11/4/24... David and Jacob installed the I Flow today and we are hoping this will resolve our HVAC ssues. Looks like we are 1st LP customer to get one installed. David and Jacob are efficient and professional working with us and trying to resolve our HVAC issues (LP did not install our current airi handler, but have taken over repair/maintenance since the company we purchased it from has shown no interest in resolving the issues weve had with it since the install August 2023). We plan to continue to work with LP and appreciate the concern they have shown for our HVAC issues.David McLean and Jacob came out today to problem solve an on-going condensation issue that is causing our unit to leak and result in water damage in our house. They reworked the PVC and suggested we get the I Flow to help w/build up of zooglea in our pipes. David has been working with us since August and has provided excellent service to us. We are hoping that the I Flow will solve our continuing issue. We are signed up as a LP member which will provide for regular maintenance for our unit. LP has been very responsive to our concerns.

Preston was thorough and very compassionate to our bathroom situation!!! His kindness was only surpassed by his expertise!!!! LP is lucky to have Preston as an employee!!! He went above and beyond!!!!

I highly recommend using Lochridge Priest/Evergreen Heating & Cooling in Temple. Moving into a new home that has heating and cooling issues was extremely frustrating. I had a couple of other companies provide me suggestions but I felt they were giving me generic responses and not ones based on my individual situation. They werent willing to crawl my attic and verify the existing system configuration. HVAC systems and/or upgrades are not an insignificant cost. I wasn’t comfortable investing in a solution until I dealt with Lochridge Priest. Every step of the process was amazing. Walton & Michael did the initial evaluation of my system to ensure it was operating properly. The install evaluation to determine various solutions was accomplished by Brent. The solution I chose required electrical panel modifications that were evaluated and accomplished by William with the help of Jose. The HVAC installers Kenneth and Terry communicated with me throughout the day. Everyone was respectful of my home. At no time during this process did I feel rushed or unheard. Every individual from the receptionists to the installers was willing to spend time to address my questions and concerns.

Was dealing with them before. If you need basic repair you can perform yourself-that company to use if you are lazy. Other than that avoid. They were installing AC in old house and seems were seeing that AC first time in life. Fried wires and had to call someone about what to do. In other house, where HVAC system was installed by poor quality contractor as well, tried to call them to do static pressure test. Said no equipment....40 dollars manometer, really? How they do this all if Static pressure can be at the root of many common heating or cooling problems in homes with ductwork. Unprofessional, badly trained technician. Management is not giving a rat about customers.

Antonio is an excellent service man. I will call him every time my ac unit goes on the blink.

My air conditioner stopped working. Service tech checked my entire air-conditioning unit to ensure everything was in working order, diagnosed the system and clearly communicated the problem and what was needed to fix it. Definitely recommended!

Worst ever !! The techs were nice but the office staff rude , these people said nothing was wrong with my a/c unit. Hateful as hell and said basically it’s just gonna keep freezing it’s my fault. well I had someone else come and there was infact a large problem ! So if you wanna really put your unit out of order call them!!

Everyone I spoke with at LP was both helpful and professional. The woman who answered the phone and put me in the emergency list, Roger in sales who stopped by on his way home to look at the failing system and explain how it worked and what he saw, and Walton the technician who found and fixed the problem in an efficient, professional manner. I called with a failing A/C on Tuesday afternoon in June and it was fixed the next day. Wow! I am a customer for life.

From initial call, assessment to ac unit replacement. Walt and Katie were great to work with! Katie went above and beyond aiding me with home warranty dealings and answered all my million questions- professional team at Lochridge! All done in 5 days!

I am rewriting a positive review that I wrote immediately following a service call yesterday. The service was fast, smooth and professional. I expected that the fee would be high and it was. I didn’t expect a markup of around 1000% on the part. I had a bad capacitor that LP charged $194 for and, it seems, I could have gotten at several places online for between $12-$27. I’m waiting for the company to explain this to me. Until then, this review stands. Beware of Lochridge-Priest pricing!

So pleased with the prompt initial service call from Muchael when our AC was out! Our AC unit is ancient so a part had to be ordered, and that took a few days. I cannot say enough good things about LPI. The staff went out of their way to ensure my special needs child did not have to endure the high heat for more than one day. Laurie was so kind and helpful with getting us set up. The installers, Terry and Nick, did an exceptional job with the installation.

