I am so happy with the results and the service! I got two rooms cleaned and deodorized. My pros were very professional, took the time to explain to me the condition of my carpets, what to expect, and how to maintain it for the best results. They were prompt in timing, and very efficient. I’d definitely be glad to have these two back for any additional services I may need in the future. I am again, very happy with the results. Jose did an amazing job. He suggested that I needed to get the odor out deodorizer to help with my pets urine stains. It looks great! And smells so much better too. It didn’t take long at all. I’m glad I chose Stanley Steamer.

Extremely unprofessional. Called several times about an issue never got a response or call back. Was recommended to me but I highly dont recommend. Adding from response. I was told that each time I called. Also gave me the managers direct number. He didnt answer my calls or return them.

Was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. Team Lead was fast and professional. Less than 4 hours to clean tile floors in equivalent of 8 rooms. Very pleased with results.

I dont think they took the time to clean it the way it needed to be cleaned. Every time we cleaned it in the past, we had black water. He showed me the water and it wasnt even close. My carpet doesnt really feel clean either. Its like they went over the carpet once, said good enough, and left. Boooo. Why did I pay a professional when we could have done a much better job?

100% do not recommend. This company took advantage of my elderly mothers innability to go upstairs to charge her over $100 for nothing. I opened the door to the guest room and there was dried dog feces still stuck to the floor and the smell was atrocious. I worked cleaning carpets before I joined the Navy and I know when nothing was done in a space.Edit- Seems like what happened here was the same as other negative reviews; the job was bid and then work was completed in some spaces and then nothing done in the last room. This reeks of underbidding to secure buisiness and a failure to follow through.

I had an exceptional experience with this crew of 2. Arrived on time and got straight to work forming a plan of attack on my home. Very polite and professional with a friendly demeanor. I was able ask questions as work started and progress without interfering with work performance. Great service with ductwork and tile cleaning 👌... Will be a repeat customer. Great job guys 🙏

Wonderful service. They were here early, as scheduled, and worked very hard and very thoroughly. I was very impressed and happy that I called them. They got my carpet and furniture clean. I did not think it would look that clean or good. Like new.

The overall job was good but the master bedroom was done hurriedly and afterwards I noticed some stains and dark spots remaining on the carpet. For the price I paid I expected a more thorough cleaning.Update:They came again and redid the master bedroom free of charge. We finally saw a big difference. Id definitely use this service again.

I was always told it’s cheaper to do it your self, but in this case it definitely was worth it Hire Stanley to clean my Carpet! . After spending time, money renting a carpet Cleaner and Capet Cleaner soap. It would have cost way more and Nicholas got it done way faster! Carpet looks great.

I belive they did not add the deodorizer on my carpet. As soon as I gave the check one was walking out the door and the other cleaner was coming in with the container of deodorant, but instead of coming inside to apply, the one with the check said something to him preventing him to come inside to apply. My carpet smells like wet carpet and there is no deodorant on it. Either refund my $66 that I was told that applying it would leave a great smell or send some one to apply. If you want, I can have an agent come to my house and see if they can detect the deodorant. The agent will come from a different source. While your technicians were cordial and if they intentionally not apply it, they are unprofessional.I am really disappointed that one tech prevented the other from completing their job.

I was not certain how clean the carpet would turn out. To my surprise both rooms came out looking pretty clean. I was concerned that the old stains would not be removed. To my surprise both Jose and Tim did a great job. Tim has advised me to several options in order to help maintain the carpet. After seeing the results of the cleaning the money was well spent. I plan on going on the two cleaning with the added protection will be the course that I be on. The money spent is definitely worth the piece of mind of having clean carpets. Highly recommend their professional and quality work!

The gentlemen that came for my cleaning were pleasant, moved a few pieces of furniture for me They got their hoses, etc., worked fast. I was having 2 oriental rugs cleaned and wasn’t expecting them to be so wet. Really kind of worried about my wood floors but the wool rug is very thick. I was disappointed that they didn’t put anything under the legs of my furniture which is mahogany, hoping they don’t bleed, I moved a couple of pieces off the rug. The deodorizer was just a few sprays on the carpet, don’t waste the money.

I have no complaints about Jeremiah. He waited for me to arrive home, didn’t have an attitude, he was very informative off the products he used as well as informed me of continuous care of my carpets, and he was thorough on my floor removing stains and cleaning spots I didn’t know we had.I would highly recommend!

