This company is typically good about answering the phone quickly, but they haven’t been great about fixing our actual issues. We have had them out to the same property multiple times, have spent a good amount of money to fix the AC at said property, waited weeks for a “part to come in”, but the problem never got fixed. We had to call another company to come out and they fixed the issue quickly, at a more affordable rate. I did reach out and explain my frustrations to Campbell Heating & Air, and did not receive a response. To me, it feels like they give you the run around, charge a lot of money, and do not solve your problems. I would search for a different company if I were you.

Do not use this company if you want the job done!! Worst company I have ever dealt with! Not only was my appliance worse then when they came out!! The personal lies. The man I spoke with to try and talk about the situation got very aggressive and told me that my witnesses and I were telling stories and there was nothing I could do about how they handle the situation. The older gentleman who was polite when in my home told me one thing but put another part on my appliance. They never gave me an invoice!!! The wrote a totally different part from what he said on the invoice apparently according to the outrageously rude manager! I would have no way of knowing since I never got one to begin with!he also told me the were the number one company in our area with 3.2 stars that tells me he is the one telling stories!!!! They also told me he would take the money I already paid toward a compressor which I have been advised I just need to replace the appliance now since there is no guarantee that this will work!! So they do not have their customers best interest at heart!!

Called in a pinch, and David was sent out same day. They were understanding about my situation and quickly repaired my issue! He even cleaned out some ducts and gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. Definitely straight to the point, but I was very satisfied with the service. Great value for the amount of work they did! Overall 100% happy!

Just buy a new appliance. For the cost of the repair, the wait time, and then breaking more during the repair than what was wrong to begin with, youll be better off without the aggravation.

I had the worst experience with this company. I needed the ac fixed and looked up 24 hour ac repair and unfortunately, they came up. I was so desperate that I agreed to have them look at it the next day. Fast forward to Monday when they said they would have the part they needed to fix it. Dave is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He was screaming at me the whole time over the phone and when I stated that I just wanted the money back to go to another company that was more professional he told me it was non refundable and to read my invoice and laughed at me. For the record he didnt send me the invoice until AFTER this altercation.If you want respect and great customer service PLEASE look somewhere else.

*SCAM ALERT*Campbell Appliance is the most pathetic sorry excuse of a business I have ever encountered. The company consists of incompetent, careless, lazy, rude employees who lied about parts, billed us multiple times, and then ghosted us, all while NEVER actually fixing the problem!!! It’s been months now and our fridge is still broken even though we paid good money. No refund in sight either. They count on people’s ignorance - do NOT bring your hard earned money to this absolute joke of a garbage business which is ran by a bunch of foolish children !!!

These people showed up and all they did was unplug my refrigerator. They didn’t inspect what the problem was at all. Paid $200 ($160 was just the service charge) for parts.They gave me a time frame that they would show up to repair the fridge. No call no show! I had to call their office and I was told they were 1-2 calls behind.I cancelled the service and got stuck with the $200 bill for them UNPLUGGING MY REFRIGERATOR!!! Scam!!! Do not call these people for anything!!!!!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. These people have lied and stole my money. I am a Christian lady and would never make an accusation like that unless it were true. The Technician Ricky Little came to my home to repair my freezer, there was ice on the bottom of the freezer and the door would not close. Ricky removed the ice with a butter knife, took my my email, charged my credit card $250 and said he needed to order a part. Never saw him again. I called and was told they were trying to reach me and left phone messages, that was a big lie. I check my calls and voice mail 3-5 times a day. They never sent me an invoice because they didnt have my email. OH, really...ask Ricky...I gave it to him it worked fine when they charged my credit card and I got the receipt via my email.I could go on with more details but I would highly recommend anyone interested in their services check their reviews. You will see a pattern of how they do business. Also, check with the Better Business Bureau, 23 complaints within the last 3 years. They charge $89 for the service call and apply it to the service if you ask them to do the work. The food in my freezer was spoiling, there web site shows they specialize in Whirlpool, which I have. but it will take 7-10 days to get a part.They obviously do not keep parts in stock, but will charge you a restocking fee if you cancel your service.I finally purchased a Home Warranty Plan, tired of being ripped off. People should consider this, at least the companies have your best interest at heart. I only pay $65. Per claim, a far cry from $250 which pays for one year of warranty coverage.I truly hope the readers understand I have provided this information so they do not fall into the same trap some of us did.

