Best service I ever had! I had my blower wheel go out, had another company come out that was sent by my home warranty. They showed up, stripped the screw on the motor housing, and say it was unrepairable. It was, but they did not take responsibility, said I would have to replace the whole air handler, and it would cost more. Then, they made me wait, I waited 2 months… summer months. Finally, I cashed out with my home warranty, called Josh, the owner of total air, he was very knowledgeable and professional, gave me a quote to replace the whole unit, or just the air handler, I opted for the air handler only, he installed it within a week, it would have been a couple days, but the parts were not in stock. He stayed in constant communication with me and answered the phone every time I called. Also, his quote was much lower than it would have been even with the home warranty’s so called “discount”, I saved about $1000. After it was installed, the system didn’t work properly, there was a draining problem, josh can out on a Sunday and fixed it! One hundred percent recommend, don’t waste your time on anyone else, call Josh, he will get the job done. Thank you Josh!

Total Air has been a good replacement for my friends in the HVAC business. After a lifetime of dependability they retired and Total Air has stepped in and filled the void. We can rest easy now knowing they will take care of our needs.

Many people have the skills to work on an HVAC system, but very few can also be excellent business people. Josh has mastered both! He responded quickly to my initial message, came out to our house within a few days, sent us an estimate the next day, and had us on his schedule the next week.Brace yourself: he showed up ON TIME (gasp!), was polite, efficient, and thoughtful. He removed our disgusting, rusty unit and installed a gorgeous, perfect new one, cleaned up everything and stuck to his very reasonable budget and schedule.Josh and his team were truly wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Josh was amazing!! Our AC was out for a month because we were stuck dealing with a home warranty company... Once the new AC unit was finally installed we found that the blower motor was also bad but was not included in the original contract. As a family of 5 we needed our AC working fast! So, we heard of Josh through a referral. He came out and replaced the blower motor and got it working the next day. We couldnt have had better service and should have gone with Josh Total Air Solutions to begin with. He was prompt, knowledgable, kind and courteous towards the urgency of our situation, and he gave us a great deal. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Josh at Total Air Solutions before dealing with a frustrating home warranty company or a non reputable installer. It will save you many headaches, time and money, and you will not be disappointed.

Of course, on a Friday at 7pm getting home from work, I realized my AC was out. I called about 6-7 different places trying to get someone to come out that night but kept getting, yeah lady, everyone is having issues right now, we can have someone out next week. I should have called Total Air Solutions first. Josh could come out that night and hopefully get my air back on. Unfortunately, my AC unit was a bit more complicated than originally thought, and required replacement. Josh had quick responses, provided an estimate, and got all the parts ordered. He even advised me how to stay cool in the meantime while we waited for parts. Josh contacted me when it came in, and we scheduled for early the next morning. Even though the Texas summer was in full swing, Josh worked tirelessly to get my new compressor up and running quickly. I really liked how straightforward and knowledgeable the service was and plan to keep using them for preventative maintenance in the future.

We had just come back from our trip when we noticed our AC was not working. It being 4 pm on a Sunday didn’t help our situation and I knew if I didn’t get on top of it we may have been without AC all week long. Thankfully I found Josh at Total Air Solutions. Not only was he up front with costs for after hour repairs, but he showed up without delay and explained the issue to me without being put off by all my questions. He was very accommodating as well to work us into his already full schedule. We were back ip and running the next day and I couldn’t have been any happier with the service we were provided.I highly recommend Josh and Total Air Solutions and will call on them again should I ever need to! Despite facing equipment shortages and factory malfunctions, Josh remained committed and completed the job. His persistence ensured the installation was finished as promised. Josh was great!!! I had a thermostat that had been giving me trouble for a while. He came in and saw the problem immediately. The connection from thermostat wasn’t connecting to my heater. He replaced the thermostat (gave me options on prices and thermostats). I chose the best one for my home. He called a couple days later to follow up and make sure everything was working well. It was and has continued for the past 6 months. I will call Josh first in the future. If you are looking for a guy for your AC/Heater issues I highly recommend Josh.

Weve had a great experience at our old address, and we needed an A/C replacement. It was a very hot summer and they took care of everything, even hauled off the old one. Great service, good communication, and cant ask for anything better. We will use this company at our new location.