My technician (Jose O) came in and was super attentive and knowledgeable for the job I asked for. I have three kids and two dogs and a greyish white couch. He took his time and ensured every part of the couch that he could handle got done. He answered all of my questions and even left some tips on how to better protect the furniture in the future. 10/10 recommend!

UPDATED:The company reached out to me after my initial review/experience. They sent a different cleaning crew to redo the job. This crew addressed my initial issues and completed the work properly. I waited until after everything dried to confirm and it looks properly cleaned as we initially were expecting from the first team. We appreciate the courtesy cleaning to address our issues.ORIGINAL REVIEW:So so service: area rug cleaning wasn’t good. We couldn’t really tell when they left what the condition of the area rug was because it was still wet and it has a mixed color pattern in it, but once it dried we saw that the stains we wanted cleaned were only about halfway clean. They aren’t heavy duty stains and the area rug is new so we expected the job to be a simple one. The workers were OK, but seemed like they wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. They came at the very end of the time window provided. Wouldn’t recommend this company based on our experience. Honestly it wasn’t any better than just doing it ourselves with some cheap equipment.

The guys were both pretty professional. My disappointment was they showed up before the scheduled time by 45 minutes. The first thing we were told is we don’t move furniture, even though everything was on slides and easy to move. The web site says “After the cleaning is completed, we will return it to its rightful place on protective padding as needed”, nothing was put down. Also, we were told that our living room was considered as 2 rooms and an additional cost. This was never mentioned before hand; no room measurements was required, how was we to know? Bottom line, the carpet does look good, but probably will not use Stanley again because of misleading information. Hidden costs are not acceptable.

This was my first time using Stanley Steemers services. I read all the great reviews and decided to call and schedule an appointment for March 12th. I must say I was not disappointed. Jeremiah was very polite and courteous in explaining the process of cleaning my carpet, tile, sofa and love seat. He did a very good job on the carpet which looks brighter and absence of stale oder. My kitchen tile looks better and the grout is closer to the original color. Jeremiah did an exceptional job of cleaning my sofa and love seat. My area rug was taken to their site to be cleaned. So Ill comment on the rug after its returned. Overall Im very satisfied with their service. Thanks Jeremiah 😊

Your website was confusing on scheduling a cleaning. I clicked on 3 rooms for $××, but when they arrived it said I wanted only 1 room. After quoting for 3 we couldnt afford that. So just had 2 rooms done. That was a disappointment. The work was done great and dog smell from previous renters has disappeared. Great job, thank you.

Disappointed.....the crew was only here about 30 minutes. Stains can still be seen and very easy to see they didnt clean all the way to the wall. I feel I just wasted my money. Do not recommend. I will get someone else to come do the job.

Had an issue.the manager contacted me. He was to contact me about coming out, then Temple got hit. So I agree to change the date of coming out to correct the issue. Timothy was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. Everything looks and smells so fresh and clean. Some stains did not come out fully, but they are in high traffic areas. This carpet is 10 years old, so it can be expected. But it is nice and fresh!I wish he had cleaned the throw pillow that we use on our couch… they always have on the past… maybe a matter of communication.

Buyer Beware 🐍❌❌...If I could give negative stars ❌❌❌...🚩..same day appointment all day availability = no customers. 🤔I  hired this company to clean my carpet, but they turned out to be a bunch of liars and scammers. 🤥🚩They were very pushy and dishonest. The quality of the service was also poor. Stay away from this company🚩They gave me a written quote online that I accepted, but when they arrived, they said that the price was much higher because of some extra services that they claimed were necessary.🚩They refused to do the job unless I agreed to pay the inflated amount. Shocking! What if I was an elderly person? And believed the farce?  A grim thought for sure.Jeremiah (🦥🥓🥓🥓🐽) is lazy, rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.As was his supervisor (🖕) He wasted my time, attempting to mansplain (🍆)the situation to me. 🚩He also got frustrated and disagreeable very easily, as if I was trying to scam him!  I lost four hours just to be bent over by these two.The quality of the service is dreadful. Absolutely horiffic.I do not recommend this company to anyone.They are the worst carpet cleaners I have ever encountered.Stay away from them!

The tech was great. The steamed carpet looks like new.However, if you have a small kitchen with a table then its counted as a kitchen and a dining room. We have a small living room compared to most, and it was considered 2 rooms. The company sets guidelines to try to make more money than they should. I had to cancel my kitchen and deodorizer in one room because the bill would have been outrageous!