My original review disappeared so I’ll summarize: when there’s more 1 star ratings than 2,3,4 or 5 stars-think about it. 14 minutes & $387 later-they changed out the filter on 1 unit that I had on hand &nada on the 2nd. All they brought into the house was an air tank-that’s what you get for having your HVAC maintenances.

I contacted Campbell Appliance regarding my oven and was very impressed they could take care of my service call on the same day. Thomas, our service technician, communicated well with me as to his arrival time. When he experienced a delay, he was quick to inform me of the change in arrival time and arrived promptly as promised. Thomas was professional, well trained and organized. He entered my home respectful of my family and environment. My 20 year old oven was not working properly. He identified the problem immediately. Unfortunately it was user error on my daughters part. Thomas respectfully explained how the system worked and then checked out my oven to make sure it worked properly. I highly recommend Campbells Appliance regarding any appliance repair. They will be the first one I call for any future repairs.

3 scheduled appointments later my refrigerator is still not fixed. Really careless. They will respond promptly on the first call after that you’re lucky if they get out faster than a week from your call. It’s not a well run company. The “manager” is never in. I doubt they have one at this point. Just saying 6 weeks at least until your refrigerator is fixed and you’re not paying cheaply for their bad service. I started working with them on this in early November and I won’t have a working refrigerator until after Christmas is my bet.

Terrible experience. Do NOT trust this company. Our dishwasher was not heating and drying properly. The campbell technician said it was because we needed a new water valve and ordered the part. After the part arrived, they canceled or no-showed the appointment 3 times which meant I had to take 3 days off work because they dont give the appointment times until the morning of. I was so fed up that I asked for a full refund and then magically, they sent a technician out the following day. Even after replacing the part, the dishwasher did NOT work. We had them come back out to look at it again and they told us there was a problem with plumbing and needed another part. The estimate was another $600! We had a plumber come out and they said there were no issues with plumbing. These people do not know what they are talking about, will take advantage of you, and the customer service is terrible.

Thomas was great when installing our hot water heater. We had more plumbing issues in the house. He told us to get all the items and then they could do the work. Bought $1000 worth of fixtures and called to get installed. It is 3 months later and never heard back. Ended up going to another company that came out within a week.

CAMPBELL APPLIANCEI called Campbell Appliance to repair my water heater on Oct. 5, 2020. Ricky came out and advised that it needed two parts to fix it. He advised that they would be in 3-5 business days. My cost was 647.34, which Ricky told me was mostly for labor while they sat and waited for the heater to drain. He also said to me that I had to pay upfront for them to order the parts. I have a family of 4 and wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible, so I paid him. As of today, Oct. 19, 2020, parts have not shipped. We have not had hot water since Oct. 2. Campbell Appliance refuses to provide me with an itemized receipt and refuses to credit my account so that I can go elsewhere. The office manager, Tess, said that they could not refund me for parts because the factory will not take them back because of COVID. Then I was told that they hadnt even shipped yet. Unbelievable. Deplorable business practice, poor customer service, and I feel like they have been less than truthful to me about the whole situation.I have disputed this charge through my credit card company.

I was very pleased with this company! I was able to get a rep on the phone right away, who was very nice and booked me an appointment the same day when Sears canceled on me same day. The repairman, Kenny, was super nice and called 30 minutes before coming, as promised. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our dryer. This companys diagnosis fee is lower than Sears, and they waive it if you have them do the repair, which we did. The repair seemed very affordable, at only $150 for the repair. The technician provided us with solutions to keep the problem from happening again, along with some advice on which kinds of appliances to purchase, based on his experience. Very professional and dependable. Will use this company again for any appliance repairs we may have!

