Their website leads with their statement about integrity, but that was not our experience with them for a visit to our frozen yogurt shop. They did not keep the appointment time we scheduled because they were waiting for us to relinquish our credit card info and bank routing info (we didnt know) so they didnt even dispatch the tech. When I called and found out what they needed they told me that the Tech would call before coming by. He didnt call ahead as promised so it took about 15 mins for me to return to our location to meet them there, which they billed us for! We have cameras in the shop so I knew that their visit lasted exactly an hour and 20 minutes, including time they stood and chatted with me about our products. The invoice I received was for 2 and a half hours of labor PLUS an $80 trip charge. The repair bill for a $400 part replacement ended up being almost $1700. Poor customer service when I tried to deal with the Office Manager about the issues. They comped 30 minutes, but told me the extra time was on the bill for the Tech calling other professionals for advice on what to bill for the repair. NOT acceptable! Its a tough market for small businesses and this kind of service call ripoff makes life so much harder. Buyer beware.