We had Andy come out to give us an assessment and free quote which other business charged a fee for. He reached out in a timely manner to set up the actual service. When his came out they were very friendly, professional and personable. They completed the work in a timely manner, pointing out problem areas to keep an eye on. This service was worth the money paid.

Tin the technician performed the cleaning of the carpet in our master bedroom. Before executing the cleaning he explained the entire process. He was polite and well knowledgeable, and we are extremely satisfied with the worked performed today.

I ordered a living room, bedroom and hall to be cleaned ( 3 rooms). Turns out the living room is too large and I should be charged for 2 rooms for that space - I was not told this by the person on the phone. Technician did not charge me extra.He did not move any furniture. Before we moved to Texas and I used Stanley Steemer, they lifted chairs/tables etc and put them up on styrofoam blocks for the carpet to dry underneath. I was expecting this to happen. Did not, so do not know if this is extra charge.Technician himself was very nice & seemed to know his business. Would I use him again? Yes. Would I use the company again: ???

My couches look so good!! They look brand new again and smell a lot better! We have 4 dogs and grandchildren who run and jump all over these couches, and they look brand new! I highly recommend Jose and Tim, who were both professional and informative, and I will be using these guys again!!

Tim and Marquis were punctual, polite and did an amazing job cleaning and deodorizing my carpets. We have 3 very large dogs that at times have made very big messes! I had some old deep stains and they were able to get them out where other companies have failed. They were knowledgeable about the services provided and made relevant suggestions to improve look and smell in our home.

Quickly cleaned our carpets. They were very respectful, put heavy items up for us and went about their jobs.

As soon as the technician arrived he started being rude. He let me know he didn’t want to waste any time. I showed him the rooms I wanted cleaned. One of them had some ink stains which he assured me could not be removed. I agree to have him clean the carpet anyway. I told him that I was going to move my things out of my bedroom while he was cleaning the carpets upstairs. I went upstairs to wait for him and when I didn’t see him for a long time, I went downstairs and saw that he had just finished spraying my bedroom! I was shocked because I had thousands of dollars worth of equipment and my bedding and my clothes were all exposed to the chemicals. I am more sensitive to chemicals than other people are so I started coughing as well before I even entered the room. I asked him why he was spraying my room when I told him that I wanted to move my stuff first. He got very confrontational with me and left without cleaning off the chemicals. When I called customer service, at first they tried to make me wait until the following day but I insisted that I could not wait that long because I wouldn’t be able to walk on the carpet or sleep in my bed or anything until the chemicals were cleaned off. He finally got somebody else to clean off the carpet. He told me that it would be free but that if I wanted to go ahead and get the service that I had ordered he would give me a discount. When they arrived they did a good job and they were nice, but when I mention the discount, he didn’t know what I was talking about. So then when he offered me a discount it was literally exactly the same price as the normal price. When I confronted him about that, he finally offered a $37 discount. At this point, I had already spent an hour or so scrubbing the ink stains with grandma’s stain remover by hand so I declined that insult of a discount considering what I had experienced. If I had been the manager, I would’ve offered the customer the entire ordered service for free. Especially considering what a huge company they are and how long they’ve been around. This guy wasn’t a young guy, he was at least in his 60s and I am 100% sure I’m not the first person that he treated this way. I’m only giving Stanley Steamer 2 stars because they did send somebody out the same day and the people they sent were nice enough and did the job properly.

Stanley Steemer stripped the wax off my tile floors and cleaned. Tile looks absolutely great. They sealed all the grout. Would highly recommend. Great value. Floors had been waxed for many years. Better results than any company I’ve ever used!I have worked with multiple other companies in the past and none have lived up to the results or experience that I’ve received with Stanley Steemer!They have cleaned the grout on my tile and made it look like a completely different floor, cleaned rugs, couches, chairs and recently the cleaned concrete paver tiles that nobody else was able to make a dent on. They look like brand new floors!!Also, their customer service is EXCELLENT!!Highly recommend!

My husband and I had Stanley Steamer come clean our ventilation system and they did a thorough job. The moment I walked in each room I could already tell the difference and I could breath much better than before. They found mold in our vents and its been cleaned out, we dont have to worry about our vents anymore, they did a great job.

