High Caliber Heating and Air Conditioning

I found High Caliber Heating and Air Conditioning after searching for local HVAC service. I called and spoke to Chris about my heat not keeping up with the thermostat setting. Chris came out and checked the entire system and gave me a quote for replacement of the blower motor, thermostat and reversing valve. Thankfully Chris found out my parts were still under warranty. Chris came out a few days later and spent the better part of the day in very cold and windy conditions to get everything done. Chris did an excellent job for me and I was super impressed by his knowledge and work ethic. I will definitely be using High Caliber Heating and Air Conditioning (Chris) in the future. I highly recommend Chris!

My 30+ year old AC went out and I was looking for a new unit. Spoke to 5 different AC contractors, and Chris gave me a great quote. He was able to remove and install the new AC unit the next day. My 21 Year old Heat pump HVAC died. I called Chris at High Caliber heat and air and made arrangements. Chris noticed that our old unit was actually to small for the our home and suggested the correct size. We agreed. Now our home is kooler than its ever been. Chris also registered our HVAC for us. It comes with a 10 year warranty. Great service. Very satisfied customer.

Chris was Amazing! Our AC went out and it was so hot. It was over 95 degrees inside my house. I couldn’t get our home warranty to help us for a few days. I was on the verge of buying window units just to survive. High Caliber was available same day and was a huge savings over the temporary fix I was about to spend at Lowes to survive. Our AC stopped working and had a service come and evaluate with a high estimate for the part and labor total to fix the blower motor. I called around a few places to see if the estimate was accurate and called High Caliber. On a Friday at 3:30 PM, he gave a better estimate, drove to Killeen from Temple to obtain the part, and fixed it the same evening. Took pictures of all relevant parts to ensure that everything was working as expected. I recommend this service company to others compared to the competitors.

Chris arrived in the time frame as promised. He worked for four hours on my unit to resolve an issue I had over 6 months ago. I’ve had three other technicians to try and fix the problem but was never resolved. He went as far as repairing other things he found that he wasn’t contracted to do. This company by far the best so far. Was getting tired of poor quality and service from companies in Temple, TX.This is quality and service. Where do I begin. Very happy with the price for everything. Happy with the installers work ethic. And was very informative about the unit. Believe me I had doubts seeing he was by himself. He proved me wrong. Everything was immaculate. I know when I see an individual who loves what they do and is a master at their craft. Even later had an issue and called and once he found out I was a customer this individual had a big job that day and assured me he will be by that day. I called and Chris answered right away. I explain the issue and he knew exactly what the issue was and gave me a price for that issue. He said he would be at our home in 10 mins and he was. Our AC went out early June 20th, we called many places before that either didnt show up or told us they wouldnt get to us till mid-July. When I called Christopher he told me he could be here within an hour and a half and he was. He was very professional and efficient, he told us what was wrong and checked everything to let us know if anything else needed to be done. There is no other company I will go to for my AC!
