I cant recommend any company more than I can recommend Daves Heat & Air. Their service department went above and beyond to fix, and help me fix, our furnace during the coldest week of the year. Cameron and Tyler were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them in the future without hesitation and will recommend them to any and everyone.

Our AC/Heat unit was not responding to our thermostat, we were totally lost after checking everything we knew to check. Cameron to the rescue!! Within two hours of our call to Daves Heat and Air, Cameron was here to assess and correct the problem. I whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you Cameron and Daves H/A!!

I have used Daves twice and been extremely impressed both times. Everyone from making the appointment to the technicians are skilled, very professional and nice. They will be my AC/Heating Professional from this point on.

Woke up to no heat on the coldes weekend of the season so far. Called Dave’s and they arrived within the hour. Our technician diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and was out of there within no time. Fair price and great service.

We had gotten an outrageous quote for a new system from one of the big name HVAC places (rhymes with Dillards), because they had told us the coil was cracked and such and such regulation changes, blah blah blah.I wasnt going to sign up for that without doing my due diligence, so I had Daves come out for a second opinion. Not only was my coil not cracked, my levels were fine and I didnt need anything at this point. I was simultaneously relieved that I didnt need to replace the system and furious that theres a company out there preying on people with high pressure sales and scare tactics.Daves is the only place Ill trust to call from now on, and the only one Ill recommend to others.

I highly recommend Daves for installation and ongoing service for all your HVAC needs. They tell you straight up what is needed and dont play games with prices or try to upsell products and services. Honest company with honest service. What a novel concept.

I have used Dave’s for several years. They installed a Heat Pump in my parents house, have had four or five service calls over the years and they have been a good resource. I needed my condensation lines blown open . I have had it done several times in the past. Different company. They charged me $100 once and $150 a second time when both lines needing cleaning. This included servicing the units. Today I paid $322 for a tech to blow open both lines. It took less than 30 minutes. No further services, just blowing open the lines. I won’t be calling Dave’s again. So much for customer loyalty or customer appreciation. They were quick to get there and the job is completed so there’s that. I just feel $322 for 30 minutes is a little steep.

The young man was thorough and explained in an understandable way to me what he was looking for and what he found and what it meant. I was impressed with his knowlege and feel good about his decision.

Called for a routine service call. AC worked fine prior to their routine service. After their routine service, AC froze and wouldnt cool. Charged me an additional $90 to clean the coils to fix it. AC still frozen the next day. Called a different company and they determined in 5 minutes the unit was in need of Freon and were able to add 2lbs and fix the issue. Spent approximately $300 with them for them to BREAK my AC and try to upsell me a $10k replacement system.

The technician, Cameron, was very knowledgeable and transparent about the problem and the solution. We will definitely be using Daves Heat and Air for our future needs.

They are a really great Air Conditioning service provider. They are concerened and a kind company. I was out of the state and My elderly mom air conditioner stopped working on a sunday afteernoon. She was getting a hot house. Their regular tech was done for the day and I stated that I needed to find someone urgent, I could not allow my Mom to bear the heat and I was on the side of the road making calls. Within few minutes the wonderful lady in charge of dispatching took tbe time to keep trying to connect with a tech and called me back and informed me she has a tech and was on his way. Thank GOD for their kindness and concern. My Mom air conditioner was back up and running. I know have them on speed dial. Awesome service.

I first started using Daves Heat and Air a while ago. The reason why I picked them in the first place is that the actually answered the phone. Since then, they were always friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my system needed to be replaced several years ago, but I couldnt afford it. Instead, I got window units. Each summer was horrible, and this year my wife broke down and said we need to get the central AC replaced. I called Daves back up and wouldnt you know it, they STILL answer the phone... They still had the pics that were taken, still knew exactly what I needed. They offered me a great price, and a week later I have my new AC. And like before, the guys were friendly and professional.