The actual cleaning was great. The technicians were quick, efficient, professional and polite . However, I didnt appreciate having to go all the way to the owner to get the price I was quoted when I made the appointment. They claimed I never mentioned needing the hallway cleaned, which is barely a hallway, which increased the price, but Im positive I did. Regardless, when the customer service I spoke to first couldnt do anything for me and I asked for a supervisor, it shouldnt be had to go any further. Theres no reason the supervisor should have had to reach out to the owner. The supervisor should had have had the power to make the customer happy. I should not have had to fight so hard to get the price I agreed on when I made it the appointment. In the end, they did make it right, even though I had to fight for it. Although they did great job cleaning my carpet, I will think twice before I use them again. I will probably search around for a company with a more customer friendly policy.

They did ok…definitely don’t think it was worth $177. Carpet turned out good but disappointed with the kitchen tile. Unfortunately the technician had to do the work by hand because someone left the machine he needed for tile job off the truck (The technician did try though)

I needed 4 dining room chairs cleaned and they were quick to get me scheduled. I work from home and at my request they cleaned everything outside so it wouldnt be too noisy for me. They did an amazing job and the chairs look great. Ill be calling them back for the carpets and other cleaning.

Arrived on time and the gentleman was very friendly. The price was a little high, $113.66 to be exact, but it was worth it. Last thing, I called Monday and they made an appointment for me on Tuesday between 12 and 3. I was so happy someone answered because other cleaning companies would not pick up or were focused on helping people who were affected by the storm? Anyways, it smells ten times better in my room, thank you Stanley Steamer.

The two that came out were very nice and professional. The guy that cleaned the sofa did a wonderful job. He made sure to down in all the seams and the bottom of the cushions where the back and seat cushions meet.My only complaint was that my appointment was between 3-7. They showed up at 1:20 with no notice asking if it was ok that they showed up 2 hours early. A phone call saying they had cancelations would have been nice.

Cleaned the carpets in our bedroom and did a fabulous job. Very careful with any equipment not to cause damage to walls. They even cleaned the couch in our bedroom which was not something I had requested. I have a bottle of their cleaner and it is also the best spot remover! We came home from vacation to discover that our house sitter had broken our a/c and then bailed, leaving our 4 pets alone. So our living room rug had become their bathroom. SO MAD!!Tim and Nick came the very next day and cleaned/ deodorize our rug and bedroom carpet (which was in an unthinkable condition because of the house sitter). They removed every single stain, spot, smell from everything! And they were both very kind, friendly and professional. Next time I plan on asking for them by name instead of just seeing who will show up. 10/10 would definitely recommend! ✌🏻

One of your drivers hit my truck Aug 25,2023 at the circle K on FM93. It is now Oct 8,2023 and has yet to be seen by a mechanic or body shop. He was backing out of a spot and instead of using the brake, he pressed the gas pedal. He hit my truck at the pump and another car that was parked. I’m starting to feel like I need to hire a lawyer and go that route.

Loved being able to book an appointment online vs. having to call someone on the phone and negotiate days/times. And they have a neat little price picker that lets you pick and choose which options you want. They were great at letting me know when they were coming (email the day before + a text 30 minutes out). My sectional now looks and smells great!

I originally scheduled later in the afternoon so when I received a call that they can get me in earlier I was very pleased. However, he didn’t do a great job and didn’t clean under my couches. When I scheduled online it said that they move furniture and put it back so I didn’t bother moving it out of the way. Had I known he wasn’t going to do it I would have moved it before hand. When I seen that he wasn’t going to move it I asked if he wanted my son and I to move it and he said that it wasn’t necessary to clean under there. He also said it wasn’t necessary to clean under my kids bed either. I was annoyed. But I was more annoyed when I went to go take a look at his work when he was done. There was hardly a difference. I had to go back and clean the spots myself to prove that he could have done a better job. There was a crayola marker stain right at the edge almost but not completely under the bed that he left there. He didn’t even try to get it out. I went with Stanley because I thought I was going to get quality service.EDIT!!!!The company reached out to me after hearing I was not pleased. They came back and redid the work and kept a wonderful attitude and were very nice about the whole situation. They went above and beyond to make me happy. My confidence in the company has been restored. Thank you

I am very disappointed with the cleaning. My carpets still look the same as before the cleaning. I didn’t expect the carpet to look brand new again but did expect some of the high traffic areas to be cleaner. I will not use this company ever again and would definitely not recommend them.*UPDATE* They sent different technicians out the next day to re-clean the carpets again. This technician took his time and did a more thorough job. The carpets do look a lot better this time. Still not as clean as I have seen other companies do but a vast improvement from the first cleaning.