Literally call any other company. One star is too much.Seriously do not contact these people. They refuse to communicate- ZERO communication. They charge obscene amounts of money and don’t/can’t fix the issue. I had to hire a real company to replace my AC and now this company won’t refund me for the hack “repair” job they did. A technician from Campbell came out to diagnose a problem with my water heater. They were supposed to call me to tell when he would come but they didnt and he showed up without warning. The cost of the diagnosis was $55 (diagnosis only, no repair). He told us what was broken, said that he didnt recommend replacing the part because of the chance of not doing it right, said we should just get a new water heater and quoted us $1300 for that. He only checked one thing and another part was completely off of the water heater, so looking back now I dont know how his diagnosis could have been accurate.We replaced the broken part ourselves (the Campbells tech did not give an estimate of the cost for them to replace it, but the part was only $15 at Home Depot) and now we are still having the exact same issues as we had before. This tells me that the problem was misdiagnosed and the technician made a mistake.I called Campbells to explain this and get them to come look again, but they said Id have to pay another $55 service charge since we replaced the part ourselves and they cant guarantee that our work isnt the problem (nevermind that they didnt offer to replace it and jumped straight to the $1300 solution). I still think they made a mistake but they wont even give me the benefit of the doubt of coming to check again.This was $55 straight down the drain. I am outraged at their lack of customer service and incompetence. Do NOT call them!

Ive used Campbell Appliance and Heating on two occasions for repairs on my refrigerator. Both times, they responded quickly, ordered the parts to replace and fixed in a very timely manner. Kenny, their technician was extremely professional and polite. Id definitely call them again for any other appliance repair needs I may have in the future.

I contacted Campbell to service my upstairs and donwstairs units. The upstairs was not cooling at all ( I used Campbell last year) the downstairs would not go pass 74. I was charged over $450. However a day later the upstairs was a sweltering 110 degrees and downstairs still not above 74. I called and was told someone would be out between 2 and 4. No one showed. I got a text at 7:00 pm advising tech will not show up and someone schedule ASAP. The next day again I was told someone show between 2 and 4. No one showed. I got a text,, tech on his way at 4:30pm. I had already sat in a hot house for two days . I had to call another HVAC company who charged me 1/4 of what Campbell ripped me off. I was told that Campbell did not flush out the unit for upstairs. Air is now working upstairs.

Zero rating: Ricky came to our home to evaluate our refrigerator/freezer and actually did nothing of the sort. He never took out any diagnostic tools and didnt even look at the refrigerator. He based his decision on the brand name solely and tried to screw our home warranty company out of thousands. We tried to get this resolved amicably, but they wouldnt budge and never refunded our money. They prefer to stand behind a lazy, dishonest employee rather than keep an honest reputation. This is who youre paying to do honest work...lazy, lying crooks. Please take these reviews seriously and save yourselves time and money and major aggravation.

I called a couple of different companies to come look at our stackable washer and dryer, most companies did not offer services for that particular appliance or they could not come out for a couple of days. Campbell Appliance Repair came out the day I called within one hour! Kenny - the technician was super sweet and explained everything. They had to order a part to fix it but within 3 days the part came in and our washer/dryer was fixed. Thanks again Kenny for all your help!

I am so disappointed I was charged almost a hundred dollars for diagnostic services when the guy was here for less than 10 minutes. He stated the problem and cost which was outrageous and left. He did not take any part of my washer apart. My husband came home and did and then fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. I want my money back and I hope someone from this company reaches out to me otherwise I will be calling asap.

I used to use their service often and used to be pleased with their service but the last time was very disapppinted. I had to hire another company to explain what was going on. I have no idea why others were not happy with Campbells service! I had called at least 3 other companies, none of whom could identify the cause of the 3 serious problems I had with my HVAC system!By the time I found Campell, the manufacturer of my system had sold their company & gone out of business, so the parts I needed were no longer available.They installed a wonderful new Trane HVAC, quoting the best price for their work and the new unit. Its unbelievably nice to finally have my issues resolved and to have a properly sized system that runs quietly and cycles on and off as it should. Pretty sure my electric bill will be a lit lower as well now!I wouldnt hesitate to call them again to repair a problem with any major appliance!

Bought new system inside and out... AC part has NEVER WORKED, just the heat , had them out over and over still nada. Life got busy I needed to take a breather from dealing with. The heat didnt work a few days ago(ended up being a fuse) they came in looked at it (I thought I had to use them due to warranty) to find out after I didnt need to ...they did the repair without calling us telling the price, then proceeded to say we assumed youd want it done well yes you smug attitude person. But a 60$ increase from the service $ would have been a nice heads-up... we know 190$ isnt alot when it comes to repairs for ac/heat but its the professionalism that was missing today ..... ✌️ and before bashing me about the wires damaged outside ok Ill get them repaired.... even though it wasnt working BEFORE my dogs ran around the unsecured wires your techs left... and when I noticed they were running in them I stopped letting them behind the house....