I hired Lochridge Priest on Sunday, 18 Sep 2022. They stated that a service call on the weekend would cost $220/hour. After the plumber replaced 1 fitting with a pro-press he left. He did not give me an invoice. I did not receive an invoice from their billing. On 29 Sep, they called me and tried to bill me $395 for 1 hour of work and $175 tool fee for usage of a pro-press. I did not agree to a $175 tool fee and was never told about it when the plumber fixed my issue. It is scummy to try to charge $175 for the use of 1 tool on 1 fitting. They do not have an invoice system. They take pictures of credit cards and text them to billing. Avoid. Do not use.

Mike thoroughly explained all repair options, answered my questions, and completed the repairs quickly. He was a great representative of your company. Didnt realize your team also worked on plumbing and electrical issues, so Ill be calling on you again in the near future.

My technician was very kind and explained everything to my understanding. I feel like he genuinely wanted to help me the best that he could and not just because it was his job. My house was 90 degrees and he brought over a portable unit so I could be comfortable until everything gets situated. I really appreciate him.

Dustin Brown is a great rep. I find him to be very fair, honest, and straightforward with a high level of integrity. To be quite frank, I have not felt that way about some of the other reps Lochridge Priest has sent to my house in the past, but I truly think Dustin is a great representative of the company. This is the first time I have ever written a review online, but I feel compelled to.Starting with Roger in sales. We had been without a.c. for three days, because we had called a different well known company and had to wait for an appointment. When the other salesman came I felt railroaded on the price, 8 grand for the absolute basic. I then called Lochridge and talked to Roger who came to the house in about 30 min. Roger was very professional and gave us an absolutely good system for a great price.The install came a couple of days later. I had to work and my wife and 4 kids were at the house. My wife was a bit nervous, but Jorge and Alex were very nice and professional. They did an excellent job on the install, which I am happy about, but I am happier about the professional service they provided. In the future I will start with Lochridge.

Dustin was on time. He followed the detailed checklist for testing my a/c system, inside and outside (in 103-degree heat!).He verified the accuracy of my thermostat, too.The written report was thorough. It’s a relief to know we’re running strong through this Texas summer!

Great company. The technician, David, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He patiently explained the air conditioner issues to my 89 year-old mother, and gave her options to resolve her problem. He also wore booties in the house, and every time he left to get something from his truck, he took them off then put them back on when he came back in the house. Furthermore, David came in with a smile on his face and left with a smile. My mother was extremely happy, which makes everybody happy. Although she still has to fix the problem, Im certain Lochridge-Priest will do a stellar repair job.

Called to make an apptmt for plumbing and hvac services. Service was scheduled, and then I was asked to provide a credit card for their files over the phone. Who would do that nowadays? I told the lady I was notcomfortable doing that instead would pay at the time of service and she said fine. At the scheduled time nobody showed up. I called and was told nothing was scheduled, no apology. We scheduled for anotherr day, and then the question about the credit card came up again. This time I am told no card no service. Well, I was eager to get a lot of stuff done at my house and also wanted to sign up for a maintenance plan, but I guess they dont need my business. Very disappointing!

Arrived on time. No delays. Efficient. Took care not to track dirt into the house. ( very nice). Explained the problem clearly and offered several options to take care of the issue. I have been using them for 20 years and will continue to use them. Quality workmanship at every step. Thank you.

The blower fan was replaced with a total cost over $700.00. In my opinion that is outrageous. The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He did have trouble getting the broken fan hub off of the motor shaft and had to use some of my tools and my help to get the job done. I didnt mind helping him or letting him use my tools but it didnt reduce my cost at all. One other thing that didnt set well with me was that the technician tried to replace a part that didnt need replacing at a cost that was just as ridiculous as the fan cage. $300.00 for a capacitor! Like I said before, the technician was great but the prices have me not calling on them again.

This company is highly overpriced. The initial diagnostic fee was $89 which is higher than usual. The guy took like 3 hours to diagnose my system and then proceeded to tell me that he would charge approximately $300 to clean the coils and another $300 to clear the blower wheel, so a total of $600 for those 2 things. Most companies would only charge $300 to get both done. Then the guy quoted me $145 to clean the ac unit drainage pipe. This can be done with a shop vacuum, this is very simple, and again most companies would not charge for this when doing cleaning on your ac system.