Had my 1st service of our new unit! Cameron came out, on time, changed filter and serviced everything! I figured our filter would be really bad with having three dogs in the house (an Aussie, blue heeler and Siberian Husky! - - it was still pretty clean after 6 months!!) Very professional as always!! Outstanding customer service!!! They go above and beyond! Which is hard to find these days. I will never use any other company as long as I own a home. This is a sweet and CARING family company. Anyone of them who come out to service or do maintenance on the system is extremely professional and yet feels like my own family. Our ac went out thanks to the storms, and with a small child and adult with health problems in the house we couldn’t wait for relief. Thankfully because of Dave’s amazing customer service and care we were up and running in no time!! From answering the phones the first ring to getting someone out the same day! On the hottest day this year, our a/c system failed at dusk. The next morning Contacted Daves Heat n Air and scheduled on-line next available appt 4-6pm. I was contacted and bumped to 12pm. Service rep was here before appt. Satisfied customer. Cost below $300. Wife very happy. Highly recommended.

Our heat went out over night, on the Friday before Christmas, while the temps were in the low teens. Called several HVAC companies. All of which did not have openings until after the holidays. Daves said they could have someone out within a few hours…1 hour later they were there! Reprogrammed our thermostat and we were warm again! Amazing service! Everyone I spoke to was so nice! I highly recommend!

We had a new heat pump system installed! Loved the text messages keeping me informed from the salesman coming out to do the quote to the installers when they were on the way to do the job. They were all very nice and did a wonderful job.

Dave’s did a full replacement of our heat pump several years ago and did an outstanding job. They just replaced my sons system at his home and they too are very pleased. AC was down on the Friday before the July 4th weekend! Found Daves and saw they had great reviews. They were able to get out first thing on Saturday morning, diagnosed the issue, had parts on the truck, and had us back up and running within an hour! Verified that the levels were good both outside and inside, and even took a look at our ducting to help diagnose why certain rooms stay warmer than others. Great technical service and great customer service!

Our HVAC died and the temperatures were in the 100’s. Inside my house was 90 degrees, and Dave’s Heat and Air called back immediately and came to evaluate the compressor and blower. It being 12 years old, out of warranty and not repairable we had to replace it. He scheduled a replacement for later that afternoon after they picked one up. It was done in less than 2 hours!! Thank You Dave’s for cool nights of sleeping!!!

Condensor started making a funny noise so called to have them come out. They were able to get to me in less than two hours, didnt have to wait until the next day. Tech was very professional and friendly. As you would expect the unit did not make the noise when they were here but they checked it over and everything was showing to be in working condition. While they were here they did check the attic unit and noticed the return was not sealed properly which was causing a lot of hot unfiltered attic air to get into the unit. They were able to take care of that for me while they were here. I will use Daves for all my future HVAC needs.

Dave’s Heat&Air has finally done it! They whipped up a bit of “I can’t believe it!” One of my renters called and his A/C had completely shut down. It was late afternoon and 95 degrees. I called Dave’s but they were already booked thru 9pm. So we made an appointment for 8 the next am. I hung up and was about to call and put my renter in a motel. This is what $10,000 of ac work gets you... Called 4x to let them know its ten degrees warmer upstairs and they charged each time and said first texas summers are warm... agree completely! 2nd try window coverings.. bought new windows... 3rd we need new installation, just paid to have that done on sunday. Still noticing warm air coming in. Called,they came out today and said its my fault cuz i pulled down the duct while blowing in the insulation. Thought that was weird... so they fixed it,wanted $120 after saying no charge, i said to bill me cuz i wasnt expecting it. Asked my husband to take a look and found a 4inch hole where it meets the Hvac. I called and Dave said lets just be done with one another and call this quits. Im assuming cuz i didnt pay right away... will be finding another company to work with. Very disappointed. Would not reccomend.

We called Daves Heat and Air June 29, 2016 and it was such a waste of money and time. I knew our AC just needed freon and they just wanted to sell my wife a $10,000 unit saying replacing the system is all they could do. That it was illegal to put freon in, yes illegal which is total lie! We called another company right after them, and yes all we needed was freon.

They were very professional and did an excellent job with diagnosis of the problem. They fixed it quickly and the cost was very minimal. Thank you!