They seen a post on Facebook about needing someone that will work with my parents that are on limited income and he is a vet and both parents have medical issues. They reached out to me about working with my parents and I on the cost of repairs. Both the techs and the office personal were super sweet and polite and really took their time to explain what was wrong. The tech went out of his way to help my mother. Had Freon leak service man simply charged AC. Didn’t leak test to determine where leak was coming from. Gave me a bill that seemed to be excessive. I called and requested an itemized bill and was told they did not do that they just charged a flat amount per job.

Customer service was atrocious. We called to convert a gas dryer to electric. After a week out scheduling of a diagnostic apt, they call us hours before arrival to tell us it’s impossible. We had this done at our previous address and witnessed it with our own eyes. We were told absolutely can’t be done. My wife was literally told “ go do some research and call me back to apologize “ . Quickly came out on a Sunday for emergency refrigerator repair. Diagnosed the problem. Cheyenne was courteous and friendly. When the part they ordered came in, called us and within one hour of the call our refrigerator was operational again. They are our go to guys from now on. Loved their professionalism.

They didnt listen to me ..Update: I have call other ac service co. and I found out that Campbell Appliances lied on receipt that senior tech washed my ac unit outside whereas other ac company washed , it was filthy dirty .. And they didnt bother to check on white pipe drainage inside of ac/heater which flood water on bathroom , hallway and bedroom ..They refused to send second tech cuz I havent pay .. Thank God , I didnt cuz of their actions speak louder than words .. I already contacted BBB and i will call BBB over the phone tomorrow.. Shamed on them .. Ive used them in the past and was pleased, but for the HVAC tune up prior to winter time costing $160 after tax was entirely to much for what you get. The techs turned on the heat and felt the vents. Checked the pressures at the pump, and sprayed off the coils outside. Thats it. I expected more than that for that price. Any home owner can do this on their own. Save your money.Side note. Professionalism is lacking. No written report given of services performed and health of the system, duct temps, system pressures, drains, is emergency heat operable, inside coil condition. Was only told all is good at the end and asked for payment.

I paid $200 for these idiots to completely destroy my 3 year old Samsung fridge. I called them because the refrigerator was not working but the freezer was working fine. They came out and said it was going to be over $500 but if I paid cash they could repair it for $420. I had to pay them $200 upfront. It over a week to get the parts when they came out and put it in they had to cut and splice wires to make the part work, after they worked on it neither the fridge nor freezer worked. They said they fried the main computer board. After another week waiting for parts and several times of them not returning my call to give me the status of the parts, they finally came back out installed the new circuit board, and the technician told me now the compressor is fried and he thinks the new circuit board is also fried. It told them to forget it I will buy a new fridge. They refused to refund my $200 I paid them. 2 Lessons I learned dont buy a Samsung fridge and dont use Campbell for appliance repair.

Called these people, they told me they would call me between 8am and 9 am to let me know when the technician would be out to fix my washer! 9:30, I had to call them..They then tell me the technician would b there between 12 and 5pm (what a window). 4:30 no technician! I call again, They tell me hes running behind! And would b out between 7and 8!! I asked them if they thought a courtesy call should have been given,, they apologized! 9:30 still no technician! The next morning I call, im upset to say the least! They proceed to tell me that the Tech was runnin late (I got that) and he did tried to call me at 10:pm. And the lady had the nerve to try and act like....well idk but she poceeds to tell me that they stop at 10 but where tryin to call and I didnt answer (at 10pm) whos expecting a service call at 10pm!!! After all this, its 8 am and she says she will call me back to let me know when he can come today!! Im like really? I should b top priority, heck he should at my house now!!!! Had an appointment - they called in the morning to confirm - waited around for them-got a call from the technician-I was on another call-so I called back & left a message--called again and left another vm-heard nothing-called the office line-gal said the technician was running behind, but would be here-waited some more-got another call 45 minutes later saying technician left the area and wed have to reschedule-so we WAITED ALL day for them to no show-VERY FRUSTRATING--What really irks is getting a different story from each person we spoke with there---If they couldnt get here for the appt and be truthful about why they couldnt show up for an appt. ---guess I cant trust em to do the repair, so will look elsewhere for service--guess I shouldve looked at all the reviews b4 I called to schedule an appt...live and learn-I can completely understand why the reviews are so bad
