. These guys did a phenomenal job they made sure that my family had heat and was safe during an extremely cold time of the year and when we were having extremely bad problems with our furnace. They also double checked to make sure that our family was continuing to be safe after the issue had been resolved would recommend 100% of the time. And as a bonus for the work that they did they didnt try and charge me an arm and a leg

I highly recommend this company. Had a Ac/Heater unit installed today. Extremely satisfied with the work completed in one day. Nathan the owner has been there no matter how many questions text and emails we sent him. The systems that were installed are amazing very quite cooled the house of really fast to the point I changed the temperature was way to cold at 72 deg. They gentleman that did the install was prompt courteous . Left no trash mess no where. Thank you very much Nathan and crew.

Technician came out and charged me $220 to tell me, well it’s exactly what you said it was. It took 45 mins and charged $220, but ok no big deal. I said ok I need it fixed! Was told it would be another $540 to repair it which I said ok I need it fixed. The technician said ok the company will send you an official estimate. Never got it, so I called and asked and was put on hold then told they would email it to me after they found out where the technician stored it. I haven’t heard from the company since! That’s insanity!!!! Would not recommend nor use again!!!

Life savers!! Nathan and his staff went above and beyond to help me when my A/C went out. I had a thermostat and panel that were discontinued models that had stopped working. Nathan spent hours hunting down something to replace what I had with something that would be compatible with my A/C. Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and very courteous. First time using Schnorrbusch. The tech that came to the house was extremely polite, tidy and very thorough when explaining his recommendations for repairs. Put my mind at ease that my furnace was in good shape but added repairs that should be done in the near future. Great family company.

AC stopped cooling late at night so I called because they said 24 hour calls. Talked with the owner Nathan for quite a while super nice guy, said he would have Sean out the next morning. Sean showed up early the next day and figured out it needed to be recharged. Got it done quickly and besides the refrigerant being expensive because of how old the system was the price of labor was very fair.

This place is amazing. Called and the people in the office were very polite and helped get me an appointment set up. Technicians arrived, were very polite and professional and did an amazing job replacing my furnace and making sure it was all working before winter time.

Schnorrbusch Heating & Air Conditioning is the company I chose to install the HVAC system in my new home. I chose the Carrier Infinity system and I couldnt be happier. Nathan gave me a fair price and absolutely the best customer service possible. Due to supply chain issues caused by the COVID Pandemic the thermostat I chose for my system couldnt be acquired for quite some time. While waiting Nathan gave me a different thermostat to ensure my system would at least work. When he did finally find one of the thermostats I chose, several months later, the distributor refused to ship it to him thinking he could probably get more for it locally. Nathan then personally drove to Oklahoma City to get my thermostat. He then personally came by and demonstrated all of the features of this very smart thermostat. This system is amazing. The staff at Schnorrbusch Heating & Air Conditioning is also amazing. His technicians will never try to sell you anything you dont need because they dont get paid commission. Not getting paid commission means Nathan has to pay his technicians more than they would make elsewhere. That being the case his service calls may be a bit more expensive but rest assured they will never attempt to sell you anything you dont need and your service will be done correctly. His technicians take pride in their work and they have the highest level of integrity. If you think his service is expensive, hire a less expensive HVAC contractor and see how expensive it really is in the end. I assure you the technicians at Schnorrbusch Heating & Air Conditioning will provide you with the absolute best value and service possible. As long as Schnorrbusch Heating & Ai Conditioning remains in business, I will never use another HVAC contractor.

My ac went out about 9pm Saturday. I called to leave a message. And nathan call me back with 15 minutes and he was out to dinner with his family. I requested a new split HVAC to be installed. 4 ton with 4 ceiling cassettes.Nathan came out personally for both a site survey and to determine the actual requirements.Installation was smooth and even with SCM problems, on schedule.I had 2 minor hiccups since with immediate responses(next business day).

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and they got here fast. The only thing that gets me is the $99 fee to make the trip to my house when I live less than a mile away from their location, seemed a little excessive and unnecessary.

I called Schnorrbusch Heat&air because they are a family owned business in Terrell Texas. I want to support local businesses as much as I can! Zach came out to service my central heat he did a great job and very nowlegdable,I highly recommend them.

My air went out last summer. I called them and Nathan Schnorrbusch (the owner) answered the phone. I explained what was going on and within 45 mins he was at my house looking at my unit, told me what was needed and scheduled a time for install. Due to the fact that what my house needed it was going to be a few days to get the materials in. Instead of just leaving me in the heat, he went to homedepot and bought a portable AC unit for us to use in the mean time. As soon as my new unit arrived he and his guys promptly came over and installed it. It has been a year now and I have not had 1 issue with it at all. I recommend anyone I know to give him a call for all of their HVAC questions or concerns.

Nathan did a complete replacement of my ac in my 2 story house. It was done in one day and has work great ever since. Highly recommended.

They were a great group of guys, they came out and spent all day repairing the unit and even located another issue with the unit that could be the initial cause of the issue. They replaced the malfunctioning part and gave us a quote to have the other issue repaired.