The fan multi-step motor on myLennox Heater A/C unit went bad (after 9 1/2 years). I discovered the issue on a Friday night as the unit was not heating and it was making an unusual sound.Saturday morning, I called Lochridge Priest and requested a Heater A/C Tech come onsite to assess the issue.I have a residential maintenance plan with Lochridge Priest.Heater A/C Tech, Dustin Brown, returned my call soon, came out to my home in a timely manner and quickly assessed and identified the failed part.He offered to go back to the shop to check if the part was in stock and, if the part was on hand, he offered to return that day to do the repair.They had the part in stock (that was great) and Dustin coordinated a return time that accommodated me keeping another 2 hour appointment / commitment I had at noon and he returned to my home later that afternoon.He did an excellent and efficient job of replacing the part and pleasantly answered any questions I had.Dustin Brown and Lochridge Priestprovided excellent, timely and much needed service to me in my time of need. Thank you!I am a satisfied Lochridge Priest customer.

I noticed water coming up through my floor boards in the middle of the night and called lochridge-priest among many other 24 hour companies. Dustin was the only one to get back to me that night, and he came out first thing in the morning to help. He was very polite, explained everything to me, and got my system fixed in no time for less than I was expecting. 100% would recommend to a friend.

This company installed an unsatisfactory system in a new home. They attempted to replace part of the system, once we provided evidence of the costly mistake. Within 2 years this system failed and we had another company reinstall the system at our expense. Their technicians were knowledgeable and informative. The homebuilder and contractor earned this review. I hope everyone has better luck with Lochridge-Priest.

Showed up close to the time I preferred and was very professional. Joey Lopez was very kind and answered all my questions. Ive used Lochridge Priest before for a/c installation so I used them again for faucet installs. They are affordable and will do their best to meet your needs.

I appreciate Panchos thorough assessment of services; he makes sure I understand his explanation of these services as well as any follow-up needed. Others have serviced my HVAC system but I ask for Pancho due to his professional and people to people skills.

Had to get a guy out on a Sat when the AC went out. The guy replaced a 3 amp fuse and charged us $50 plus the $138 for a Sat visit. Told us to just replace it again if it blows instead of actually fixing the issue that caused the fuse to blow. A hour later the fuse blew again. We replaced the fuse and then the control board in the outside unit blew up. Found that the Definite Purpose Contactor had fried contacts on it that caused the board to blow up. The repair tech should have taken the time replaced this part when he first came, or at least clean the contacts. Called back these guys and they wanted another $138 for a Sat visit. Wont ever call these clowns again and will make sure all family and friends knows not to call them. Waste of money and time...

I called to inquire about certain services offered through Lochridge Priest and asked for various prices. The lady I spoke with on the phone by the name of Kadi was very helpful and was a joy to speak with. She answered all of my questions with great knowledge, and was able to give me accurate pricing. She was very witty, and had a great personality when speaking with her. When the time comes that I decide to need the services I inquired, I will definitely keep you in mind and call on Kadi to set up any services I may need!

The young men who installed my new A/C - heating system were here promptly, explained what they were going to do and did it - they were very tidy and very efficient. In a 5 hour job, they took one 15 minute break - they were friendly to the dog and never let him out the gate.

Its a good company but our air went out and I believe the guy had to change out the breakers and a blower...that was fine because we needed it but my complaint is we got charged travel time .. he had to go all the way back to temple to pick up the part bbecause he didnt have the part on his truck...thats not our fault or problem he didnt stock his truck with the parts he knows he may need to do a job but to charge someone travel time is just not cool at all!!!Paul & Kayla Root

Lochridge-Priest was wonderful!! My home warranty company neglicted to disclose information about my policy. Lochridge-Priest worked with me on the expense so I could have a working heater unit. All representatives were friendly and helpful in meeting my needs. ♥️

This company came out and told me that there was some type of cap blocking my line. They were going to have to dig up my property and replace the lines to get the cap out and this blockage cleared up. Luckily, another plumber that I contracted for a bid on this came out this morning and there isnt a cap blocking the pipe. The cap is sealing off another line. There was toilet paper and tree roots blocking the line. Needless to say, they will not need to dig up my yard and replace pipe. How does a licensed plumber not find this type of blockage? Good thing that other plumber contacted me or I would have spent thousands needlessly. This company just sent me a bill for $220 for coming out for the initial visit when they told me they would need to replace pipe. Im beyond angry.

They generate random pricing. Wont give itemized receipt. Will kill time to rack up labor cost. If you dont mind paying 400% more then anyone else then use them. If you want good work for a quarter of the price use Nagy plumbing.
