SERVPRO of Temple & Belton

They did they demo on our house after a tornado. They cut wires in our house, didnt finish the cleanup, asked for the deductible that didnt go to them and did not turn in our property inventory to insurance. Our contractor had to finish their work before he could start on his. Do not recommend

5 week job turned into 16 months! Horrible experience with several pics of sub par work-after they received full payment (not informed it should have been 60/40) contracted workers came when they wanted or wouldn’t show when they said they would. Shame on them! Will never recommend

We contacted Servpro about evaluation of contents of a house due to water leak damage throughout the house. We dealt primarily with Kathy and Amanda at the house. They evaluated items for damage, cleaned items if possible, prepared items for storage or disposition, and inventoried items. They were thorough, courteous, and hard working. Then the moving crew came to take items to storage or disposition. They were courteous and quick to clear out the house so repair work could get started. We definitely recommend Servpro.

Some of your drivers are awful. Speeding like crazy, weaving in and out of traffic almost hitting people. Have a discussion with them, please.

Kathy and Amanda were extremely nice, very personable and professional. They truly made the process easy and asked if I had any questions. These ladies arrived early each day and cleaned up when finished. Kathy and Amanda kept me updated as they worked. I would recommend these ladies to others.

Servpro was so easy to work with. Our A/C flooded and ruined our laminate flooring. They had a crew out within an hour for the water cleanup. They came back everyday to check the progress until it was done. We were so pleased that we went with Servpro for the rebuild of our floors. This process was also excellent. We are so pleased with the outcome of our flooring. Ron was easy to work with and very friendly. Dillon Boggus, who did our rebuild was also just as friendly and did top notch work. Highly recommend!

Servpro Temple Belton just completed the restoration and rebuild of part of our kitchen/living room. It involved tear out, dry out, electrical, carpentry, painting, staining, and rock refinishing. They arrived the same day they were called and moved forward without interruption. So efficient! And the workmanship was excellent. All of the men that worked on our project were timely, friendly, professional and so easy to work with. We would highly recommend Servpro Temple Belton to everyone.

I have nothing but praise for Justin Bearden and the Servpro crew. Less than 30 minutes from the time I called until his crew was in my house removing water from inside my home. We had 57 fans drying my home that afternoon, surely preventing the damage from being far worse. I highly recommend SERVPRO of the Temple area to everyone and would surely use them in the future. They are highly professional and knowledgeable.

Our hot water heat broke flood the whole bottom floor. We were so lost, insurance recommended Servpro Scotty Hall was the head supervisor he cery business and gets it done, brought the best crew out. Kathy and Amanda came and packed up home Kathy kept me comfortable and reassured me that it will work out, she kept me calm.6 Months later Kathy and Amanda came back to unpack our home. When I first saw Amanda she was open arms with a hug it was so good the see her, Kathy came the next day and hugs again. They are so helpful and got things done super fast. Kathy and Amanda are a blessing they are now family. Big Thank you to Scotty, Ron, Julio, Simon,Seth,Kathy, and Amanda and eceryine else that helped our family. I just wanted to brag on Kathy and Valerie, and their team at Servpro. My Grandmother who is in her 80s had to have her whole house packed up bc of water damage. Obviously she was upset and not really happy with the whole situation. Kathy and her team really came in and understood the situation and was able to get my Grandmother to relax and realize things will be ok. They came in and worked hard and took the added precautions of wrapping everything up so it would all be safe from being damaged. Kathy took time to explain the process of packing and unpacking and reassured her that everything would be safe and undamaged. I was there today when the ream unloaded the cargo boxes and unpacked. It was very well organized and they all worked quickly but safely to get my Grandmothers house back together. I could tell Kathy and Valerie took pride in their work and really care about the people they help with their job. Thank you so much for not just being hard workers but also great people.

We had a consultation for pet odor removal done by Brett Nicholson in Temple. He was extremely honest and straight forward with us. He was accommodating with us since our schedules did not allow us to be home. He did not waste our time or money. I recommend them 10/10!

Kathy and crew did an excellent job. They went well above the standard to insure the job was completed. She is very personally and treated the job as if it was her home. I appreciate their Professionalism so much. They deserve a New Years BONUS!!!!!SEAC1 William (Joe) Gainey

Giving this a 2 star because I’ve never used Servpro before for anything. However, I’m writing this review in hopes for any management to see. 2-3 days ago I was driving on I-35 and about to start fully exiting onto General Bruce Dr. when 2 of their company vans rode my tail and cut me off nearly crashing and riding me off the road. Stop driving like maniacs especially if you’re going to be operating a vehicle that has your company name and phone number printed all over it.

Tim, Dustin, Justin, & Zeb from SERVPRO Temple are the epitome of fantastic customer service! Due to a toilet hose issue, 5 rooms in our home flooded. Their professionalism, sincere concern, & quick speed made this crisis much more bearable for us!!! We will be singing their praises loud and proud to all we know!!!!

October 29th, 2017. I would like to give a Giant High Five to Servpro Temple-Belton Tx. - This includes the Manager-Bret Nicholson - Marketing Representative -Ron McGill - and the employees Servpro (Bret) sent out to perform this task. Bret came to the property and did a thorough assessment on both buildings, gave me a verbal and a written quote as to what the cost would be to complete the job that needed to get done in just 1 day. Most companies just want to give you a verbal quote which I believe is not professional. I informed Bret that this was great and to proceed on to the next step. Bret sent the men out to clear/clean out (2) big buildings that was completely full - dispose of items that I told them to discard and neatly organize and place all the other items that i was keeping exactly where I told the men to put them. The men were very professional at all times. Bret and Ron came to check to see how the project was going and if we (myself or the men) needed anything. I assured Bret and Ron that the men Servpro sent me were doing a fabulous job and that I greatly appreciated Bret and Ron for coming to check to make sure everything was going good per Servpro standards. I couldnt of asked for or had a better company and staff do such an outstanding job. Kudos again to Bret Nicholson -Ron McGill and the men with Servpro Temple-Belton Tx. This was no small task that I needed to get accomplished in just 1 day, but believe me - it happened the job was completed beyond satisfaction and gratitude. Tried to call and give a referral, asked for a project manager or salesman, secretary gave me every other option except actually speak to a salesman or project manager. Just trying to refer business

By far the best restoration company in Bell and Falls counties. These folks are highly trained and experienced, with an outstanding track record. Their team has been together for years.

In August of 2013 My Duplex here On-Post , Fort Hood, TX, caught fire and my half received smoke and water/foam damage. After Bret from this ServPro came and took a few items then sent another man for a few more, and then had me packing up the kitchen and making list of things that I had gotten rid of because they didnt take the time to treat me like a regular customer. On top of that I spoke with the owner of this TEMPLE/BELTON location and was promised to receive payment for the items they this company damaged and have yet to see it any compensation, phone call, any type of professional courtesy. This is no way to treat People or Soldiers that are risking their LIVES. I am still working with a lawyer through Fort Hood because of the amount of time and how this company has yet to settle its debts when they got paid for their HORRIBLE service. Ive waited 6 MONTHS! No word back from their corporate office either which I am sure they didnt communicate the discrepancies to.

The crew at SERVPRO of Temple and Belton are great to work with. Everybody in person I have dealt with is highly professional and polite. Will recommend them to anybody I can.
